Character Name: Kuda Kitsune
Nicknames: Kuda-Kun, Kuda-Chan
Aliases: Kuda-gitsune and Pipe Fox
Why the Name?: Kuda is short for Kuda-kitsune or Kuda-gitsune which refers to his species. Most of the people who summoned him would just call him by one of his formal titles. His mother would just speak telepathically straight into his head when she needed to talk to him, and thus was never given another name. Now, while at Horror High, he goes by Kuda, or Kuda-kun mostly.
Name Meaning: Kuda - Shona name for "This is God's intention".
Monster Species Type: Pipe Fox or Kuda-gitsune (or kuda-kitsune by those who don't understand his true species.)

Birth Date: April 26th, 1915 (although he only looks 16 or so)
Place of Birth: Northern mountains of Suruga, Tōtōmi Province (遠江国, Tōtōmi-no kuni)
Residence: Previously Japan, but now Horror High
(One) Power: He is able to summon fox fire, small blue fire balls, currently still small. They're used for pranks, to light his way, or when he's serious, in combat. Currently he can only summon one fox fire ball at a time. As he ages and learns to control this power he'll be able to summon up to 9.

He has tattoos on his back (see tattoos for a more thorough description of this) and every time he uses his powers the runes grow and get larger. They will eventually cover his whole body when he is powerful enough.

Species Powers: He has the ability to shift between being a small snake like fox to becoming his true form a large nine-tailed fox. Although the shift between the two takes extreme amounts of spiritual energy so his normal form is just a pipe fox. If he chooses to perform this shift, he normally passes out immediately after turning back into a pipe fox and sleeps for 24-hours. Then he consumes large quantities of food.

He has the ability to sense "evil" spirits. Although, his nose is pretty weak when it comes to this.

Clothing STYLE: He wears a lot of traditional male kimonos like this and these. In non-bright colors. Blues, blacks, whites, greys, and tans. For more formal events he wears more formal and religious attire in very bright colors, designs, and patterns like this.

Although he doesn't own a lot of "normal" clothes I can see him being dragged out shopping by some girls to put on a pair of skinny jeans or two.

A mysterious red ribbon is tied around his wrist... I wonder what it's from.
Tattoos: As mentioned under his powers he has rune like tattoos across his back. As he hones and uses his powers the tattoo will slowly make its way across his whole body. Currently it looks like this.
