I currently work at Walmart...
My Walmart doesn't follow a lot of the safety guidelines and the store is always tore up, noting is ever in it's spot...
The managers don't care that I'm preggers, they make me do a ton of excessive hard work by myself most of the time.
yesterday we were short by a few unloaders so we couldn't get night freight onto the floor.
I asked if I could help since they needed someone.
They had me move grocery carts and I asked one of the backroom guys if the carts went in front of specific isles.
I never work grocery so I don't know how it's ran, I would rather make sure before screwing it up and a manager overheard and laughed at me.
Then that same manager saw me moving heavy carts and she didn't bother to help even though I was clearly struggling.
One cart I could barely pull.
I have been having complications, I have results from my blood work that I am having insulin issues and my hemoglobin is too high.
Today i got sick because of that. Shaky, pale, puking, couldn't get warm, dizzy, couldn't walk straight and that meant driving was out of the question.
I was written up once for my absences so I will most likely get written up again tomorrow.
they have been setting me up to be fired anyway, they do that to the preggo girls there because they don't want them to go on leave. They want them replaced.
So here I am job hunting so i can get the Heck out of there.
I'll settle for temp work for holidays and fast food.
I don't care.
But Walmart is too inconsiderate and I cant get anywhere with management.
Plus loosing the baby because of inconsiderate managers and co workers is out of the question.
I found a notebook and I made it to keep track of my job history and info.
I also made a work e-mail...
there are a lot of listings asking for maids, cooks, cashiers, and customer service.
I have been doing applications and trying to get a new job, Walmart is not a friendly environment and I feel that it is time to move on.
If I am not fired tomorrow i will stick it out until I'm hired somewhere else.
Please pray that i don't get yelled at or fired tomorrow and pray that I will be able to get a new job soon...
I hope the managers will have mercy on me, I don't want to be penalized for looking out for my baby.
