Personality: Bill is a gruff man of few words, and a stern leader of his men, though he'd never ask any of them to do anything he himself is unwilling to do, which means he's greatly respected as the leader of the Hunters because he's often on the battlefield alongside his men and not some armchair general. He believes in the Hunters' Creed, though he does not view all Paranormals as outright evil-- Just dangerous.
Though he's quiet about it, Bill is a religious man and believes that he's doing the work of God by defending humanity from those Paranormals that wish to do them harm, and he is fully willing to sacrifice his life so that humanity can live if he has to.

Martial Arts Mastery- During his time as a Navy SEAL and later as a Hunter, Bill has developed a mastery of several hand-to-hand combat styles, including Muay Thai, American kickboxing, Savate, and Aikido, making him a formidable hand-to-hand combatant.
Expert Marksman- Bill is well versed in all manner of firearms and often uses them when on missions to hunt Paranormals.
Peak Human Conditioning- Through continuous extensive training, careful dieting, and biofeedback treatments, Bill is as physically fit and capable as it is possible to be for a human of his size, weight, build, and age. Despite him nearing his mid-fifties, he's as active and capable as he has always been and shows no signs of slowing down anytime soon.

Being a Hunter, Bill has access to a plethora of modern technology and several ancient relics that he uses to combat Paranormals. His standard loadout is a modified Heckler & Koch G36C assault rifle and a M1911 semi-auto pistol, and his usual ammunition involves silver bullets and some holy artifacts to combat werewolves, Fallen, and Fey, but he also possesses holy water and wooden stakes for vampyres and various poisons to use against Fey should they cause trouble. For close-range melee combat, he carries a silver-edged Bowie knife, but has been known to use larger bladed weapons when he has to. As his loadout can change with each mission, it's obvious he's Crazy-Prepared.
