The problem lately is that current members are waiting for other people in their area to join and post but other people in their area aren't joining and making posts because they aren't seeing anyone in their area making posts. so if that's the case then no ones ever going to post. If Everyone that joins doesn't post because they're waiting for someone in their area to post then we would be a guild with no posts. Someone has to post first or no one ever will. You have a better chance of bringing people in from your state by posting then you do by doing nothing.
Therefore by taking the leap and being the first to post in your state you're helping recruit other members in your area, other members in general, and making the guild more active and approachable.
