In the James Academy High School, the wealthy, arrogant, narcissist and bigot [guys name] is a student that does not respect his classmates. When [guys names] is elected representative of the students, he plays a prank with the outcast Kendra that has the fame of being a witch. He invites her to a party and humiliates her in front of their classmates. However, Kendra curses him with a spell that makes [guys name] as ugly as his soul. Further, she tells that if he does not find anyone who loves him within a year, he will be doomed to that appearance forever. When [guy's name] father sees him, he takes [guys name] to specialists but the doctors do not know what to do. So his dad hides [guy] in an apartment with a maid and a blind tutor. When [guy] sees his mate [girl] on the streets, he saves her from a dangerous drug dealer who was trying to kidnap her because her father owned the drug dealer money, he brings her to his apartment to protect her. Now his only hope is that [girl] falls in love with him.

❝ Jared woke up to the sound of his annoying alarm clock. How lovely. Jared slammed the side of his fist against it before getting up out of his comfortable bed. He could help but stop at the big mirror, admiring his body. He was currently shirtless, wearing only sweatpants. Well, it's sexy enough for the girls. Too bad the school won't allow it. Jared only continued to wink at himself in the mirror, admire himself for another 10 minutes.
When he was done with his shower, he was downstairs, eating an apple. He didn't want to eat sugar. It makes you breakout and ugly. Ugh. Soon, his father's voice was heard coming down the hallway. Since there's no one in the house but Jared and the maid, Jared suspected that maybe his dad was talking to one of them. Sadly, when his dad came around the corner, he was talking on the phone. His dad is the reason why Jared was so full of himself. His father believed that anyone who is ugly is disgusting. Either way, his father still pays no attention to him. Especially since Jared's mom died when he was young.
His father is a news reporter so obviously he has to look good. The whole time he walked in from the hallway, into the kitchen, the maid was by his side, trying to make sure that he does look good. His father didn't pay attention, just talk on his Bluetooth. The teenager sighed, waiting for his father to get off the phone so that he can actually talk to his own son. But no. His father just shooed the maid away and walked out of the house. Not even an uttered bye. Or good morning. Jared saw the sympithetic look on the maid's face but Jared just scoffed, grabbing his bag and walking out of the house. ❞▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄ ▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄ ▄▄ Gonna wait until it's dark

L O L A . D O N O V A N Lola sighed, sitting at the kitchen counter with her father. "How late are you working today?" Lola asked curiously, leaning over to lean on his shoulder. "Yeah... overtime." He explained. Lola pouted, before planting a kiss on his forehead. "I guess I'll see you later then... bye dad." Lola said, before gathering her backpack off of the floor, and heading out the house. Lola really wasn't looking forward to going to school, but she had no choice. Might as well make it fun. When she reached the school campus, she sighed softly, shoving her hands into her back pockets. High school. She made her way down the sidewalk, leading up to the main entrance, passing by all the happy and excited teens running around the front of the school. Lola wasn't as excited as them, but... whatever. Lola made her way into the school halls, stopping at her locker to exchange books from her book bag, and to her book bag before the bell rang.

❝ Though he was a jerk, he was elected the Representative of the students. Students either wanted to be him or be with him. Or just do what he does in hopes that he doesn't ruin their lives. Jared entered the school and a few cheerleaders clapped, cheering. Jared gave them all his signature teeth smile before walking over to his locker. There, his friend told him how this Kendra girl didn't vote for him. Jared wasn't going to do anything since he knew that a few people weren't going to vote for him but when he caught a glimpse of this female, he snortled a bit. Kendra had a reputation of being a witch. Tattoo around her eye, dark make-up, dark clothes. Honestly, Jared thought she was a freak. Neverless, Jared walked over to her and said, "Hey, Kendra, I saw that you didn't vote for me."
"Why would I vote for a stuck-up egohead like you?"
"Well, I just knew that we got off of the wrong foot so I wanted to make it up to you. Let me take you to the party tonight. Party of me being representative." Kendra looked Jared up and down, trying to decide. With a small shrug, she agreed, letting Jared smirk when she walked off. ❞▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄ ▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄ ▄▄ Gonna wait until it's dark

❝ At the party, Jared grinned slightly at the many people who arrived. Jessica, who supposingly is supposed to be his girlfriend or whatever, walked up to him, smiling. "Hello, Jared," she said and then looked at the rose he had in his hand. "White rose? Seriously? Did you not get the text I gave you? I told you red!" Jared arched a brow and told her to go calm the hell down. Frusterated, Jessica stormed off to the drinks table. The place that Jared booked was at the place that Lola was working at, but he didn't know that. Or didn't even know that she exist for that matter. Jared sighed and walked over to a table, dropping the rose on it. It was pointless now. L O L A . D O N O V A N Lola was a waitress, and was walking around, delivering drinks and placing candles in the middle of tables when she turned around to see Jared, Kendra, and his supporters. "What's going on..." She mumbled, before everyone started clapping for Jared and she rolled her eyes.

Jared agreed but the guy thought that maybe he should have someone in the picture with him so it doens't seem like he's lonely. Before Jared could go get one of his friends, the guy saw Lola at the next table so he brought her over. "Okay! You ready? Smile!" Jared held up his index finger and reached over to grab the white rose, handing it to Lola. Well, it would look good int he picture, no? D O N O V A N Lola looked a bit confused as Jared brought her over to apparently take a picture with the school news reporter, and he reached over to grab a white rose, before handing it to her. "I'm worthy of you, huh?" Lola asked, referring to the rose as she examined it, before adjusting it to fit into her casual dress. "If I recall, that's what they mean. Nice choice. I'll take it." She said with a small smile to herself, before actually smiling for the picture.

❝ Jared was a bit confused when she said that she was worthy of him. Then he saw the flower. Oh, yeah. Right. When she said that she'll take it, Jared couldn't help but smile down to her, looking at her. He forgot about the picture until the flash went off. The newspaper guy said, "Alright, nice!" Jared cleared his throat slightly before grabbing his drink, taking a sip of it. He wanted to talk to Lola more. Hopefully. But when he went to talk to her, he saw Kendra. This made him smirk. "Excuse me," he told Lola, not even looking at her as he walked off. "So you actually came! Wow. That was stupid mistake. Come on. Me? Asking you to a party? I wouldn't be caught dead with you!" Kendra glared at Jared as he did this, no emotion to her face but just a glare. When he was done, Kendra asked, "You will never know what it's like to be ugly, right?"
"Yep."
"Tsk. Maybe you should," she said before turning her heel and walking out of the place. When she said that, it seemed to whisper in his head, causing him to be a bit dizzy. ❞▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄ ▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄ ▄▄ Gonna wait until it's dark

L O L A . D O N O V A N After the picture was taken, she then watched him excuse himself, and she waved. "Don't be a stranger." Lola exclaimed, as she stood there. She then looked at the news reporter, before grabbing the empty platter, and returning to her job. Just a litte longer before she would get to go home.
