Lieutenant Zippeite hadn't exactly made his comeback with a bang. So far he'd just gotten in a lot of fights, and most of them didn't end well. The most he'd done was break a chibi senshi's face.
For now, the small lieutenant was icing a particularly nasty bruise from earlier in the evening while he lounged on a park bench, and the fact that he even had to, in spite of all this great power Chaos was supposed to be bestowing on him, kind of enraged him.
He shouldn't have to fight so hard. In his head, deserved more, and had been wallowing and stewing in these thoughts for way, way too long.

Another night, another patrol that Super Sailor Tsui would partake in on her own. Her run of luck was never known to be of the good variety, only the bad or even downright ironic type, but Tsui never allowed it to prevent her from doing her duty. And while she had promised to be a team player and do her patrols with others more often, there were times she didn't mind going solo, and tonight was one of those nights. She was lost in thought, trying to cope with recent events though they were simply too many odd occurrences and some too stressful to push to the back of her mind for too long. The least of her concerns was the possibility of flunking out of high school and crushing Maddy's heart. The biggest? Her recent run of luck that had her running into some very eager to fight and colorful Negaverse lieutenants, ones that had succeeded in getting the drop on her on multiple occasions and was force-feeding her karma. For all those times she foolishly picked fights with enemies multiple ranks above her when she was nothing more than a basic, stripeless Senshi, it seemed that it was all coming back to her, with gusto! And tonight would appear to be no different, as she had sensed a dark aura in the nearby area and moved to investigate. The sight of the lieutenant laid out on the bench was almost adorable, and it would have been a perfect opportunity to simply talk with him... had others in his organization not been taking potshots at her in the past month, that is. "What kind of display is that? I didn't think the Negaverse allowed you to sleep on that job!" Tsui called out to the lieutenant, suspecting he might have been awake but feeling the need to make her presence known, even when others from his side did not. "On your feet!"

Zippeite was not amused.
Like he ever was, but.
He whipped his head around to the super energy signal with a scowl. He didn't need a lecture on what the Negaverse was going to allow. Something that had been a sore point even before she brought it up. But this b***h was a senshi b***h, and what would she know about it.
"The ******** do you want?" He snapped, almost regretting getting on his feet since that was what she asked, but he summoned his weapon and gripped it tightly, anticipating making his thoughts of using it to smash the hilt into her face a reality with a little too much glee.
He looked her up and down like he was trying to figure something out, and just quirked one eyebrow. "You look retarded. You're a level over me, but I bet I get my hands on your starseed before you know what's happening," He taunted, and then grinned like he was laughing at his own joke.

Tsui wasn't sure what to expect from the lieutenant, but sass and insults was something she seemed to be getting plenty of these days. When it came to a battle of wit and sarcastic quips, the Senshi of Tigers was not the one to go to. No, she was, for the post part, very straight forward and the times she did try to play the wit game, it would most likely backfire on her and would simply lead to exchanging blows anyway, so Tsui figured that it would be for the best to just cut to that part. Never one to really care about someone insulting her appearance, Tsui didn't seethe over that insulted, but rather, the threat he had made to her starseed. Thus far, only one had even tried going for her starseed, and that was a sensation that she wasn't quite ready to experience anytime soon. No, it was more of the fact that this lazy little upstart seemed to think he could even get close enough to her to try it that made the Senshi of Tigers growl, and the way she curled her fists into tight balls seemed to be the universal sign of 'come at me, bro!' "Alright, Litebrite... if you think you're so tough, then let's have it it." Tsui was always, always eager for a fight, and it seemed that her opponent was more than willing to jump at the chance. Who was she to deny him a beating? "Try it. I bet I can sink my claws into before you can even REACH my chest!"

Zippeite didn't seem especially concerned, even twitching his head to the side with a cool headded, "Eh."
He actually knew he couldn't take her, but he did wonder about getting close enough to rip her starseed. It was hard defending your chest in a close quarters brawl. If he was a little more strategically minded he might've worried she was baiting him to run flat into a long range magic attack.
But he didn't have anything on his mind besides anger, a burning hatred for senshi, and punching them, so he sprinted forward. He was agile, there was at least that. The long time track runner was lanky, lean and probably would be better if he utilized his strengths at fighting like speed and dodging. But he flicked his fully extended weapon and charged directly at the super senshi intending to collide head on. He had no interest in playing ninja tonight.

'He's got some nerve on him... I'll give him that.' Tsui thought with a bit of a sneer, though she couldn't deny that thrill of the fight beginning to consume her, despite his threat against her starseed. Try as she might to deny it, she simply enjoyed fighting, even if it put her down a darker path than the rest of her White Moon brethren. Perhaps it was a bit of Chaonis rubbing off on her, mixed with her own frustrations as of late, but Tsui was thankful to see Zippeite strike first. It gave her all the more reason to return the favor in kind, and then some! Except he moved a lot quicker than she had expected from someone only in lieutenant rank, and her first order of business was to protect said starseed, moving a hand to her chest and hoping to catch his weapon with the other. It was a risky move, one that would have paid off had she managed to catch the device and rip it out of his hands. Of course, that would require catching it, and Tsui... did not catch it. Instead, it shot right past her hand and slammed down on the shoulder that was defending her chest, and though it wasn't as painful as, say, a sword or spear blade, it still hurt like the dickens, and as strong as she thought she was, Tsui gave a startled 'yelp' before reeling back with a curled fist and aiming a punch for the lieutenant's face, if only to get him to back off. He had gotten a blow in, much to the Tiger Senshi's dismay, but the bruise that would swell on her shoulder was nothing compared to the blow to her ego, and if there was an insult that Tsui would not suffer long it was a bruise to her ego. "Big mistake!"

Zippeite didn't care much about egoism or appearances. He just wanted to hurt her, and when he felt his weapon hit her shoulder, it was immensely satisfying. He did take a punch to the face, which made him stumbled back and need a moment to right himself. A twitch of the head here, readjusting his grip there, and he was after her again.
It hurt, but everything always hurt. Zippeite needed to be beaten down completely before he'd stop coming.
"Oh, was it?" He asked with sarcastic concern. "What are you going to do about it?" He asked, swinging for her torso this time.

No, Tsui didn't take kindly to smarmy little upstarts, and she certainly didn't take kindly to people intentionally aiming for the scars at her side. No, those were for show and tell, not for touch and feel, and Tsui was going to make sure that her next blow would send the lieutenant flying. If he wanted a fight, then Tsui could kindly give one to him! White aura sprung up on her arms and wrists, and she lunged forward, feeling the blow from his weapon slam against her side but unable to fight the momentum of her attack and shot ahead, the aura taking the form of tiger claws and hoping she got a direct hit on the lieutenant. At this range, she'd have to have been either drunk or a terrible marksman to have missed, but Tsui had learned that the Negaverse were equally as quick and nimble as herself, if not perhaps more so with their unique ability to teleport. "Striking Tiger Flurry!" Tsui shouted, the sound of rushing wind and the numbing sensation to her arms and wrists making it hard for her to feel if she had hit her target or not. She had aimed for his chest and hoped for the best- if she could stun him, then she'd return the blows he had already struck down onto her in kind... ------ Super Sailor Scout Attack: Striking Tiger Flurry. SailorTsui’s Tiger Fist Strike’s power is enhanced significantly, as not only is her blow knocks the enemy back, but it also stuns them if she is able to make it connect, leaving them open for attack. This attack still requires her to be in close range combat, much like the first attack, but she puts more ‘umph’ behind her blows to physically stun the enemy, in hopes of preventing an immediate retaliation. Her time spent honing her powers has allowed her to aim at particular body parts, giving her the time to aim for an arm or leg to strike to immobilize that part of their body for 5 seconds, though at the cost of her having a more likely chance to miss. If she connects, she can knock the enemy back with a chance to stun.
*Knocks enemies back 4 feet *Chance to physically stun enemy for 5 seconds *Can attack twice turns per battle

Zippeite was quick, but not that quick. And even if he was, he was far too focused on smashing her face in to have the presence of mind to dodge.
He was hit, square in the chest and before he knew it, he hit the ground flat on his back. The wind was knocked out of him and he was down.

What Tsui was expecting when she unleashed her attack was a simple repel and perhaps a chance at stunning the little upstart, giving her an opportunity to throw back his smarmy insults with a few of her own, then get back into the fight. After all, she could manage two of the strikes if need be, so she was more or less expecting to exhaust herself and perhaps then some with putting down the little punk. She was also expecting her attack to miss. That happened FAR too often for her taste and often led to some embarrassing situations, most of which she was glad that no one else seemed present to witness those mess ups, at least no one on her side. Advantages of playing a solo gig... even if it left her open to the enemy assault. Yet, what she wasn't expecting was to knock him completely down, and when he went down, he went down hard. So hard that Tsui almost, almost felt sorry for the poor lieutenant, but she didn't go check on him. Not immediately anyway. Once the white aura had completely vanished and she had feeling in her arms again, she walked over to Zippeite and poked him with her foot, trying to access if he was conscious or not without leaving herself too exposed for a possible trick. After all, he could have easily have been playing opossum. "So, you awake, or did you learn your lesson?"

Zippeite may have been stunned and needed to catch his breath, but he was definitely awake. He kicked at her in retaliation for the nudge and scrambled to his feet, still trying to catch his ******** this," He muttered.
If that was all it was going to take for her to knock him away, well. The unfairness of it all started to sink into his little mind. Or, unfairness from his perspective. Sure his toy weapon wasn't going to crack or break, but in the end it was still a toy, and no match for half of this magic.
He was outraged, but mostly, he didn't want to be on the wrong end of that attack again, if she could do it again. He had no way of knowing, maybe she could just keep doing that forever!
"Someday, b***h," He growled. He wasn't going to be a lieutenant with a toy forever. He'd go after her then. For now he put his track start agility to good use, by running off in the other direction.

There was an old saying. "Never look a gift horse in the mouth." And this seemed to be one of those moments. In truth she was surprised that he was conscious at all, given how hard he went down, and yet she was also surprised that his momentary stupor wasn't a clever ruse after all. She couldn't dodge his kick in time but had managed to keep her balance, even as she jumped back and watched him scramble to his feet once more. Her fists were raised and she was ready, but his sudden '******** this' took her be complete surprise. Was this his way of quitting? It seemed so, as he shouted to her and turned away to flee, and if Tsui wasn't taken by surprise by the sudden retreat, she would have chased after him and given him a few more kicks. Threaten her starseed and then run off at the first push... the little upstart was nothing more than a punk! But she wouldn't chase after him, and that much annoyed her. No, she was a damn White Moon Senshi. She had codes to follow, and dammit, she said she'd try. But it didn't mean she had to like it, and it didn't mean that he'd be spared from her verbal assault. "What a waste of time THAT was! Maybe come back when you actually have the weapon and the balls to back up your claim! Next time, I won't go easy on you!" Sure, this was inviting trouble for later, but right now, Tsui simply didn't care. She was expecting a fight, but for all of his empty threats and preening, he did manage to get a hit or two in, and Tsui had to commend the lieutenant for that. Only when he had completely fled did she bring a hand to her side and bent slightly to alleviate some of the pain. No, it didn't wound her badly, but it still hurt like a b***h, which now make her curious what his dinky little weapon would evolve into later down the road. Cats were always curious, and a tiger was nothing more than a bigger, more deadlier cat, right? Tsui was certain that she'd see him again... Carneli A good place to call it a wrap, I'd reckon! It was fun!
