"I don't understand how this is helping."
Alfheim had only been awakened for roughly 47 hours, and he was being a pessimist. He had done nothing but complain, complain, complain. About everything.
"I'm trying to show you how things work around here," Zia argued, though she was seriously considering giving him a cat laser to the face. Making the mistake of powering into a four legged feline to see if she could sense anything thing dastardly nearby, her stupid brother went and picked her up like a rag doll.
It was downright humiliating is what it was. "If you would put me down..."
"I don't want you stepped on. Or killed. Especially by me falling on my a** or something. That is literally the most awkward conversation I can think to have with dad right now," Alfheim argued back. If she wasn't going to be human then he was going to call the shots, and it didn't look nearly as bad manhandling a cranky cat than it did a 20-something woman. Zia was hating those stupid claw resistant bracers right now.
She did reach a breaking point and with a screech, shifted forms to her cat-girl stature, and punched him. Totally unaware that she had just let loose a wave of uncorrupted mirror-people energy into the atmosphere, which was even worse when she could've just powered down into a civilian and made it stop, but she was too paranoid to be energy-blind right now. Alfheim was a baby and she didn't trust him to sense danger like she could.
Speaking of, poor Alfheim was holding his nose from being hit in the fact and trying not to bristle at the power signature so close to him. "Jesus, I get it!"
But Zia didn't hear him. One fluffy cat ear was twitching as her yellow eyes darted around the area. "Who's there?" The cat lady called out into the night. Someone was coming. She knew it.

As the nights grew colder, Mimi couldn't help herself but travel through more and more mirrors. She grew tired after a few, usually, and had to sit down and rest for a bit, but normally get going after that. There wasn't much going on in her life except school, and well, being a part of the DMC helped her stay busy as well as have a passion for something meaningful. At least, she thought it was meaningful.
Mimi started to feel like she should just walk through a mirror and go home. The night air was getting sort of unbearable since she only really took energy from bums. It was annoying. The same bums. Almost. Every. Night. She sighed as she decided to step through the mirrors again, just once more, hoping something would happen.
And it did. Though she really couldn't tell if it was a good or bad thing.
One of the energies that she could sense was familiar, at least a little. "Ugh... It feels like that one cat-fight girl..." Mimi didn't like that page one bit, and unwillingly started to link that feeling with 'cat fight'. "I'd never fight like that... But who knows if more of her faction would do that."
It was a definitely broad and rude assumption, but it was one of those cases where Mimi just couldn't help herself.
When she finally approached the signatures, Mimi was surprised to see that someone was already searching for her in the dark. "Hm... It's that unfamiliar energy," she thought to herself. Then she glanced at the other person nearby. A page that was... Already holding his nose?
Mimi gave a quick bow, despite the hostility of the... Cat-girl. "I'm sorry. I seem to have interrupted some sort of spat between you two..."

Alfheim blinked when the senshi came into view. Well that was different. Well, her color palette was. He'd seen more than a few senshi, but, they were all white mooners. And this one was clearly different. He was still learning about energy signatures, and it took him a moment to focus on hers, but when he did he looked like he had an 'ah ha' moment and pointed. "Oh! Her energy's like yours!"
"No, it's not," Zia answered like that was the worst insult ever. Even if it was half true. "Her's reeks of Chaos." It didn't matter that she was polite, that she didn't approach with hostility. Her existence was disgusting, and the hatred was evident in the cat-girl's eyes.
"I... um..." Alfheim was wholeheartedly confused. He turned his attention to Mimistrobell, feeling guilty, almost, that she'd wandered in their vicinity. "Sorry, you didn't interrupt anything. Just bickering." He couldn't look at Corrupted people with hate, even if he had a serious complex about youma. She was just a kid, he was sympathetic.

"How hostile," Mimi said at the cat-lady. "You reek too, even if it's your own way, Miss Kitty." She was a bit irritated and still tried to stay polite. It was upsetting to see people treat each other the way the cat-lady was treating her. Sure, they were fighting for different sides, but at least Mimi would treat people like people. Well, she was a cat-thing so maybe she didn't have to treat her like she treated other people.
Then again, she was never mean to animals either.
Mimi decided to temporarily ignore the female and switched her attention towards the male. "Well, I don't know your name, but I can tell you are a knight, so at least, nice to meet you." She gave him a small smile. "I'm Mimistrobell, DMC Senshi of Nightshade. I hope Miss Kitty here isn't hurting you too much."
She looked at the cat-lady again. "Unlike others, I don't attack unless provoked. Doesn't look like Mr. Page did much to you, from what I can tell."

"b***h, please," Zia rolled her eyes. Mr. Page did a lot to her okay, and it was none of this skank's business. "Come on, she's unimportant," She said, tugging on Alfheim's sleeve.
"I... what?" Alfheim was utterly confused. Zia had been pointing out EVERYONE in a funny costume like they were goddamned Serenity herself. But this girl was unimportant? Clearly she was super important to get such a blow off.
"I'm sorry, it's fine, we were just having a... friendly spat," He tried to laugh it off. "My name's Alfheim, of Earth," He said with a smile, trying to be friendly and giving a small wave in greeting.
"No it's not, this is one of Ares' little bitches and we either ignore them or kill them," Zia complained, pulling on his other arm.

"Hm... Another foul tempered one that appears to be a sailor. Well, if I'm unimportant..." Mimi smiled through the cat and back at the page. If she was going to be 'unimportant' and ignored, she could do the same thing. Only fair, right?
Despite the cat-lady tugging on Alfheim, Mimi walked cautiously over to the page and held out a hand for a handshake. "It's nice to meet you, Alfheim," she told him with a genuine smile. It wasn't hard for Mimi to ignore the fact that they were on opposing sides; as long as she wasn't attacked or belittled, she didn't care much. There was no reason for her to attack either of them.
Especially since Alfheim seemed nice enough. Well, it seemed like, if anything, the cat-lady would attack her, not the page. "I've never had to fight a cat-thing before... It might be interesting?"Carneli (( Omg XDD This might end up being more of a regular than a battle XDD I think Mimi is having more fun aggravating Zia XD; ))

"Oh my god, will you stop poking dangerous things?" Zia said with a facepalm as Alfheim shook Mimi's hand with a smile. And then he frowned.
"She's not dangerous, she's a kid, Z--" Wait, what was he supposed to call his cat sister? She didn't get a magical alias. Or if she did, she hadn't told him. "What am I supposed to call you? And what am I supposed to call you?" One of those was directed at Mimi. He was new to this, powered people etiquette was not on his list of learned lessons.
"Call her Ares skank #23," Zia said with a flippant wave. The girl was young, and not a physical powerhouse like Orpheus or a super like Navi. She was inconsequential and her would-be cat wanted her gone. ATh e a r t Har xD I changed the title. We'll just where where it goes.

Mimi was somewhat enjoying her time spent with Alfheim. She was technically doing this more so to annoy the cat-lady. "Dangerous...?" That was definitely interesting to Mimi, more so because she never thought of herself as dangerous. She might be as she grew as a DMC, but as of now, she didn't pack much of a punch.
"I don't think I'm dangerous," she said with a smile. "At least not yet. I wouldn't attack unless attacked." The last part was more directed towards the cat-lady than anything. She turned her attention back to Alfheim. "You can call me Mimi and well, I was headed home until the cat-lady wondered who was there."
She could feel a bit of anger building up inside of her, more so because the potty mouth felt like she was better than Mimi. And yet, Mimi had never said anything foul, unless she thought 'cat-lady' was rude. Not like she had ever introduced herself so Mimi could call her by a name. "I'm surprised I'm the 'skank' when I have yet to address Miss Kitty negatively. And yet... Someone else's mouth is spewing words like a sailor."

"Or maybe you're just stupid. Either way, I have no patience for dolls who are just barely a step above youma," Zia snapped back. She had pretty much concluded the kid was stupid. She wasn't apathetic like Orpheus, she wasn't offended when it came to the major hints she was dropping. She was ignorant.
"My...um... cat," Oh god this was so weird. Alfheim had no idea how this was supposed to work ever. "Has a complicated history with Ares, but she's all bark and no bite, don't worry." He didn't know Zia's history with Ares, but he knew it existed. "...Sorry." Why was he apologizing? No idea, he just felt like it was appropriate.

"I'm pretty sure there's a difference between stupidity and trying to control one's emotions." Mimi smiled, this time at the cat-lady. "I don't know you and you don't know me, yet... Just because of my energy reading you judge me as being 'unimportant', a 'skank' or 'stupid'."
She motioned her hand between herself and Alfheim. "There is a clear difference between Alfheim and myself, that much I can tell. I was confused when I first sensed yours, but what Alfheim said about yours.. It does feel like those of Chaos. You might not be mentally or emotionally a part of Chaos, but a part of you still is, right? Whatever that part may be..."
Mimi was unaware of the history between the cat and Ares. Personally, she didn't care. If everyone got a long with everyone, there would be no war going on, right? She was awaken by Ares and worked for Ares, that much she knew. "I'm sorry you don't like Ares and for whatever happened to you, but I'd very much appreciate it if you kept your hatred towards her directed at her. I might be one of her 'minions' from your point of view, but I'm not her."

Zia's eye twitched at the insult of comparison. "What you're feeling is the similarities in our parallel souls, not Chaos. You're like, this thing Ares made to keep herself company when she broke away from the true Black Moon."
"Maybe we should go," The hostility between them was making Alfheim uncomfortable, and he definitely didn't want to have to save... actually the more the thought about it, he notioned it was closer to his first instinct to save Mimi. She was just a baby! Not that he understood half of what was going on other than it was uncomfortable. Super uncomfortable. ATh e a r t Aw, it's perfectly fine xD <3

Mimi shrugged her shoulders and lifted up her hands. "Similarities are similarities no matter what words you choose to describe them." She then closed her eyes to keep from glaring at the cat-lady. Mimi didn't want conflict and it seemed like Alfheim didn't either. "Just the cat-lady," she thought with a sigh.
"I'm more than a thing, Miss Kitty. Just like, I'd at least like to assume, you're more than just some feline. It seems like you let too much of this world--" she motioned towards the darkness where the battle between Chaos and Order took place "-- make you forget that behind fukus and spheres are real people."
There wasn't much Mimi knew of Ares's past. She didn't even know much, if there was any, of her own past and namesake. Why would she even look into Ares before looking into herself? It was obvious that the cat-lady had a grudge, but she needed to take it elsewhere. "I'm not really interested in your past. I just know what is for me and what I want to make of my future. Have fun holding a grudge the rest of your life?"
She glanced now at Alfheim. "I think it best we part as well. It seems like Miss Kitty would prefer to have you by herself." Mimi smiled at him and waved before heading towards a mirror. "Take care. Don't let her... Negativity get the best of you!"Carneli (( I think we can end this RP soonish! I think it would be fun for Mimi to meet Alfheim without Zia when he's ready... LOL! ))

Real people. Zia laughed her a** off like that was the joke of the year. "Oh god, she thinks she's people."
Alfheim frowned, not liking where this was going.
"Hate to break it to you kid, but you aren't a person under that fuku. You aren't Mimistrobell, either. Mimistrobell died when Ares threw you through her mirror. You're just a mirrorwraith running around in her body, with her memories, so Ares can feel like she has senshi again." Zia gave her a saccharine wave and blew her a kiss before turning and hooking her arm around Alfheim. "Come on, kiddo, we'll go find a negaverser and round out your education," She said, amused laughter still ringing in her voice.

This was the first time Mimi let herself go. She gave the cat-lady a smile and glared at the kitty. "You're just a cat then. One that was accidentally given words? Go back to your scratching post, Kitty. I certainly don't think a feline can be considered a 'person' either."
Before stepping into the mirror, she pulled out her mirror shard. With a bit of a push, the mirror wraith came out and was sent towards the cat-lady to take a sip of her energy before returning to it's shard. Mimi tucked it back into it's pouch before smiling at the cat again. "Maybe you're just blind. I thought cats had better vision at night?"
"At least I'm comfortable with who I am," she told Alfheim. "Don't let the feline drag you into waters you can't handle. You already said 'she's all bark and no bite' so can't protect you. Better dump the cat soon." Mimi waved to him and then disappeared into the mirror, reappearing back at her room.
It was the first time Mimi experienced someone with a Chaos energy that seemed to hate whom she was. Well, or a part of? She powered down and sighed. It was of her own accord that she chose to be a part of all this, but there was a still a part of her that wanted to treat those of any side the same until provoked. Would she have to give up on that ideal?Carneli (( My last post, I think XD ))
