This is the final room of the Doma Mansion. This is the very room of the Doma Leader. This room is the stage of the final battle between the Doma Leader and whoever he faces. Usually whoever opposes the Doma Leader and enter this room...never made it out alive... However, if the Leader does manage to fall. A secret door will open that leads to the Secret Lab hidden deeper within the mansion.

Eight entered through the doors, which led him to a very large room with a throne next to a wall. A smirk crept on his face. This must be where I stay. Not bad at all. Eight walked up to the throne and sat in it. He easily gotten used to the room. By his arm rest, there was a switch on the side. Out of curiosity, Eight flipped the switch and suddenly, holographic screens appear in front of him showing the entire city of Arkham. Well well. That's interesting. Eight scanned each screen seeing several areas that put an interest to Eight. Some areas like the cemetery, oil rig, theater, etc... He also glanced at some of the spots he had already came across. Tilting his head against his fist, turning off the holographic screens. Momentarily, he got up and stepped forward a lever on the side of the throne. Seeing nothing that could be a door on the ground or the walls, Eight didn't know what the lever could be used for, so he walked over and moved it the opposite direction, short yet soft screeching sounds began to echo throughout the throne room as the throne itself began to shake and slide to the right. Hmm. Eight walked over to where the throne was and noticed steps going down into another secret area. This gets more interesting by each minute. Eight began to walk through the passageway and minutes later the throne began to move back to its original spot. Guess I keep moving forward. Eight continued to walk seeing where this secret passageway could lead to.

Eight appeared at his room. His throne room to be exact. He walked over silently to the center and sat down on the ground as he shut his eyes and cleared his head. After his first training session teaching Ellie and hearing her words, Eight wanted his own training. Eight began to focus as he began to meditate. Training himself mentally and also going through a bit of soul searching. Traveling through the deep pit of darkness that which contained the Devil entity. The more Eight began to meditate, the denser the space around him became. Training his mind, was Eight's way of not only another way of becoming stronger but a great way for him to rest. Eight just remained there silently to himself.

Eight spent days of meditation as he traveled through his mind attempting to seize the Devil entity but to no prevail. As the darkness within him began to fight back against Eight, the entire space around him began to become so dense that the entire room began to shake and almost crumble apart. Eight roared as the power was so much at once. He quickly exited his meditation as he knelt on the ground as the area began to turn normal once again. Actually panting from exhaustion, realizing that Eight himself wasn't yet strong enough to suppress the power of the Devil on his own yet. The fact that Eight had considered himself weak in even one turn was unacceptable. He began to become enraged. The dark aura within him began to glow visible the more he became angry with himself. This time really trying to not give hin fully to the Devil. His aura slowly became his normal silver again. I can't believe I have to do this... Eight slowly got up as he summoned a scroll which had thunder written on it from his hands through a black ball of fire. He knelt down and opened it seeing many seal markings. Focusing his energy, Eight formed a special hand sign then in response clapped his hands hard together. Let's go. "Edo Tensei" Eight then watched as the scroll began to move as dark, goldish colors began to rise from the scroll soon taking in a form of a man with armor and long spiky black hair. Eight, with a cold expression on his face arose from the ground and stood before the newly summoned man. I can't honestly say it's "good" to see you again...father...

After minutes have passed, a man dressed in war armor and long spiky black hair with some what could cut marks all around his body signifying he's under control of the Edo Tensei technique. Marluxia, the original founder of the Divine Zaibatsu and Eighth Diviner's father. Marluxia opened his eyes to see his son in front of him, then down to his hands. Was I summoned again? This technique is rather not easy to understand. Marluxia realizing he has his own will to this new body took a step forward from the scroll to his son. Hello my son. I must say what has happened to your hair? It's silver. Did you dye it or something? Marluxia folded his arms, rather glad to see his son once again. However going through his mind to see what purpose Eight had to revive him. Hopefully it wasn't for another battle.

Eight looked at his father. Father. Eight had a cold expression on his face. Yet also eager simutaneously. I need to know something important from you. How did you manage to control the Devil entity within the Devil Gene?

Marluxia's eyes remained constant as he turned halfway to scout the area then back to his son. The Devil Entity? You know for all these years, you would've expect to already master controlling the gene. Marluxia tilted to the side as he began to stretch a bit. Eight, the devil gene acts as a catalyst to the human body. It strengthens the cellular compound to ten times that of a human once its activated. However... Marluxia shut his eyes a bit until he continued. However, if not fully able to control the catalyst, the body itself takes a significant amount of damage. Thus if the host can't control the gene at all, that very well being will surely die. Marluxia still with his arms folded looked straight at his son. Seeing how he admitted to his own father that he doesn't know for sure how to control the gene.

Eight listened as his father explained the devil gene. Knowing some of it, Eight just wanted him to hurry up until he got to the point where if the host couldn't fully control it...although Eight kinda expected that to be a result. Are there any particular methods into fully controlling the devil gene? How exactly did you manage to control this catalyst? Eight now folded his arms as he waited for his father's answer.

Marluxia wasn't the kind to beat around the bush. He just went on to answer his son's question. It has been known for a few methods to overcoming the gene however the most best and secure one, is the one that I've come to realize and experience myself. Marluxia unfolded his hands as he opened them as a black flame appeared in one hand and a white flame appeared in the other. In order to successfully take control of the Devil Gene, the host must have full control with himself both mind and soul. If one overcounters the other, the gene can't access both properly which damages the body. The host must have a PURE heart, either good or evil. Once the host is in full synch with himself the gene will recognize that and can be stable. Marluxia explained as the flames demonstrated both sides of what would happen when it comes to controlling the devil gene. In other words, you have to fully know yourself and who you are and accept what you are to the fullest of your abilities. Marluxia let go of the flames and fold his arms once more. However, when the Devil itself begins to recognize what the host is doing, he would not hesitate to make sure the synch gets and stays unstable. I myself had to come to realization with myself and fully accessed the gene. It wasn't easy but the results really came to fruition. The gene and the host must be able to fully unify their powers together, with the host in complete control.

Eight didn't quite fully realized what was wrong after his father stated how to overcome the gene. He knew who he was and admitted it time after time after time. However he made no progress in controlling the gene. I see. You have to be in full sync with each other in order to control the Devil gene's power. I suppose that everyone who came in contact with the gene had to overcome it on their own time, but I will be in control and take advantage of its power, one way or another. Eight looked at his father and began to smirk. Well since you're here, why not a friendly bout, for old times sake. It's not very often I get to beat my father twice you know.

Marluxia smirked and nodded his head. Still a smartass I see, i guess some things never change. Marluxia began to unfold his arms as he charged at Eight, throwing a swift kick to his neck and swung around knowing Eight would dodge a simple kick and drove his elbow to his face.

Eight saw the first kick coming towards him but instead of dodging, he blocked with his forearm then applying force to push the kick back, causing Marluxia to spin then seeing the elbow strike coming in hot. Eight leaned back enough to dodge the elbow strike and brought his arm back then shot it quick to Marluxia's face going for a strong strike. Let's see what you got from the dead old man.

Marluxia jumped back as his elbow strike then dashed forward at a much faster pace and began throwing rapid punches and kicks into combos. This old man still has few tricks up his sleeve. Marluxia's strikes began to form small claps of thunder. He was always considered a specialist when it comes to close and mid-range combat.

Eight dodged most of his father's rapid attacks until he took a hit to the face which pushed him back some. Eight wiped his face a bit as a smirk crept on his face and dashed right back and countered his father's rapid attacks with some of his own. Thus creating more thunder claps that began to shake the throne room itself. Eight didn't let up his attacks as some of his managed to connect to Marluxia's body.

Marluxia was brought back by the connection with Eight's blows. He simply got up with a smile on his face and just immediately dashed back at him and just collided with his son. A stronger vibration brought the mansion to shiver just a little. Each passing moment, the throne room began to shake which brought sample vibrations to the mansion but it seemed to not care for Eight and Marluxia, not one bit.
