I really hate how I'm always cold. I exercise daily, eat properly, and dress warmly but I'm still feeling chilled even in a 78 degree room. My doctor says I have poor circulation and wants me to take some medicine in order to improve circulation, but I've been really distrustful of prescribed medicine ever since I had to try a bunch of different things to combat my IBS. I tried moving around a bit more, but that doesn't seem to help either crying . Taking a hot shower helps but then I get cold again. And the hot water dries out my skin....
