Camilla couldn't help but smile broadly as she walked into the skating store. It wasn't the first time she was there, but it was the purpose behind it all that made her happy beyond belief.
It was about a month ago where she was sitting alone in the park when someone passed by her and noticed the drawings in her notebook. To be specific, it was the graffiti sketchbook that she had been working to fill. Whenever she had free time and an idea, Camilla would crouch over it and start doodling. Well, Camilla had done that mostly for her eyes only, but when someone noticed them and even asked her to do a logo for their store, for money, Camilla accepted whole-heartedly.
She had started sketching soon after that initial meeting. After that, Camilla went to the store to talk with the manager to see which one they liked. Normally, Camilla just did things on a whim, but since it was a professional job this time, she needed extra time to prepare the stencils for the different layers that would make it come together. In Camilla's eyes, it had to be more than perfect.
With her backpack filled with spray paint and two art tubes filled with home-made stencils, Camilla stared at the blank wall in front of her. She took a deep breath and readied herself to apply the first layers.

Now Feliks was not Marxz. In no way would he ever want to be Marxz, but Marxz had told Feliks what was going on. So there the boy was standing there looking a bit puzzled.
He should be in the store, but instead Marxz wanted to make sure Camilla had everything she needed to work. "So.... uh... Hey! I'm Feliks, I work for Marxz." He nodded towards the building. Which he had a name tag on but they didn't really have uniforms so he wasn't sure how obvious it was.
"He wanted me to make sure you had everything you needed?" He was kind of glancing over the stuff that Camilla had apparently a backpack.... Which sounded as if it'd include spray paint, according to the way Marxz was talking; meaning Feliks would also have to ensure the cops knew that they knew what she was doing.
It made for one of the more stressful days at the shop.

Camilla turned around when she heard someone talk. She smiled at the guy standing in front of her. Gently putting down her backpack and tubes, Camilla freed her hand for a handshake. "It's nice to meet you, Feliks. I'm Camilla." She wasn't really sure what to else to say, her mind mostly excited than anything.
"I think I'm okay though." She looked at her bag and tried to think of all the things she had packed in their. The tubes for sure she had packed everything. The backpack she sort of had packed last minute, but if anything, she would just mirror-walk home real quick... Of course she couldn't tell Feliks that. "I tried to pack early to make sure I didn't forget anything."
She laughed just a little before she opened the tube labeled 'one'. It had all of the pieces of the base of the mural. "I'm so glad I thought of this... Else the pieces would be hard to remember what was where!"
Camilla stuck her middle and pointer finger into pull out the pieces. Eventually, she found the one she needed and carefully rolled up the other ones and put them back in the tube. She did not want to lose any of them. Right before she stared, Camilla remembered that Feliks was still standing there.
"Oh! You don't have to accompany. I feel bad taking you away from your normal duties. If anything, I can call you out if anything happens?" She paused. Maybe he was afraid she'd screw up? That would be horrible... "If anything, pull up a chair! I won't do anything bad, promise. You can count today as a day off...?"

"Nice to meet you too Camilla." Feliks said with a smile.
He nodded as she said she thought she had everything and then had packed early. "Packing early is always a good idea when it's something like this."
He watched as she opened a tube labeled one, and he was curiously glancing at the pieces, when she spoke again he chuckled lightly. "Oh Okay, yeah Marxz just wanted to make sure if you like needed a ladder or anything someone was around to spot you and make sure you didn't get hurt. Or no one started busting your chops sort of thing."
He shrugged softly as she went from she didn't want to take away from his normal duties to the fact he could pull up a chair and watch, "If you don't mind I might do a little of both, specially if there's parts were you might need a ladder. I don't mind walking back and forth."
There was a pause while he debated on the question, "Do you mind if I ask you a question about your art though?"

"Hm... Ladder..." Camilla looked up at the wall and tried to imagine the pieces. Since the pieces were large and made on card stock, it wouldn't be had to hold the pieces up while spray painting, but... She looked between the ground and how high she could go as of now and decided it would be best if she had a little bit of help. "Do you have... A stool? Or maybe a small step-ladder? I don't need the super big one."
"I don't think I need the super tall one." Camilla smiled at him. "I don't think I'd want to bother you that much either."
She was about to start spraying on the roller-blade that was part of the background of the mural, but stopped as Feliks spoke again. "Yeah sure! I"d be happy to answer your questions!" It was the first time she was being treated like that and it made her feel very special!

Feliks nodded, "We have both. I think the step-ladder maybe more study for this ground though. It's a little rough for a stool."
He chuckled, "I'm sure we have taller ones if you do happen to need one though. Marxz keeps a decent amount of different sized ladders around because we often hang things in the stores."
Pausing, "Let me go get the step-ladder, I'll be back in a few seconds, since it's near the register."
It didn't take long for Feliks to disappear and reappear with the ladder. Resting it on a light pole. When Camilla said she'd be happy to answer his questions Feliks looked almost delighted. It wasn't often people said they didn't mind questions about things they were doing. Granted often those people were ones he'd bugged before and they got irritated with him.
"So how long does it take to plan for something like this?" He asked curiously trying to figure out how the pieces work.

Camilla said nothing as Feliks walked away. All she did was keep putting up a few of the lower pencils and then sprayed in some of them. It was a simple design on the bottom, but Camilla beamed as they came together inf front of her eyes. They were perfect.
She hadn't realized that Feliks was back so quickly and didn't even notice his presence until he spoke again, causing her to jump just slightly. Camilla was memorized by her work and she felt just a bit of irritation growing as she was interrupted. However, she as thankful to him for the step-ladder. "Thank you Feliks."
"Hm... This piece about 3 weeks. The first week was mostly meeting with Marxz to get the design right and then after that the colors. The other two weeks... I took my time doing and sometimes re-doing stencils. I think most street artists do them freehand, but this is a little different." Camilla didn't want to admit to Feliks that she was a little bit afraid of messing up.
Using the step-ladder, she tapped up some of the larger pieces and sprayed those in a little bit at a time.

Feliks paused watching her jump. "Oh, didn't mean to startle you....?" There was a frown, like he wasn't sure if he'd startled her or something else had happened in just that moment.
He nodded, "No problem."
Listening to her explanation of how long it took Feliks continued to nod and take mental notes. Not that he'd ever be good enough to do something like this but just to keep in mind. "I can see where you'd want something to go by for this."
Standing back a bit, but close enough to make sure she didn't fall Feliks was watching her work. "What got you interested in doing this sort of thing?" He seemed curious more than anything wanting just information on the topic. Maybe that's why Marxz wanted him out of the store while she was there, he knew the boy would be far more interested in learning about something than working.

She tried her best to reassure Feliks that she was okay, despite her irritation growing. Camilla turned around and smiled. "It's okay. I just have a tendency of getting in 'the zone'. It's kind of bad sometimes, as you can see." she finished with a laugh.
Camilla wasn't sure how to respond to Feliks' question right away, but she smiled to herself once she realized it. Instead of continuing to work on her project as she talked, Camilla felt like she could talk for just a little bit longer.
"Well, I know a lot of people look at things like this and scorn," she waved her hand behind her at her masterpiece to come. "I understand some... Some are just because it makes them 'look big' or important... All those gangsters and stuff. But I know there are others that actually want to do something big and bold to get their ideas heard." Camilla paused, thinking. "I guess I just want to get myself heard, I guess."
She knew there had always been issues between herself and her parents, but Camilla was pretty sure that was something Feliks was most likely not interested in.

Feliks nodded trying not to push the issue much more but he felt bad that he'd startled her. "Ah, yeah... I guess I'm messing up that zone?" There was a small frown, Marxz would probably be mad if he stopped the art from getting done.
Though it seemed Camilla didn't mind talking for a little bit. He nodded softly, "Yeah, some are a little more harmful than others I suppose in that sense?" He tilted his head a bit in thought as he thought, "I always liked the scenic pictures on buildings that've been painted. I don't know if those are always this type of art but it's nice to stop and look at."

"It's okay," she told him. At least, Camilla thought she was okay with it. "It comes back pretty easily when I'm working!" Normally, whenever she got sucked into anything, it wouldn't be hard to get back. Though she had to wonder how many times she could take it without being bummed out and just had to stop.
Camilla smiled though, glad that Feliks was open to appreciating them. "There's actually a lot of awesome pieces around town. I've actually done another two... Not legally of course, but others don't need to know that." Camilla was pretty sure none of them could be linked back to her anyways.
Her first piece was actually one depicting the war between the 'good' and 'evil' people in town. Order vs. Chaos. She now knew where she was in the war, but that first piece... She couldn't be more proud of it. The second one she put up had been one of Ares and was showing her pride in the DMC.
"Do you have a favorite piece?" Even if it wasn't hers (mostly because she knew they were kind of in obscure place), she wanted to know what kind of art people liked to see.

Feliks nodded, he'd have to remember that, "Right, so you work better left alone." Ah pitty there were so many questions.
He paused when she asked him if he had a favorite piece, tapping the bottom of his chin as he thought; "Well I don't think it's considered street art in your sense, but I've seen some delightfully mind boggling 3d sidewalk art."
He nodded, " I think my favorite one of those is where the guy looks like he's trapped on the ledge of a building and batman and robin is coming to rescue him."
"However, my littlest sister has seen some My little pony graffiti and she's been bugging me about wanting to do something like that when she gets older." He sighed, such troubles younger siblings often got into.

Camilla realized that she was getting slightly more and more irritated she wasn't able to work on her piece, but the plus side was at least she wasn't being disturbed by someone random. She at least thought that Marxz was okay with Feliks being a distraction.
She smiled when she thought of the pieces on the street. Those were more than awesome pieces and thought that she should attempt that some day. "Those pieces were wonderful; I absolutely love them. I think those pieces are not done with spray paint though, so most of them disappear with rain." It was a sad thought, but she was glad that there were people out there that was willing to do them anyways.
"My Little Pony?" Camilla had definitely heard of it but hadn't actually seen any street art of it. "That's definitely interesting, though I definitely didn't do those. If your sister is interested, maybe I could come up with one and dedicate it to her?" She realized then that Camilla liked making people happy with her art, not just trying to get her name or ideas heard.

Feliks nodded as she mentioned how those pieces were wonderful, "I think most of them are chalk. I suppose in some ways though it's smart for being on the ground, since the realistic perspective can sometimes weird people out."
Feliks seemed to light up with the prospect of Camilla doing a piece for his sister, "That would be awesome! She actually has this club house out back. It's been needing a few new coats of paint. Maybe you'd be interested in decorating that?" He grinned, "Since it's in the backyard wouldn't have to worry about getting in trouble for it."
He seemed to think, "I could probably come up with a pony for my sister that you could paint with Pinkie pie." He was tapping the side of his cheek. That was about the time Marxz came out hearing something about ponies, "Feliks. I said help her if she needs it, stop distracting people for goodness sakes with your sister's fascination with that damn pony." He shook his head, muttering something about wondering why he paid him. "I have to go pick up a package from the post office. Watch the store, if you're still distracting her when I get back you're getting docked a half day's pay." Marxz was grumpy, as he walked off; but at least it wasn't at Camilla that he was grumping at. Feliks froze when Marxz started and murrmurred a sorry. "I'll... just sit here... out of the way." He grabbed a chair and sat on the sidewalk so he could see the front door of the store. "If you need my help just ask."

"Certainly not until I finish this for the store, but I'd be definitely willing to as a side project. Something fun, yah know?" Camilla smiled at Feliks. She was an only child so didn't really know anything about doing things for a sibling, let alone possibly with. "She could probably help out if she wanted to too! And well, if your parents were."
Camilla wasn't sure how good Feliks' design skills were, but was surprised and amused that he would design something like that for his sister. It was definitely sweet and made Camilla wish she had a sibling.
When Camilla saw Marxz come out, she immediately felt bad, both for not doing her job as well as distracting Feliks. Before Marxz walked off, Camilla called out to him. "Sorry! It's probably my fault, not his!"
She did want to get back to work and knew that Feliks had interrupted her multiple times, but Camilla knew he meant no harm. Camilla turned back to her work, half distracted still by Feliks. "I'm sorry to you too. Maybe it's better if you get back into the store? I just have to finish a few more pieces before being done for the day, to let it dry."
This time, she didn't turn around, continuing working, now giving most of her attention to her work and only a very slight bit to Feliks. Camilla knew it was rude not to give him at least a little bit of attention, but work also came first!
