Found Ryan's old application, so I'm using this too...

How long have you been on Gaia: I would have to say about 2 years?
How often do you get on Gaia: Everyday I check Gaia.

What guilds have you been apart of?: In the past I don't remember, they all became dead and I left.

What's your talent(s), again?; Organizing, Coding, Banner Creation, Singing, and Acting (Currently in an audition only Musical Theater class.). I also enjoy writing poetry and stories.
How long have you been on Gaia: 1534 Days
How often do you get on Gaia: Almost everyday
How long do you usually stay on: 30 mins or more. Usually more.
How much experience have you had with guilds or leadership?: I have been vice captains for many different guilds including The Gaian Fun Center, The Gaian Town Center, and a couple RP guilds. I'm also crew for LOTA.
What guilds have you been apart of?: A few listed above.
What is your objective for this guild?: To make it have many fun things to do so it will never get boring.
Convince me that you and I would work well together: I'm a pretty easy person to get along with. I might seem a bit professional when we start out talking, but once you get to know me i'll loosen up on my grammar and be really fun to talk to.
Rate your People/Person skills on 1-5, (5 is the friendliest): 4. I can snap really easily if someone does something I REALLY don't like. Like not following simple rules.

What's your talent(s), again?; Writing, modeling, and color guard/winter guard.
How long have you been on Gaia: If you count my first account on here it would be about 3 years.
How often do you get on Gaia: I log on everyday, but if I have something come up to where I cannot be online, I will be sure to notify you!
How long do you usually stay on: When I have school I am online on and off for about four hours. During the day on weekends I will most likely not be online, just depending on what I'm doing that day. At night on weekends I'm on until around midnight to one o'clock in the morning.
How much experience have you had with guilds or leadership?: I am the leader of a roleplaying guild. Since I was gone for so long my Vice Captain and I are renewing the guild completely.
What guilds have you been apart of?: Mainly a lot of roleplaying guilds like Neko University, Camp Half Blood, and Hunger Games guilds. I'm in a few randomly social guilds like Forest of Insanity and Band Nerds Guild.
What is your objective for this guild?: I'm actually really excited to meet other people with talents like mine. I'd like to gain advice from them and even give advice to them!
Convince me that you and I would work well together: I'm a very easy going person. I'm all about having fun and being silly, but I can be serious when it is needed.
Rate your People/Person skills on 1-5, (5 is the friendliest): 4. I really don't get bothered easily and nothing really phases me.

How long have you been on Gaia: since 2004. smile
How often do you get on Gaia: Every day (assuming I don't have internet troubles)
How long do you usually stay on: Many hours.
How much experience have you had with guilds or leadership?: I have been a gamesage in a few games outside of Gaia (basically a leader to help those who need it) and I have lead many of my own events in other guilds.
What guilds have you been apart of?: I made my own, but been trying to get it up and going. Avatards, Maternity Roleplay: I pregnant RP guild, The Yaoi guild, and this one.
What is your objective for this guild?: To show the abilities of our many talented gaians.
Convince me that you and I would work well together: I work well with many people, as well as on my own. I can take a given task and complete it properly and efficiently. I am also well with helping others, and keeping to my end of a deal or bargain, or set team-work related task.

What's your talent(s),; Photography, specifically. I also draw and do graphic design. I have dabbled in acting, I play bass guitar and produce drum and bass music. Also a writer; started with poetry, moved on to short stories, working on my first novel. Outside of the liberal and fine arts I am also a computer programmer (C++) and I've been a staff member on other websites before, including working as an administrator for an html board.
How long have you been on Gaia: 7 years
How often do you get on Gaia: Not incredibly frequently to post, but I check in everyday to lurk and see what's going on.
How long do you usually stay on: multiple hours... get home from work, have nothing to do, get on gaia for hours until I'm tired. I check in periodically throughout the day otherwise.
How much experience have you had with guilds or leadership?: With guilds? Not much. Back when I joined gaia I was more into them, but guilds sort of died as the website grew for a multitude of reasons. When I was still new to gaia it was almost exclusively where I posted though. Most of the ones I was a member of have since been closed. Leadership, however, I acted as a super moderator for a former UGO website and various smaller branches of that. I ran my own forums here and there as well. I quit managing though and let them go inactive because my former partners sort of faded off. General leadership... ehh... I guess the only applicable one here is that I was the foreign exchange student welcoming club president in high school. That was years ago though.
What guilds have you been apart of?: Pollzilla, classical musicians, stormbeard guild, and power metal were all ones that I frequented at some point or another.
What is your objective for this guild?: To be honest, the main reason I would like to see this guild grow is to actually have a good base of artists to be in contact with. Most websites dedicated to this sort of thing are run by silly politics that pick favorites and typically give more traditional mediums the cold shoulder (deviantart is my main nitpick). I would like to see variety and real artistic knowledge flourish here. It's easy to call yourself an artist. It's difficult to produce actual works of art.
Convince me that you and I would work well together: Sorry, I don't know you. All I can really say is that we likely have the same passion here. I know we're both photographers (and that's really I know about you), but more significantly... I've done this sort of thing before. I'm an experienced moderator and I have experience both designing and running websites.

Extra Comments: I haven't been really active here up to this point or even posted my artwork. I've been keeping myself updated though and following the traffic as I can. I think this guild has great potential with the proper support and perhaps it can be something lively in a deadsea of faded away guilds on this website. I'd like to help pull more members in.

What is your objective for this guild?: I'd like people to actually see for themselves what they can do, to make them realize what talent they possess and to make them improve that talent. They wont be able to improve well of course without listening to what others have to say about their work. I'd like this guild to be a place where everyone shares their work and story behind it and to have critiques, everything in a fun way.

What's your talent(s), again?: Writing mainly. I'm a published author of short stories in various magazines, and my first novel has been accepted by an editor. Music, I've played the flute and been singing for 19 years, violin for 10 years, and piano/oboe for 6 years. I am also involved in acting, play production, modeling, painting, and photography.
How long have you been on Gaia: 8 years
How often do you get on Gaia: Daily.
How long do you usually stay on: 30 minutes at least, more if I have free time.
How much experience have you had with guilds or leadership?: I have ran several roleplaying threads, and I've been the vice captain of a roleplaying guild. Outside of Gaia, I've led raids in WoW. I was also a member of my high school and college band council in real life, as well as a mentor.
What guilds have you been apart of?: Any Topic Guild, Sparkle Motion Guild, Elemental Poll Guild, and Artistic Gaians Magazine guild.
What is your objective for this guild?: I would like to see this guild grow and for the members to make connections, both with each other and in the professional world for those who would like to make their talent a career. A mentoring service would be a great thing to add, an experienced artist/dancer/writer paired with a less experienced artist/dancer/writer/etc.
Convince me that you and I would work well together: I am a laid back girl, who tends to be serious when I need to be. I've very open, and I usually have something in common everyone.
