Windlindi is the longest thing I ever wrote so I might finish it I had a fb friend read most of what I wrote but she not read the latest...chapters(It might be a novella if published) But maybe you guys will like it and I can write my epic climax 3nodding Critiques please.
Windlindi a peaceful realm with no shortage of resources and where every being lives in peace and classes have no meaning. The benevolent rulers The Spinners: Spider like beings with genius intellect. The Griffins: Fair noble and just beings with the wings head and feet of a hawk and the body of a lion. The realm was Utopia a heaven everything was as it should be....till that fateful day. Councilmen Iron a Griffin ordered Decree 86: The Execution of all humans. Thousands of man woman and child were slaughtered. Around 500 humans survived the order Iron reversed the order a few days later and banished the remaining humans to the Slums. Soon humans became ridden with disease their bodies were infected with a virus only humans could catch. They slowly lost a body part it was like cancer each case different. One might lose an arm another half her skull. It was deemed The Zombie Plague like the living dead humans were like rotting corpses. Next Councilwomen Jade ordered the Hidden Flock to scour the land for DNA of a "Royal Reptile" soon they found a Dragon's egg. The Spinners soon began to experiment on the egg and soon they created the Council's Military Forces: The Pack a group of human/dino like dragons with magical powers. They were ordered to kill any human on sight they soon became the police and dealt capital punishment as they saw fit. Soon money became only useable to the Council and the wealthy became just as poor as humans over time the non Council races created their own economy and soon the Tamed had a reasonable society to live in. Soon beings of pure nature discovered Windlindi and they saw the Council as doing their best and joined them they were granted the highest class beside the Council and lived in lush manors. The Tamed and Elementia had their own economies and social standards. The Underworld was created long before the Council and had their own soicity as well now they trade illegal arms and items with the other two classes. Humans saw death as a escape of the horribly state they live in the first human to die found otherwise. After Order 86 was established Spinners created a way to ensure humans never escape the Council and condemned the very fabrics of Life and Death itself. Whenever a human dies they turn into a ghost and the Council knowing ghosts as undead consider them to require no living spaces and exiled them however the Spinners had unintended side effects soon the Death Curse plagued the entire realm. Nothing can die and not become a ghost their was also one other downfall. Anyone(Council seem to be immune to both side effects...) who dies and is addicted to a Vice will become an undead personification of their own vice... All of Windlindi is cursed by The Council and the Death Curse what hope has a realm when death is worse then living in hell?
