❧Skills, Abilities, and Powers
Skills:
Streetfighting "Ya been payin' attention? BEST. STREETFIGHTER. IN. IRELAND."
Irish dancing "Mum taught us all how t' dance. I'm pretty good, but I'd say Abby's th' best o' th' lot."
Bilingual "I can chat ya up in Irish and English, ladies..."
Abilities: Aiden is capable of taking large amounts of damage in a melee fight and still come back for more. The reason for this durability is because over the past nine years, since he began his street fighting career, Aiden has become resistant to physical pain and injury. However for unknown reasons, when he consumes alcohol, his body seems to be capable of taking even more physical damage than normal, though this varies depending on the strength of the alcohol he consumes. The stronger the booze, or the more booze he has, the more durable he gets.
Powers:
Superhuman healing factor To complement the above ability, Aiden is able to heal from injuries far faster than an ordinary human, such as broken bones within a week or two depending on the injury, and any scars he gets fade within a week of attaining them. This also explains why he does not suffer from the negative side effects of alcoholism, and in fact seems to thrive and fight better when drunk.
Weaknesses:
Women "I love th' ladies, what can I say?"
Piercing damage: Though Aiden is supremely resistant to blunt force trauma, his durability does not help him against being slashed or pierced by sharp objects.
Overwhelming force: Aiden is tough, and can go up to superhuman levels, but he's still mortal and can still be killed.
Technology/Weapons/Paraphernalia: "Got me a switchblade an' a wallet. Plus my flat cap. Touch it an' die."
History
Aiden O'Connor was born in Dublin, Ireland. The eldest of seven children, Aiden helped his parents out with trying to provide for the family. Aiden entered underground streetfighting at 16, and became a pretty big earner. Nine years later, his brother Johnny got a fancy job in America and Aiden moved with his family to New York City, where Aiden again participates in streetfighting circuits.
