Her younger sister's name is Yubi and her elder brother's name is Hyato, who is gravely ill in the hospital. Yubi is in the fourth year of elementary school and her older brother is in college. Kurakai has one main dish that she craves often, sweet tofu soup. And lastly, she is a good cook.
Personality: Kurakai is often calm, she shows little details of her perky uncontrollable self. Often shy around strangers. She can easily make friends in school, but is not always interested in sports. She dislikes people who tend her to force to do things that she does not wish. Masami can be crude to the people that hurt her friends or family, or even innocent people. She is very shy when she meets new people, especially the beginning when she is probably known as the young newbie in school.
