So, someone created an alphabet for Circular Gallifreyan. It's rather interesting to work with. *points at sig*

But I thought Circular Gallifreyan was supposed to be untranslatable?

But nonetheless, SUPER DUPER COOL

(also Gaia apparently recognizes "duper" as a word. huh)

1. It's not the official BBC alphabet of the language, so it's not quite the same as what's used on the show. For instance, if I were to get a clear shot of that post-it note on the scanner and write is in our alphabet, it would probably be gobbledy-gook.
2. The language itself may indeed be untranslatable. We still know no words in any type of Gallifreyan, so no translation can be made. People are just using the alphabet to write English (and presumably some other languages) words using circles, that's all.

Seems kinda like when people are like "OH I HAVE THESE LETTERS IN CHINESE SO I CAN WRITE MY ENGLISH NAME IN CHINESE". And then they just have a bunch of gibberish on their arm/hand/cheek/whatever
Except that we don't know if CG is a letter based language like English or symbol based, like Chinese
Or, for that matter, there is no one to be offended because the language is, you know, not actually a language used by people in this world, so it can be created upon by other people to add their own ideas to it.
