After the small detour from a few nights before, Hypnos was once again out on the prowl. This time she wasn't near the diner, much to Noah's joy, and instead she was near a movie theatre. She didn't seem to be biased toward any particular area because she knew youma weren't. She had to find one, she just had to! How could she finish with her study if she didn't find one? She couldn't, and that was a constant reminder in her head.

Another constant reminder was Zia, her thoughts flashing back to the night periodically. She walked along the sidewalk near the back of the theatre carefully looking while the other half of her mind drifted off into what Zia had called training. The only useful thing had been Zia trying to show her how to stand better but even after trying it some more she found it so embarrassing. Perhaps it wouldn't be as bad if she knew no one was watching?

It was worth a shot, and after making sure there was no youma behind the alley she found herself standing there. She took a breath, looked around and then spread her legs so they were parallel with her shoulders. Nope, nope, nope, nope! It still felt weird! She didn't like fighting, she didn't like sports and this left her feeling like she was someone else entirely. She tried to stay this way though, her eyes closed as she tried to mentally feel balanced. It still felt awkward but what was the worst that could happen?

Lt. Zippeite hadn't been taking all of the change very well, but then he was also a coward who hid from every little thing, even when he didn't have being stuck in boarding school to fall back on as an excuse any more. How long had it been since he'd corrupted into the negaverse? And still, he had lacked any sort of power he joined to feel. He had not been deemed worthy of promotion, but that wasn't any surprise given how he just kept up the bare minimums to stay under the radar.

He was an angry little boy.

And oh look, there was something for him to take his angry little boy feelings out on.

"You look like you're trying to dance with two left feet," He snorted at her posing, crossing his arms and watching her for a moment. Just a chibi. But he had no problem punting babies.

The chibi senshi had been so focused into standing the way Zia had insisted she did that she didn't sense anyone come up behind her. Like a tiger stalking its prey, Zippeite had gotten the total upperhand on her senses and she let out an abrupt squeak of surprise, spinning around and tripping over her two left feet. She managed to gain her composure, if only so she didn't fall.

"I-I am not," she pouted, brushing some of the locks of strawberry blonde hair out of her face.

Zippeite laughed a liiiittle too hard at her pout. "Oh please. What are you even doing? You're like the youngest wannabe alien I've ever seen. What are you even trying to do out here?" He stepped closer and gave her a little push, just to see if she'd push back.

And he was hoping that she would please push back.

What was she doing? She was trying to ground herself so she could take a punch, even though she seen no rational reason she would ever need to. She didn't have a chance to tell him that though, not before he called her an alien and her face turned bright red. She wasn't an alien, she was a lady! She fidgetted very unladylike at such an accusation, shaking her head in arguement.

"I am not an alien," she said as her pout grew larger.

A surprising twist happened when he pushed her. Instead of falling backwards as she had each time Zia pushed her, her hands flew forward in an attempt to latch onto Zippeite's clothing so she wouldn't fall. She grabbed with a squeak, awkwardly pushing herself off him in what could easily be assumed as her pushing back.

Zippeite would've preferred if she pushed back, or at least had a little fight in her. His second favorite option was her falling over. But no, the little b***h grabbed onto him, and he didn't like that.

Using the hilt of his weapon, he cracked it hard against her face.

"God, don't touch me," He snarled, inordinately angry. He had a lot of anger to find a place for.

The sound of his weapon cracking her across the face could only be rivaled by the sound of her cry as she fell backwards, hands holding her face as blood pooled out from her mouth. He had knocked out one of her baby teeth, and she couldn't even think of saving it for later to tuck under the pillow for the tooth fairy because he'd hit her. Men weren't suppose to hit ladies, and the thought was heart wrenching.

"You touched me first!" She cried, finding the standards of comparison very unfavorably ruled against her.

She was quick about getting to her feet, and she kept a good distance away from him, even attempting to back away but finding it useless when she realized she'd purposely come into a small alley with only one exit.

"Yeah? So?" Zippeite could touch her. He was there to exterminate her. But he didn't want her grubby paws touching him.

He cackled when she tried to get away, though, and flicked the hilt of his lightsaber, fully extending the toy to use like a bat. "Aw, the little b***h is scared?" He taunted, and then ran, positioning his weapon to hit her again in a full body swing.

Well this seemed unfair right off out the get-go.

"It's wrong," she replied briefly.

Cursing in front of Hypnos was beyond pointless, and simply wrong. Castor had done it before and he had been reprimanded by his brother. Did this lieutenant have a brother to reprimand him? He certainly should have. Swearing in front of little girls, hitting little girls, his track record was already much worse. Hypnos wasn't about to simply let him hit her again though, sucking up her feet with a big breath of air while a big pile of sleep dust formed in her hands.

He ran, and she threw her palms up into the air allowing the sleep dust to cover the entire area between them easily before ducking like a good coward and attempting to run very quickly to get away. Her voice was small but even as she was running the child said goodbye to him, wishing him well. Kindness lingered despite everything but thankfully there was a bucket load of self perseverance. With that, most other things were pushed away. There was no room for pride here to keep her in such an unhealthy situation, or any curiosity that beckoned her to think she could get answers from someone who wanted to hit her. This wasn't to say she didn't believe there was room to hope here but after being hit once she couldn't risk going home and Bell seeing this, or not going home at all.

Thankfully she wasn't at the point where she thought about such a thing but Bell certainly would and if she knew, she would flip. There was no doubt that Zippeite would meet the fists of an angry eternal senshi. He might deserve to have what's coming to him but Hypnos didn't believe in revenge, and was simply more concerned with getting out here as fast as she could. She didn't pay any attention to where she was running, simply doing so until she could no longer feel his energy signal behind her.

'It's wrong' didn't even register with Zippeite. If anything, it just made him want to kick her down to a bloody pulp even more.

He hated this, he hated feeling so trapped. He was sick of being talked down to and being hit and bullied, and he was going to take out all that rage by doing all of that same s**t to this little girl, because he could take her, and if he got beat on for being weak, then so was she.

If she didn't have that magic. Ugh.

He hadn't been expecting it, though, he probably should've. She was a super senshi, after all, it was stupid not to. But he was too focused on getting to beat her when he was hit with that powder.

He dropped. And she was gone. And that was the end. Had he been conscious, or at least closer to it than he was, maybe he would've argued how monstrously unfair sleeping powder was. Because now a fair fight mattered to him.
