The strength, power, and endurance it possesses are unmatched by any Epic Hero, only surpassed by other creatures of the Beast Class. The Bible is the only source of knowledge as to this beasts abilities. With this, it renders all Anti-Unit and Anti-Army attacks powerless, and Anti-Fortress Noble Phantasms barely phaze him. To break through his power, one must unite a number of Anti-Fortress Noble Phantasms or stronger, and blast all at once. Otherwise, pray he has any sense of Mercy.

Come to think of it, couldn't Tamamo-no-Mae fit in this category too if she's summoned as an "Evil Spirit"?

Potentially, but she still can't match Leviathan. XD >=D

I never said she would/could, though I also wonder if "Fenrir the Great Wolf" and "Jormungandr the World Serpent" could qualify as a "Beast" since they each killed and were ultimately killed by a full-fledged God (Fenrir killed Odin, but was then killed by Odin's son, while Jormungandr and Thor effectively killed each other) in Norse Mythology.
