~Hi, guys, this poem is based on Rise of the Guardians, and though I have'nt watched it yet, the prologue was an intruiging scene and I ended up making a probably not that
good a poem off it~Among the frozen trees of winter
Silver beams did the Moon make
Something stirred in the waters under
The frozen surface of the lake
Then gentle as freshly fallen snow
Cracks formed, to the Night's surprise
Though only the Moon did know
Of the figure appearing on the ice
And so the Moon held there
His lights of silver beams
Focusing down his silver stare
And everything else dims
Up rose a boy, with a head of snow
His skin was strangely wintery fair
Heart waking from the cold below
With moonlight upon his hair
He awoke and opened
His December-grey eyes
The Moon spoke to him
Much to his surprise
Not knowing who he was, at all
The Moon knew he felt lost
And so the Moon told him so:
"Your name shall be Jack Frost."
Silver beams did the Moon make
Something stirred in the waters under
The frozen surface of the lake
Then gentle as freshly fallen snow
Cracks formed, to the Night's surprise
Though only the Moon did know
Of the figure appearing on the ice
And so the Moon held there
His lights of silver beams
Focusing down his silver stare
And everything else dims
Up rose a boy, with a head of snow
His skin was strangely wintery fair
Heart waking from the cold below
With moonlight upon his hair
He awoke and opened
His December-grey eyes
The Moon spoke to him
Much to his surprise
Not knowing who he was, at all
The Moon knew he felt lost
And so the Moon told him so:
"Your name shall be Jack Frost."
