This is the twins shop, which they originally planned on having two different buildings but instead decided to merge them into one. It saved time and money, and actually worked out well, since the interior seemed much cleaner and nicer then an actual butcher shop and people could purchase both meat and herbs/spices at the same time.
(I don't have an actual image of the shop, shop yet, I'm still looking. However I do have a picture of a small portion of the roof section of the building which is actualy covered in a glass ceiling.)
The roof is arranged like a sort of garden and has several walkways linked together where herbs grow around and in the middle of circles such as this one. Along with these there is a small makeshift spring that runs over the length of the roof and ends in a small pool where the clear water is then brought through a system that keeps it running from beginning to end constantly.
