Fourteen kids, from ages six to eighteen, escaped from a lab as it goes up into flames after being taken away from there families. Some have been here from as early on as they can remember, others are recent members, yet they all share one thing in common. They were all experimented and tested on, giving strange abilities. No one really knows what for, they are kept in the dark about it all. None of them have any hope of ever escaping until the lab goes up in flames and they escape. They believe after the lab is gone and they are out they can try to get on with life, but it's not so easy. not everyone has complete control over what was done to them. Not to mention they all have a flaw in how they were built that could kill them, or the others around them. And if that isn't bad enough they are being hunted down. They are thought to be a threat to the world, so no where they go is safe.
