Zippeite had been raging about his place in the Negaverse. He had always been the wimpy nerd who did the math and the paperwork and got kicked around. He didn't want to train to be doing that for the rest of his life. He wanted people to be afraid of him. He wanted real power.

And he didn't like being told what to do very much anymore when he was never getting that power.

He had been eager to take out his rage on a small chibi senshi on the street, but the little b***h went and nearly knocked him out with some sleep dust and ran off before he could regain his composure. This only served to expedite his frustration.

He wanted to pound a someone's face in, and he didn't much care who, which was why he was walking down the street, twirling his weapon in a casual motion he was hoping would bait someone to show themselves.

Nickeline was the creeper of all creepers. If she wasn't hanging from the alley then she was up on the rooftops doing a little jig. What jig was she doing? Well, no one was privy to this information because whenever there were other people around she would abruptly stop whatever she was doing. This particular jig had been interrupted by Zippeite, his energy signal catching her attention like a fly to a light.

The click of heels against the rooftop concrete echoed lightly as she followed him. Each of his steps countered by her own as she walked in his shoes simply several stories above him.

Zippeite was not amused when he took notice of the clicking heels following him. He felt her. She was chaotic like him. But she wasn't a negaverser, which could only mean one thing.

She was something he had given himself clearance to hate outright, rather than simmering internally.

He stopped and turned to look up at the roof, snarl present in his expression. "You gonna come down here and fight me or do I gotta chase you up there?"

She stopped when he stopped and her long balls of hair hung down over the building as she stared upon him. She was so much better than him, way above him and the building proved it so nicely. She couldn't quite see his expression nor hear what he yelled so she simply continue watching him like the creeper he was. If he wanted a fight, he was going to have to bring it.

Zippeite frowned. Stupid b***h was going to keep following him, he figured, and probably made fun of him while she was up there. Everyone was always making fun of him, if they noticed him at all.

But if she was going to stand there, then he was going to go after her, and ran towards the building to find way up. He was going to pull that hair out of her scalp by the end of tonight if he had anything to say about it.

Nickeline was the King of the Hill. She had the vantage point and she was using it all to her advantage. She walked along the side of the building as Zippeite ran around direly looking for a way up. It shouldn't be hard, or at least Nickeline thought it wouldn't be. She often forgot not everyone was as skilled at climbing things with sheer force and momentum as she was. Either way, there should be a ladder somewhere there, right?

She simply waved to him as she looked down. She may as well been poking him with a stick.

Never before had Zippeite lusted for teleportation like now, and solely for the sensation of appearing behind this chick and bashing her skull into a bloody pile of hamburger on the rooftop.

He was fully fantasizing about it by the time he found the stairwell and made it to the top, out of breath and flushed and fully enraged. "The ******** is wrong with you, dummy?"

Nickeline simply laughed when Zippeite arrived at the top of the roof. Why? Because he took so long. Who climbed stairs these days? Nickeline couldn't even imagine such a boring thing, and talk about time consuming.

"Slowpoke!" She giggled, obviously trying to provoke him further. How dare he call her a dummy! She was no puppet! No one was sticking their hand up her a** and making her talk, no siree.

Of course, she wasn't willing to give him a chance to say anything in reply. It was one one out of her lips that left such a pleasant impression on her new friends.

"Breathless."

Zippeite was still panting when suddenly he couldn't exhale. He couldn't breathe at all and he panicked. He dropped his weapon and let it clatter to the surface of the rooftop to clutch at his throat and tug on the collar of his uniform, clear fear and confusion etched into his face.

"Wha-..." Was all he could wheeze out.

Zippeite hit the concrete on his side with a desperate gasp for air. The pain hadn't set in just yet, but he was seeing stars. As soon as he could think straight he tried to tumble on his belly and prop himself up on his elbows. But in the middle of his attempt to get back up to his feet, he suddenly took a different approach.

Once his boot soles were in position he sprung at her, his fingers clawing at her smug figure rather than his impaired neck.

Nickeline wasn't sure if she felt disappointment or amusement when suddenly Zippeite sprung at her. It had been sudden and Nickeline parried with a block by holding her arms up protectively.
