As a video package highlighting the events of Surviving the Cage ends, the lights in the arena all go out. After a few seconds, bright white lights flash across the arena, pulsating in time to the opening orchestral riff of Awake and Alive by Skillet. As the heavier beat of the song kicks up, Jimmy Monera and Lester Cryden walk out into view, smiling warmly to the heated crowd as they casually stroll out onto the ramp. In unison, the two of them lower their heads as they motion the crucifix across their chests.
Behind them, Nathalie Monera walks out, waving her right arm to the crowd. Her left arm is supporting both of the tag team belts, slung over her shoulder. Much like Jimmy's flamboyant white jacket, the two time-honored belts reflect the light of each white flash, creating a golden shimmer across her black dress.

"The following non-title tag team match is scheduled for one fall! Introducing the tag team champions, weighing in at a combined weight of 492 lbs, Jimmy Monera and Lester Cryden, The Notorious G.O.D.!"

The two of them stroll down the catwalk, with Jimmy mockingly blowing kisses to their haters, until they reach ringside. Lester hits the apron with a powerful vertical leap, while Jimmy takes a second to give a good luck kiss to his new wife. Nathalie parts from them, heading over to the barrier, as Jimmy climbs the steel steps, and they both enter the ring together. Jimmy climbs a turnbuckle, and at the stern glare of his partner, reluctantly produces a microphone from within his jacket.

"I'd like to apologize for what happened at Surviving the cage. My actions were horrible, inappropriate, and embarassing to me, as well as to an entire faith that does not support unwarranted violence against women. So please, let's all try to put it past us."

He whips off his jacket, tosses it to a stagehand, and returns to the ring, as he and Lester await the ringing of the bell.

Lester pats Jimmy on the back, sending him back to the corner. He moves to the middle of the ring, waiting to see which of their opponents are going to be participating first.

Closing in on Drew, Lester waits for the bell to ring, and quickly goes for an open-hand slap to his opponent's ear.

Determined to show Drew more of his barbaric tactics, Lester grins, and follows him to the corner, where he attempts to fire off several punches to his opponent's gut.

Lester looks down at Drew, one eyebrow raised at how cowardly his opponent was being. Since he's in the corner anyway, he quickly turns and attempts to punch Miles in the face from across the ropes.

Lester shakes his head, and turns to the ref as well. "Speaking of doing your job, start the count," he asks, as he returns to the center of the ring. He returns to his own corner, and tags in Jimmy, who takes his place in the ring, as the referee starts the count out.

Jimmy, the more technical member of G.O.D., holds out his hands to meet this challenge. As soon as their hands are intertwined, he shifts his weight onto his left foot, and attempts to hit a round-house kick to his opponent's kidney with his right foot.
