 Wonderland. The newest VRMMORPG to hit the market. All around Japan, candidates were chosen to take part in this new game. They all met up at what was supposed to be a beta-testing session of the game. None of them knew each other, all that they were told was to come to that special location. As soon as they logged into the game, each of them found out that they couldn't log out. To do so, they had to clear the game (you have to exit the maze; it's harder then it sounds) In this game of trickery and madness, who will win first? Post your charries hereOOC- hereRules of the Game: ~The maze will change every day. Your goal is to find your way out of the five floors. ~Each day, you will be given a riddle or a challenge. If you do it correctly, you might receive something useful... ~You will each start at a different point of the maze on the first floor. ~Alliances are allowed, but be careful of whom you trust. Where am I?
What happened to me?
Why does everyone call me Alice!========================================================== Leerin could feel the sun beating down on her face and body. She carefully opened her eyes. She found herself lying under an apple tree, then quickly stood up. "What the..! Where am I..! How did I get here..?" Leerin rubbed her eyes to make sure that this wasn't all a dream. She reached for an apple an took a big bit right out of the middle. "This place seems so peacful!" she thought to herself.==========================================================

Beatrice opened her eyes and found herself lying on wet grass, looking up at a patched blue sky. She abruptly sat up and caught her head in both hands because for some reason, it felt heavier than usual. Her hair felt wet and tangled and her legs felt the same way as she stood up, brushing the grass off of her tangerine skirt. "What happened?" she said out loud as she looked about her, "What did I. . . ?" She wasn't in the video-game building anymore. It was as if she was transported to a new world, she couldn't put her finger on it, but the more she walked and looked around, the more she felt that she had seen this place before. Beatrice was in a forest, surrounded by odd, gigantic plant-life. The flowers shot up from the soil as if they were given some kind of strange fertilizer. The rocks too were huge as she put her hand on one of them, making sure it was just a rock. "What a strange place. . ." she said, thinking that someone must have been playing a prank on her as she walked around, "How do we get the hell o--" Beatrice was interrupted by a sploosh sound from below her. It seems as though she had stepped on mud and now her foot was stuck in it. A strange place indeed. She hadn't seen that puddle there a while ago when she was walking. She struggled as she tried to pull her foot out from the strangely deep mud puddle.
It took quite a while for her to remove herself from that sticky situation, but afterward, she walked out of the off forest and came upon a maze. Feeling quite in the mood to solve something, she went in without a second thought of things after cleaning up her feet and putting on her shoe. So with one sock, two shoes, and a clear head, Beatrice was ready to figure out how she got here and how she should get out.

▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄ With a tired yawn, Todd lazily opened up his eyes only to find himself on what appeared to be wet grass, which was strange. Wasn't he in a nice looking office building beta-testing that--oh! "Well that's new. Least they got the Virtual Reality part down. This grass feels pretty real," he mused as he pushed himself up off of the ground. He dusted himself off and took in his surroundings, which looked to be something out of Alice in Wonderland. Mushrooms were as tall as trees, colorful, and the grass looked to be patchwork due to its light-dark green checker pattern. "The midget would love this place," he commented, shoving his hands into his pockets, while he began to explore. He found it good fun to prod and poke the gigantic mushrooms, until he sneezed due to the spores.
It took a while, but soon Todd noticed that he kept running into dead ends, and had to turn around and take another path. "This place is like a maze," he said to himself, filling the eerie silence with his own voice, "where do I go though...? Ah well, means more stuff to explore."

Beatrice went in the maze and found herself frustrated at every dead end. "I've gone through every road!" she shouted, starting to get impatient from the feeling of wetness from her bare leg, "Where the hell is the office?" She looked around for something tall to climb on, which she thought to be the smartest thing to do, since it would allow her to see the whole picture. Beatrice has realized that this might be from the game, but doesn't believe it so. She was the type to remain logical at times of panic and thinks this was either a joke, or some virtual reality thing that she hasn't known about. A few paces left of her, Beatrice found a mushroom that was the size of a refrigerator, something that she could never reach in height no matter how much milk she drinks. She went up to the giant and smiled, glad that she didn't give up on climbing ropes in elementary. "Let's do this!' she encourages herself as she started climbing, slipping, and then climbing again.

Why does everyone call me Alice!========================================================== Leerin looked down at the blue dress she was wearing. "What the!!! What am I wearing!!" she screamed. She started walking and after a while she started runing, she couldn't stop her legs just kept carrying her. "I have to find a way out of this place!" she thought aloud. Leerin stoped suddenly, there was a man with what looked like rabbit ears. "hey, cam you help me?" she asked walking towards the man.==========================================================

▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄ Well... he was starting to see less mushrooms, so that must mean he made some progress in this maze. In all honesty, he was beginning to hate the game developers, because this maze just seemed to be made up of nothing but dead ends. "I think this maze is alive and is actively changing just to troll me. I know it," he petulantly muttered, though there didn't seem to be any annoyance in it and was just said so he can complain. Feeling a little lazy, Todd paused in his adventuring to stretch and crack his neck, he wasn't expecting to be accosted though.
The one who bugged him looked to be a young girl, and the Alice costume made her look even younger. "Ain't it a little early for Halloween, Alice?" the seemingly light-hearted jibe left Todd's mouth held a hint of annoyance to it, but his face was set in polite smile. Did he really look like he had a clue on what to do here anymore than this kid did?

Beatrice gave up, she had tried over 50 times, she knew it, but that mushroom had been too tall for her. "I'll never get out of here," she sighed as she sat her back to the giant enemy she failed at winning over, "Stupid. .Fungi." Beatrice had loved mushrooms before this and now after fighting with one in height, she decided they weren't all that enchanting. She suddenly heard sounds far off and she realized she did, feeling a weird sensation on the top of her head perk up, like she had ears to hear it. The sounds were coming from a man and a woman. They seemed to sound confused. Beatrice was about to stand to go up to them, but the the fight had been long and hard, she decided that she had been waaay to lazy to go after them and will figure this out somehow, while sitting down. Beatrice had her legs in front of her and her hands on the ground, keeping her body up. Her back was to the fungus and her hair spread all around the floor, tangled.

Emiko slowly woke up and found herself under a clear blue sky. 'Hm? What happened to the ceiling?', she thought as she was about to fall back asleep. She rolled over and snapped awake as her face landed in the cold, wet grass. "Eh?!", she said as she sat up and looked around. 'Why am I in a field? What happened to the building!?', she thought to herself as she brushed the grass from her face. 'Where am I?' She stood up and looked around some more. There was nothing but a maze in the distance. "Well this is weird", she said out loud, not noticing her new tail swishing around curiously behind her. Seeing no other way to go, Emiko began to walk towards the maze. As she felt a strange breeze on her legs, she glanced down to see the new outfit on her. "Wha-what the!? What happened to my jeans!?" It wasn't until then that she noticed her mouse tail. 'Okay this is too freakin weird! ...Wait a second...don't tell me...', she thought as she reached up and touched the new hat on her head. She tried her best not to let out a small yelp as she felt her new ears twitch underneath. 'I want to go home...', she thought as she entered the maze. She could hear some people talking somewhere inside. "Uh, hello? Is someone else in here?", she called out, hoping that it wasn't her imagination and that she wasn't alone in this strange place.

Beatrice was awoken by a scream from her now highly sensitive ears. She almost really jumped from her spot when she heard it and decided to investigate this one, even though she was tired and groggy from her very short rest. She walked all the way to the spot where she heard the scream from and looked about her for the person who screamed it. Beatrice came upon a very tall figure with long, black hair. Well at least she was tall to her. The girl has bright yellow eyes and was wearing the strangest outfit that came with ears and a tail. "A mouse." Beatrice said as she walked up to the screamer, "Hey, are you lost too?" Beatrice wanted to find someone she could share this odd experience with. Anyone, it didn't matter. Also, for a second, a weird feeling came over her when she had found this strange character. Beatrice felt a weird sense of tardiness, the same one she always felt every morning. Was she late for something?

Emiko looked down as a girl who appeared younger than her, and had white rabbit ears, approached her. "Yeah, I just woke up in some wet grass on a hill back there. This place is really weird. Were you at the gaming center too? That's where I was, then found myself here...along with this outfit and...mouse features", she said as she glanced over at her tail and lifted her hat up to reveal her ears that were hidden underneath.

Beatrice looked up and down the tall girl and sighed. "I was in the gaming center as well, they said it would be quick since I had my studies to look to." she started, "then I found myself here." Beatrice looked at herself after seeing the girl in her clothes and finally noticed that she was wearing a skirt and a long sleeve with a tie. She was to scream, but then there was another person there so she restrained herself from sounding girly or maybe even insane. "It also seems that I have an odd outfit too," she continued, struggling to not stammer, "and my hearing had improved, I don't really understand why." Oh, how strange. Beatrice didn't know that she had ears on top of her head that perked up as she thought this. She stopped hearing the voices she heard in the distance and was quite frustrated herself that she had lost them, maybe they knew where they were going. She vowed that she would never be lazy again. And still, there was this odd lingering feeling of lateness that she can't dispel.

Emiko continued to look at the girl's rabbit ears. "Maybe your hearing has improved because of these?", she said as she lightly poked one of the girl's white rabbit ears. She felt it twitch against her finger. What was going on? Why did she and this girl have mouse and rabbit ears? Why were they in outfits they weren't wearing when they left their houses this morning? "It seems like my hearing has improved as well. Plus my sense of smell seems to be stronger too. I also feel like I could run faster than usual if I have too. Do you think we don't only have mouse and rabbit ears and tails, but also the instincts of them as well?", she asked as she glanced at her tail again. Whatever was going on, it was too weird for her. She looked on ahead into the maze. She had a strange feeling about it. Maybe they really did have to continue on into it? "Do you want to continue on? I don't think there's any other way to make progress here... Oh! By the way, what's your name? I'm Emiko Murakami, but you can just call me Emiko, or Emi for short."
