Personality: Mischievous, loves a good "plot twist", dirty little cat, loves to get into trouble...but he also loves to cheer up others, do what he can to help someone, and loves to be doted on. So....chaotic neutral sums him up fairly well.

-Omniscience / “4th Wall” : CC has the ability to...as he calls it..."break the 4th wall" "I wanted to keep my full Omnic abilities...but I was told I have to be toned down for this guild. Luckily this is one of my most beloved features...so at least I get this one..."
-Crazy Eights: Though most cats have “Nine lives”, CC has the ability to reboot his lives once he reaches his “eight life”. Instead of using up his “Ninth life”…he’ll have used up his “first life”. Edel gave CC this ability in hopes that he would live as long as her…
-Cat O’Nine Tails: CC has the ability to grow nine tails from his back. Each tail is filled with a specific power or ability. He can only use these abilities when he has the selected tail out as well as his normal tail. This allows Edel, or others, to know when the cat has the ability to use that power, and be ready for it. Each tail is also marked in a way that it is at least hinted at which power it contains.

-Duplication: CC has the ability to duplicate himself into nine different CC’s. This was a power given to him so that Edel could use him for spying on others if needed. Though she’s never actually needed to use him for spying, and CC uses it more to interact with whoever he wants, wherever he wants.
-Teleportation: CC has the ability to teleport himself into any location he can see, or has been to previously. This ability was given to him so that Edel could simply call him and he would come wherever she may be. This is NOT a stealthy ability though...CC's mode of teleportation consists of a burst of black smoke and a popping sound. Insurance that he wouldn't simply wander off that way without Edel (or anyone else) knowing.
Weaknesses:
-Crazy Eights: Though his lives will reboot once he reaches his eighth life, any severely devastating attack or superimposed attack(s) can void this ability. In other words something that would use up all of his nine lives at once will leave him with only one life left.
-Duplication: CC can split himself into nine different duplications, but his powers become divided among however many duplications he has out and about. If he has two duplications out and about, his “Cat O’Nine” powers become divided, leaving each cat with only four tales. The “Original” CC will have the extra tail if there is an even number of duplications.
-Dogs: Self explanatory…he’s a cat. Of all the paranormal creatures, he is terrified of Werewolves.
-Water: Again, he’s a cat. A spray bottle can deter him, a hose can frighten him off, a bath will terrify him.
-Catnip/Tuna/Fish/etc: …..he’ll do whatever you want if treats are involved.
-Cuddling/Loving/Petting/etc: ….he’ll do whatever you want and love you forever with a good scratch behind the ears.
-Belled Collar: When under Edel's full watch, CC wears a belled collar. This allows Edel to know where CC is at all times, as well as keep a "leash" on his powers. Having the collar is also a give-away for his location.
Whenever he can manage to free himself of the magic collar...he tends to take immediate advantage of his freedom. Both physically and magically.
History
Edel Condulmer took in cats and other stray animals throughout her life. None ever lived long enough for her, and she often became saddened that she only had animals to keep her company. One day, she wandered upon a stray kitten. She took the creature in, but found that genetics had rendered the kitten ill. With its life expectancy short, Edel decided to try out a few of her more experimental spells on the creature. The result of which led to CC's ability to renew his lifespan. With that success, and the creatures attachment to her, Edel decided to try and "make" a creature who would live as long as her...and she could talk to.
This resulted in practicing another spell...then experimenting with another spell...then another...then maybe it would be better if he could to this....or maybe that....and About a century later CC was healthy, talking, and full of magic. As...well as some more humanly traits that make him a little more perverse and mischievous than he should be.
Edel kept him in her home, taking care of him as best she could. Eventually the cat became a little restless with keeping to where Edel could see him, and he started exploring without her approval. Never for very long...always just enough for him to get a bit of excitement before coming back home. When he would sneak out for his little vacations, but couldn't rid himself of the collar, he would disguise one of the bells as a name tag. Staying with a selected family for a short time under the name of "Atticus". When he got his fill, or when Edel came for him, he would be more than happy to go back home.
"Actually I'm an Omnic trapped in the body of a cat. I have enough of a fan base that a certain someone wanted me to be in this little world too. What he DIDN'T tell me was that I'd have to be stripped of my plot-altering abilities and I'd have to be even MORE leashed to Edel. But....I don't have the straight jacket here....and there's still tuna involved....so.....yeah."
