It's such a curse to always have cold hands and feet. I think it's genetic cause my mom is like that too. I read somewhere that women are also just more prone to getting cold. I used to just borrow my boyfriend's hands to warm mine up but we live 400 miles away from each other now since we graduated.

Things that have helped me...
-Keeping a canteen of hot water and drinking it throughout the day.
-Washing my hands with hot water
-Eating hot things like soup
-sitting on my hands when they're cold
- wearing warm socks and slippers
- if you sit for long periods of time, stretching and taking short walks help
- You could also look into getting foot warmers. I have one which has hot packs that you microwave and then you slip them into the special socks.

I finally got absolutely fed up with cold feet so I went and bought myself a foot warming mat and it works wonders! Best part is that it hardly uses any electricity at all and heats right through your shoes. I ordered it from amazon but I bet you could find it in large electronic stores like Best Buy.
