History:Phara and Relios lives have been rather unremarkable till recently. The middle children of a rather large family of day laborers, the eldest occasional seeking out positions in the guard, they were often forgotten. While never physically abused, the lack of attention and emotional care became a form of neglect. Then the thread came and destroyed their home and left them orphans.
A calm, firm young woman that came with the relief, Romi, has basically adopted them. Relios likes Romi, she has been kind and stabilizing presence since the destruction of the town. He doesn't like how she manages him to get into things that are filthy. Though, watching and helping Runner's have their foals is sort of cool, even if it is so incredibly disgusting.
Unlike Phara he does not fall over his feet, nor believe everything that comes from Romi's mouth as fact. He is actually rather unsettled at the thought of going to Trine Weyr. What if they don't like him, or kick him out, or Eli does.
Description:
Relios is a heart throb and knows it. He uses his good looks to his advantage, trying to separate himself from his older and younger siblings. His hair is thick, straight, and a expanse of soft deep black. He prefers to keep it loose and flowing for the best flirting possibility but will tie it back in a braid when working. His eyes are gray in color with sinfully long lashes. His face is oval shape, with a soft pointed chin and straight nose. His eyebrows are tidy and neat arches. His lower lip is fuller then his upper and his skin tone is a warm olive. Around 5'9'' in height and a hundred fifty lbs and still growing.
Personality:
Relios is a flirt and a playful one at that. He is very rarely serious in his flirting, and tends to flirt with anyone over the age of fourteen in a skirt with breasts. This has had a few less then pleasant accusations over who is his sweetheart at any given time.
Vain, Relios prides himself on looking perfect. He spends a good hour a day cleaning, bathing, brushing, and dressing. His twin is the only one that can comment on his grooming routine without receiving snappy irate comments. He carries around a comb.
Protective, that is his twin sister now go away. No, really, Flaim doesn't need to talk to you. Relios might be a bit over protective of his twin sister. It might be because Flaim is so tomboyish that they have been confused before and he can't stand the thought of being gay. It might also be that the thought of his twin sister being with anybody makes him go eww.
Thoughtful, when he isn't being a complete flirt or overprotective slightly elder brother to his twin, Relios actually thinks about what he says. He can offer insightful advice or complex problem solving when one can get him on topic.
Adventurous, Relios wants to go on an adventure with you! The ladies like that sort of thing, don't they? If it impresses the ladies, Relios is usually all for it. Even more if he can manage to look fabulous when doing it.
Insecure, Relios underneath all the flirting and vanity is a tad insecure. Being the middle child and a twin at that he feels a bit unnoticed, lumped in with his siblings. He wants to be something special.

Strengths: Detail orient, Relios sees both the big and little picture for it would be absolutely horrible if he didn't notice that puddle and got his new attire wet. Non-judgmental of other people attire. While, he may be perfection, he doesn't expect other people to withhold his standard. Besides, having friends not as well dress as him, just makes him stand out more.
Weaknesses: You wish me to do what? But I will get filthy, absolutely filthy. Relios hates mess. He loathes it with a passion. What if it got into his hair?
While Relios has a knife and the skills, he balks at the thought of using it on anyone. What if they spray him in blood? Do you know how difficult it is to get blood out of clothing?
