Basic Information
Essentially an M84 flashbang, that sports CS gas, pepper spray, and rubber balls. Despite the perforations the CS gas is placed within the container, and the rubber balls are placed outwards. This is to allow the rubber balls to be ejected with interference from the M84.
The weapon combines the BC-M7A2 and ABC-M7A3 CS gas riot control canisters with pepper spray, in gelatin mix, with the M84 flash bang, in order to deliver irritants in addition to loud noises to further disrupt individuals.
Some further 400 rubber balls are then ejected from the device, designed to cover an entire room in rubber balls, which while are sub-sonic and non-lethal, can cause considerable stun like effects. The rubber balls are each equivalent to about 1/8 inch rubber balls and equate to some four ounces in the container. They each carry roughly the same amount of energy as a .22 and are sub-sonic.
This mix is intended to incapacitate as many senses as possible on the targets without causing permanent physical harm.
Although it is almost twice the weight of the M84, it combines all the effects from stun grenades, riot control grenades, pepper spray, and flashbangs into a single package, in addition to the ability to immediately cover a room in pepper spray and CS gas.
