To see if your wolf is a seer, you must request a rolling. If your wolf isn't a 1rst gen and has parents, and one of them is a seer their chances at the roll will be lightened. If both parents are seers, you have a seer. There is no roll. Any 2 seers who are unrelated and have kin, those kin will also be seers. But you will still have to go to the roll thread and tell me in a form if they are.
Why is it so high? Hinterlands is a very spiritual place. The tree of Spirituality has grown and prospered over the peace that has come to the land, it is because of the tree and it's force field that causes this. However these wolves will not be throwing fire and breathing underwater. Consider Seers to be more in touch with their soul. "
