But now he had more important things to do, like finding his mother. And the swamps. He hummed as he moved along, at ease.
- Votla quickly looked up from her resting spot in the tall grasses, a smirk slowly curling onto her face. She could spot a sexually satisfied gent anywhere, and they one certainly looked like he'd enjoyed himself.
Stretching herself out, she stood and started moving forward. "Soooomebody had some fuuuuun." The lioness cooed, eyes glittering delightfully.
When Biisa had first left his mother's side he'd been a little wary of approaching strangers, especially ones without super dark pelts. He was still weird about approaching brightly colored lions, so it was nice to see that the lioness calling out to him was a lovely mix of naturals. Her words made him laugh, wondering if it was really that obvious. "Aye, I'd say so too." He called back, turning his travels her way.
"But wha's life worth livin' iffin yeh can't have fun every now and then?" He shot back, smirking. "This area seems teh be teeming with pretty lionesses." And indeed, she was a very attractive lioness. "I'm Biisaiyowaq but yeh can call me Biisa iffin yeh like." The social activity had been good, lately.
- "Ohhh, well aren't you the lucky one there." Her eyes were absolutely glowing with delight as she moved in closer to him. Almost too intimate with her approach. Votla knew it would would be alright though, hell, she had done it several times before with many different characters, some female, some male... some taken.
"Exactly, darlin! You have to enjoy yourself and lessen the load you take on every now and again." Staring into his eyes, her bright greys looked over his dark face and pink eyes. "Nice eyes you go there, Bissa." She was too lazy to say that long a** name. Imre and Atilla were about the longest she'd enjoy speaking regularly. " 'M Votla, the windspeak." Winking she make a small flirty curtsey his way.
When she moved closer there was only an inkling of discomfort, it was fleeting and gone almost as quickly as it'd come. "And they're bold round these parts too." He teased, chuckling. She had wonderfully light gray eyes, very different from the lioness he'd met last night. "Back at yeh darlin." He purred out, happy to be able to flirt with the local beauties.
He raised his eyebrows, head tilting a little. "So yeh talk to the wind d'yeah?" He questioned slowly and chuckled. He figured it was more than that, but since he didn't have any actual idea that response would have to do. "Right now I'm just a wandering rogue. Bit boring compared to that, innit?"
"Absolutely." She whispered huskily at him, a wide, satisfied smirk following. At the compliment of her eyes she fluttered them happily, excited to be able to flirt with another so easily. After parting ways with Atilla and Imre she had been rather bored, so this boy would do nicely.
"No... I sing for the wind deity and those around me. My voice is long the calmest breeze and carries like the strongest wind. Thus, my name." Bowing a little she carefully judged whether to offer a song to him. "I could provide a song?" .... Eying the lands around her, she shrugged. "And, honestly, I am wandering myself. Sort of having regrets about leaving a group I met recently. "Perhaps..." looking the lion up and down she smirked, "You'd be willing to help pass the time?"
So she was a singer, eh? Sounded pretty fancy to him. He doubted he could carry a tune at all, though he'd never tried. She certainly was poetic with her words! "Well doesn' that sound romantic, lovie?" He again teased, though he was rather interested in hearing her voice. "A song would be fantastic, wouldn't it? I haven't had any sort of entertainment since..." He trailed off and glanced to her before laughing heartily. "Er, well. Any sorta innocent fun... iffin I dare call it that." He eyed her again and gave up a devilish smirk.
Oh-ho! He was going to wear down pretty fast if lionesses kept throwing themselves his way! Though maybe she meant pass the time in an innocent way... "Aye, s'not like I'm doin' anything really. Ventually wanna get to the swamps but.." He shrugged, care free.
- The glimmer in her eyes told him that she knew it was romantic, and much, much more. Waiting a few moments to assess the situation again and to wait for his reply, he had all but told her what she wanted him to. A song for a weary traveler. She'd be fine with that. Perhaps they give it a roll in the dusts as a tip post vocal entertainment.
“One moment then, M'good sir. I shall call upon my muses and entertain you proper.” Closing her eyes the lioness steadied herself. Slowing her heartbeat and raising words to her throat she broke out in song. The melody was fantastic, the pitch perfect and the words evoking of hidden feelings. She sang for many a minute before suddenly stopping. A perfect half-smile, something so satisfied one couldn't judge it as anything else sat upon her maw.
“Well, M'good company, how do you feel?”
Any time Biisa ran into a female that was easy going, teasing and very confident he always felt he'd have a good time; innocent or otherwise. Better than some stuck up, prude any day. That went for males too, really, even if he didn't have any sort of romantic inclination toward them.
He felt the corner of his mouth hitch upwards as she spoke about muses and entertaining him 'proper', finding her use of words slightly amusing. He refrained from laughing though, he was in all actuality quite excited to hear her sing. His mother tried to sing every once in a while, if he remembered correctly, but she was obviously tone deaf. The belief was more cemented in his mind as the lioness before him began to sing, and his eyes widened in surprise a little.
He relaxed into her song, lids half shutting as he let her voice just wash over him. When she stopped and asked him a question it took him a minute. "Hmm?" He seemed to jerk out of a stupor, before grinning at her. "Aye, well I'll be damned. I do no think I've e'er heard a voice so beautiful." He wasn't even stretching the truth, her song had been beautiful.
- At his compliment, Votla boldly bowed her head, smiling at him. Her heart was fluttering as she felt the power of affection and admiration fall upon her. Like a drug it tingled through her veins and mind. Inching closer to the lion she called her companion, Votla touched her nose to his. Grey eyes hazy but aroused.
“How about we spend the night in each others company? I can sing you to sleep while I enjoy the heat of your body against mine? If... only for a night?”
Smiling almost shyly, the killdeer colored lioness moved away from the lion and towards the taller grasses. If he followed then all the better, if he did not... well, sadly she mistook everything.'
He blinked, stunned. Had another lioness just asked him...?
Though perhaps tonight was just for cuddling. He wouldn't mind listening to her voice more either, so easily he followed after.
