The pumpkin sun never shone brightly, but the muted light was still enough during the day that it was not unusual to find the large and very furry form of Sura sprawled out on a nice rock to bask in it. Certainly the rock had to be enormous to fit her massive body, fifteen feet high at the shoulder and easily twice as long, but the heat it soaked up made the one rock she'd found and not destroyed by accident yet a commodity.
A small pleasure that sent a content rumble through her body which reverberated deep through the ground, almost giving the impression of a strange earthquake of sorts, lightly vibrating trees and easily displacing smaller rocks with a small jostle. Anybody who walked by would have found their voice making a rather hilarious up-and-down vibration along with it.
Sura didn't care about visitors, however. They were alright things, yet they were also somewhat bothersome in some right at times as well. Getting under paw or whatever other problems they would easily arouse being small while she herself was not. That was part of the logic behind why she'd chosen to nestle away from the school and closer to the lake - not many actually did walk around that lake, she'd discover. At least not in the middle of the day.
Not while the sun was so nice and the sky so calm and cloudy...

It was only a few days ago when he had found himself a nice big lake to swim in. Of course, nothing would ever compare to the awesomeness of his lovely swamps, but it was nice to actually have more room to swim about. The location was fairly isolated, and he had yet to cross paths with anyone else here. It was fine with him! The more time to himself, the better!
Without a second thought, Haze ran full speed towards the lake, unaware of the ghoul sun bathing on the rocks. If her intention was to stay nice and warm and dry, it was unfortunate for her that it wouldn't last much longer. "CANON CAT BALL!" The boil yelled a the top of his lungs, leaping into the water, and splashing Sura in the process.

Sura's response to being splashed was not a sudden one. In fact, one would have suspected her dead for a time had it not been for the lack of dissipation. Instead, she took several long moments to lift her heavy head up off of 'her' rock to look towards her not-exactly-water-covered body with a mute interest. Her eyes faded between blue and yellow for a moment, before she looked up towards the lake.
There was someone splashing in it.
After a moment of taking this in, Sura's tail lifted and suddenly danced across the surface of the water, returning the 'splash' back to Haze. Then she plopped her head back down, causing the rock to crack, but remain as firmly as it could underneath her weight.

For the moment, the ghoul like creature went completely unnoticed as his attention was fully on trying to catch a few bites to eat when the sight of fish caught his eye. Without much success, the boil returned to the surface, now spotting the ghoul. Instead of saying anything, Haze remained silent, just staring at the ghoul without a word spoken. When did she even get here? Was she already here? Nawww, he totally would have seen her! ..or would he? Oh! This ghoul was good! She had some mad sneaking skills!
Dipping down a bit, he sucked in a bit of the water, grinning to himself before spitting it out and at the ghoul. How she was to react by this, he had no idea, but that was the fun of it all.
