In the next few days I was thinking about updating some of my old characters, starting with my main, Hiraki.  Hiraki AmaneAnti-Meister/Witch Meister
Nickname The only person that he allows to call him a nickname would be Hajime, and she usually calls him "Raki-kun"

Personality/Mannerism In his early life Hiraki was an average child with a strong sense of justice and an anti-bullying attitude. He had a normal life up until he was eight years old when he had to leave his home; but before then he was happy, smiled a lot, and was generally peaceful, and for the most part was a mama's boy. However after he was sent to live with his grandparents his world turned upside down and he became to grow darker and colder, and very rarely smiles and hides his emotions. During the time he spent with his grandparents the only bit of light he had in his life was his younger brother and sister, however after their death his life was swallowed up in complete darkness and was full of death and murder. However things have changed, and he's met Hajime, who gave him a reason to live. After he met her his good side re-emerged and he warmed up a lot to her, and will always love and care about her and think of her as a sister.
Personal Skill Hiraki is proficient in quite a few combat styles, enough to stand a chance against an opponent even without a weapon. His preferred weapon of choice is mainly knifes, but he's adapted to and became very proficient with Hajime's ninja sword form. He's also skilled with hunting and survival, since he has lived the past 6-8 years without a home, wondering around the Asian/European continents.
Occupation Former Mercenary. After he met Hajime he avoids doing any dark work for the most part.

History/Background
Hiraki was born to a relatively young couple. Hiraki never knew much about his father, not even his name, or what he even looked like, but from what he heard he takes after his father's appearance. His mother was a young 17 year old pure-blooded witch. Hiraki doesn't know how his parents met, or the circumstances of them getting together, married, and then having him.
His father was a weapon and former member of an underground group known only as "The League of Shadows". His father was born into the League by his parents her were criminals, however his father soon after meeting his mother attempted to escape from that life, and moved away to Northern Japan and married Hakaru. Normally when a couple gets married the woman takes her husbands name, but in order to hide his past and keep himself a secret, he actually took Hakaru's surname instead. They named their first born son Hiraki Amane. Hiraki was born a little odd; his mother was a Pure-blooded witch, and his father a pure-blooded weapon, however initially both sides were dormant and he was most like a Meister (although later on in life the witch side awoke). Hiraki was mostly raised by his mother, and never saw much of his father (His father lived somewhere separately and only visited on occasion that way if he's ever caught by the league he won't end up leading them to his family). Hiraki's mother was a Bear type witch, and treated her son just as much as a mother bear would for her young, smothering him with love and protection, and even had Hiraki hibernate with her during winter time, snuggling in bed together as mother and son. It wasn't until Hiraki was five years old that Hakaru became pregnant with twins. Initially Hiraki didn't like his new brother and sister since he wanted their mother's attention more, but he eventually warmed up to them and loved them both greatly.
His life had changed a few months after he turned eight years old. The League managed to catch up to Hiraki's father, and in advance his father warned Hakaru to send their children away so that they would be safe. Hakaru didn't have any family on her side, due to her pure-blood witch family disowning her after marrying a Weapon, so she was forced to send her children away to her husbands parents in China, however that was a terrible mistake that she regrets completely. His grandparents turned out to be terrible people and were at the head of the science and research branch of the league and used Hiraki and his siblings as human test subjects. They took interest in his siblings since they were identical twins and both weapons, however they were greatly interested in Hiraki since at that time his Witch blood had awoke and he was completely half-Witch and half-weapon, but was a Meister instead. They worked to enhance his body and soul to make him the perfect soldier and capable of destroying the league of shadows (and to replace it with a league of their own). They enhanced his wavelength, healing factor, endurance, and strength considerably, as well as making him endure direct waves of madness regularly until he built up a considerable amount of resistance to madness (enough resistance to where (for example) he would be capable of standing near a source of madness like Asura's for a few minutes without being too effected by the madness.
Hiraki and his siblings were stuck there for six years. It wasn't until Hiraki was 14 that he finally broke and did what was necessary to protect his brother and sister, and murdered both of his grandparents and destroyed labs, and attempted to flee China to Europe to hide from the league in one of the small countries in the Ukraine peninsula. However they were ambushed halfway by a DWMA faculty teacher who was a member of the league. Hiraki attempted to fight the man, however he was defeated. Although he had a lot of strength and potential, he didn't have much fighting skill (yet) and his brother and sister were killed by the man, and soon Hiraki as well. Shortly after Hiraki died, his body was found by a wondering witch who could sense the strength of his will, and was intrigued by him, and was able to use his strong will and witch blood (in addition to her own witch magic) and pulled him back from Death. It wasn't until 2 days later that he awoke. For several months afterwards he worked with and was trained by the female witch that saved him, until he believed he was ready to set out on his own. Hiraki wanted to completely destroy the DWMA since he believed they were the ones responsible for his brother and sisters' death.
Hiraki's life was full of darkness until he met Hajime, who gave him a new reason to live, and he would go to any length to protect her, and would die to keep her safe.
Appearance Hiraki always wears a thick coat with long sleeves, which has several concealed weapons. Hiraki has two combat knifes located in both sleeves, and also has a harness around his waist that holds another pair of knifes (he always carries at least 4 pairs with him) Hiraki also wears a metal-clad belt around his waist that contains small smoke bombs.
Partner Hajime Hinamori, (He eventually gains Catori as a second weapon)

Clan He belongs to two clans, both as unofficial members. He is direct descendent of his mothers' witch clan, however she was disowned; Hiraki's father belonged to one, but Hiraki knows nothing of it.

Abilities
-Due to the experiments he endured growing up he was a natural resistance to madness, and has stronger natural endurance and stamina.
There's still a limit to how much madness he can withstand, and if exposed to madness too long his witch blood tries to reject the madness, which drains the energy from his body and can leave him exhausted.
-Soul Perception:
The same as other meisters.
-Witch healing factor. Hiraki is half-witch and his mother was a bear witch, which would make him Half bear witch. Hiraki has a few inherited abilities from his mother, primarily a witches healing factor, his being a direct result of the animal type. When Hiraki sleeps or rests his body is capable of healing much quicker and easier than a normal humans.
Weakness: Obviously being asleep would make him very vulnerable just like everyone else, and it's not like he can sleep in the middle of a fight. Also just like other bear witches he's compelled to hibernate during the winter, however Hiraki forces himself to stay awake instead, which means that during the Winter time of the year he's more exhausted.
-- Enhanced Palm of the Golem Technique (Offensive): (Shortens as Enhanced Palm Technique) Hiraki concentrates and minute wavelength control. An immense wavelength is kneaded inside the body, and a moment later all of it it is gathered into the Palm. That wavelength is released by putting his palm or by using his fist on the surface, which does a great amount of damage.
-- Flying Assault Strike (Offensive): This technique is simply a falling axe kick. Hiraki concentrates his wavelength combining his strength into his heel and strikes the enemy. Causing mild or severe injury.
Hiraki uses a Golem based fighting style, which packs a lot of force into each blow, however using wavelength fueled moves can drain his energy if he's not careful.
Hobbies
Hiraki has no particular hobbies. Most of the time he's too serious and determined to take out the DWMA. Hiraki does read at night time, and on average only sleeps 3-4 hours a night. ever since Hiraki lost his brother and sister he barely sleeps anymore. His body is so adept to receiving little sleep that he's now able to stay up for at least 18 hours without sleep. However after meeting Hajime he has warmed up more and gets more sleep at night.
Flaws
although Hiraki can stay up for 18-20 hours without sleep his body does tend to ache more and he does feel fatigue at times.
Hiraki doesn't like the dark, he actually fears it, but he doesn't show any emotion towards it and deals with his fear but never accepts it.
During winter time his witch animal instinct is to hibernate, however he forces himself to stay awake which actually takes a toll on him and makes him more exhausted around this time of the year.
Weaknesses
During the winter time his movements are slower, and he has less energy.
He has a soft spot for women and believes strongly in chivalry, for the most part.
Likes
Peace, his lost siblings, reading in the dark, he also likes to be by himself and think. but above anything or anyone else, he loves Hajime and thinks of her as a little sister.
Dislikes
Many things, especially the DWMA and those who are with it. He also dislikes those that are annoying or loud, and also dislikes talking.

I chose for Hiraki's voice to be Jason Liebrecht as his voice as Hei from Darker Than Black.
For Hiraki's character I was deeply inspired by (and based Hiraki's fighting style and how dark his character is) Hei from Darker Than Black

Personality/Mannerism For the most part Hiro is forgiving and nice to those around him, minus those he has a grudge against or strongly dislikes (like Hiraki) Hiromasa is very protective of those younger than himself, and cares deeply for his younger sister, Sakura.
Personal Skill Cooking, master at kendo, master at parkour and freerunning, is able to think quick on his feet.

Friends Although Sakura seems to dislike him at times and not think too great of him at times, Hiromasa still considers her a friend. He considers her partner Sora to be frenemies, he doesn't care much for Sora, but likes bickering with him for amusement.
Enemies Definitely Hiraki, who Hiromasa considers a rival.
History/Background
Hiromasa is the older brother of Sakura, both of which work as faculty members of the DWMA, however Hiromasa is only part time due to him strongly disliking having to work in a classroom for eight hours, not having the patience. Hiromasa was born at first as a non-weapon to a family of weapons, and for a long time was treated differently by other family members because of him being a Meister instead. While they were children Hiromasa was very protective (sometimes overprotective) of his little sister and kept other boys away from her. By the time they were around 14 and were going to enter the DWNA, Hiromasa wanted to be partnered up with his sister since he wasn't accustomed to working with others and didn't like working outside his comfort zone. After Sakura teamed up with Sora, Hiromasa decided to not have a partner and work by himself, becoming a strong meister on his own (basically where he's a skilled meister like Stein or Hiraki). Shortly after Hiromasa turned 19 his weapon blood had begun to awaken which took the form of an iron bladed kendo stick, which he's able to use as his weapon. (so he's basically a Weapon/Meister like Maka in the anime) Currently no one knows about his weapon blood awakening, not even Sakura.
After his run in with Hiraki, Hiromasa has sworn to defeat him, as well as beat the crap out of him.
Appearance Hiromasa wears an old style outfit with a kendo stick at his side.
Partner He has no partner yet, but he uses a wooden kendo stick as his main weapon.

-Soul Menace: Hiro's soul menace works in which his wavelength flows into whatever bladed weapon he's holding and is capable of blocking the nerves of whoever he strikes. (so if he hits someone in their wrist the nerves wouldn't be able to function for some time)
His soul menace only works if he's holding a bladed weapon, and can't use it with his own weapon parts.
-Iron Soul Shatter: A weapon ability he's yet to learn. It's a more advanced version of his Soul Menace, in which it temporarily blocks the flow of ones Wavelength to where he strikes.
This move is still unlearned, even so it can't be used repetitively.
Hobbies
Kendo, Parkour, acrobatics, sneaking up behind Sakura and spooking her., he is also talented in all forms of stealth and combat
Flaws
Hiromasa has ADHD, he has abandonment issues, he wants to cuddle with his sister
Weaknesses
Since he is just a meister with no partner, another meister with a partner has a potential advantage over him.
He isn't very skilled yet with his weapon blood.

Personality/Mannerism Hajime is a very kind and sweet girl, and doesn't like it when good people get hurt. She's usually very quiet and shy and is only comfortable around those that love and care deeply for her like Hiraki who is her best friend. She can be very quiet due to her being neglected as a child. Although Haji very timid and shy at times, Hiraki deeply inspired her, to where she acts more brave. However whenever she's lost from him she goes back to her old personality and acts more scared.
While she's influenced by the black blood her actions are a lot more different than how she would normally act, being more crazed and aggressive. Normally a black blood infected would also infect their partner with the black blood and madness, but fortunately Hiraki has a very strong resistance to madness, and his witch body filters out foreign toxins, so the black blood isn't able to stay inside his body for that long.
Appearance Hajime has the appearance of a school girl, wearing the thick dark blue sweater (which is actually pretty warm and comfortable). She also wears a short skirt and long black stockings. During the winter time she gets very cold, so Hiraki bought her a set of winter clothes.
Partner Hiraki Amane. Due to her love and admiration for Hiraki, he's the only meister she will ever allow herself to be used by, and restricted her soul wavelength to only his soul.
Personal Skill Hajime is very fond of and passionate about art, and is very skilled when it comes to all forms of it, such as painting, drawing, sketching, even a little sculpting, and even draws cute art of Hiraki at times.
Occupation Partner of Hiraki.
Rank Best friend. It's kind of funny (but also cute) that Hiraki's best friend is a little girl
Classification Hajime was originally a normal weapon, however now she is a black blood weapon. She deeply desires to become a Death Scythe, but for Hiraki, wanting to prove herself to be a weapon suited for someone like him (although Hiraki accepts her no matter what she is)

She considers Haruki a friend, since he's basically Hiraki, and is the only other person besides Hiraki that can use her.

No one in particular. Primarily the League of Shadows, who abducted Hiraki.
History/Background
Hajime was born as an accident to a very wealthy upper-middle class family. Both of her parents were very successful and important business men; her father was a Network designer for multimillion dollar corporations, while her mother had a Doctors' Degree is physics and taught at the University of Tokyo. Hajime was an accident, her parents never wanted anymore children and had even used birth control, but her mother became pregnant anyway. By the time her mother found that she was pregnant it was too late to abort her. When Hajime was born her parents wanted to uphold their image so they gave her a different surname and told people that she was their niece and that her mother died.
As Hajime grew up her parents sent her to basic public schools, while her older sister attended High performing prep schools. Even though her father had a masters' degree in computers and engineering, and her mother had a Doctors' degree in physics, Hajime was more interesting in art, but her parents thought of her as a complete disgrace for pursuing something as childish as art. The reason why her parents wanted nothing to do with her and despised her was due to Hajime being a weapon, which was something unexpected since her parents were normal a*****e humans. By the time Hajime was seven her parents grew tired of her and sent her away to a boarding school. Hajime had lived in the boarding school for two years but when she was 9 years old her weapon blood became more active and the school immediately threw her out (not literally), however her parents refused to take her back, so she was forced to live on the streets, especially since orphanages didn't want demon weapon blooded children.
by the time Hajime was 11 years old she attempted to join the DWMA. but when she went to the Registration office in Tokyo she was unable to manifest any part of her weapon form. Due to that she was kicked back outside by the person in charge of the DWMA branch in Tokyo. As Hajime left the building she was soon confronted by a roaming kishin that could sense her demon weapon soul wavelength. The kishin attempted to attack her and devour her soul. Hajime had nothing to live for and was going to let him take her, but she was saved by Hiraki (age 19) who was in the area. Hiraki took down the Kishin with his bare hands. Hiraki was going to go his own way, but Hajime followed him truly inspired by him. Shortly after that Hajime told Hiraki what all happened to her and about being thrown out on the street. Hiraki truly loves Hajime and would go to any lengths and do whatever it takes to protect her. He would never allow a soul to harm her. Hiraki can see how much Hajime reminds him of himself at her age. Ever since they met Hiraki has thought of her as a very dear and important friend, as well as a little sister.
While Hajime and Hiraki were searching for hidden treasures, which could reveal the location of the Normanomican (the book of the dead) they were ambushed by handful of former League members, who's intention was to kidnap Hiraki, as well as take back the Normanomican. Hiraki was overwhelmed especially when they shot him with several tranquilizer darts, and managed to abduct him. As Hajime tried to fight back to save Hiraki, she was drugged with the black blood and knocked out.
Hajime and Hiraki are a very compatible pair. Due to Hiraki's demon weapon and witch blood he is capable of adapting to and using almost any weapon, however with Hajime he doesn't have to change his soul wavelength at all. Their souls are naturally completely compatible with each other. Which is due to Hiraki's strong and unbreakable soul, as well as his love for Hajime; and Hajime's admiration for Hiraki and her love for him.

I approved Hiraki Amane, I like his story more than the old. (And good thing I made strength abilities since he's a Half Bear Witch Meister xD)
I like Hiromasa's story (It seems funny for me XD). I made a story involving Sora and Hiromasa. Hiro called Sora by his taboo word and Sora suddenly got flipped off.
Anyway, Hiro and Sakura's father was Haru and their mom is Hiroma. Both alive, both weapon, in the same clan xD
