The name "Defenders" might struck a few as familiar, but this club was set up with a different aim and purpose, compared to the club that Professor Red had set up in the time when she was a student of the school.
As such, Lizzy had taken over an abandoned Club Room, cleaned it up a bit (by bribing some gnomes), and decorated the place like you would decorate a dorm room - there was a corner filled entirely with beanbags, with drapes hanging from the ceiling, another corner with a carpet laid out in front of a skelevision for movies, and even an area filled with soft pillows, a Kotatsu, and a cupboard filled with different card games and board games.
Photos of students - mostly candid shots, judging from how most weren't looking directly at the camera - had been taken from the Yearbook, and pinned up on a corkboard located near the entrance of the room... Indeed, the club's main purpose is student bonding.

Lizzy had gotten herself a deck of cards from a store on the great interweb; she had briefly looked through it, and although she did not understand all of the terms on the cards, she decided that such a game could be quite fun... Maybe.

GAME 2: Giving Thanks
Lizzy recently found out about a human world holiday called 'Givingthanks' or something along those lines; on that day, people would gather and give thanks to each other while eating a lot of food, especially turkey... Probably. She wasn't sure how reliable the book she read it from was. Either way, she decided that it would be nice for people to draw their own 'Givingthanks' hand turkey - a tradition of human scarelings, according to the book - on a card.
How you play this is basically rolling dice, and adding up the results. Easy! You're ICly making a card with a hand turkey on the front.
Step 1: Tracing your hand with a pencil on a piece of paper Roll 1d10: 1 - 2: ... Did you trance your hand using your foot? 3 - 5: Well, it's in the shape of a hand... Vaguely... 6 - 8: That is obviously a hand. Obviously. 9 - 10: Did you go to hand tracing school?
Step 2: Drawing the details Roll 1d8: 1 - 2: What do you mean you don't want to draw anything on it?! WHAT ABOUT EYES? 3 - 4: You only remembered to draw in the eyes?! 5 - 6: It's really starting to look like a turkey! 7 - 8: Did you go to hand turkey drawing school?
Step 3: Coloring it in Roll 1d6: 1 - 2: It looked like a 4 year old scribbled all over the page. 3 - 4: At least you managed to stay in the lines, although there are white spaces. 5 - 6: Did you go to hand turkey coloring school?
Step 4: Write a thank you message to someone Roll 1d4: 1 - 4: Hey, just do this ICly! ICly, a Pata-Pata minipet will be delivering these cards. Quote the person (student/horseman) receiving your thanks using the form below! If it's a parent/guardian/etc figure, no need to quote!

Mort was all over this as quickly as he had been all over his bottle of spirits, because he still had some Callie feels that bubbled forth at the recollection of the original organization. Defenders...well why did that sound so familiar? Could it be the name of a club that poor student she had memories of be a part of...could it be that horrible business from the office...Shaking her head she peaked in to the room slightly, smiling at the invitingness of the entire room she walked up and saw a pen. Oh she could just sign up that would be great!
When Jove stumbled across the Defenders club booth, the first thing that caught his eye was Lizzy's pink hair. So he was already migrating towards a social encounter when he noticed what she was sitting at.
It was a table.
With blankets?
His ears perked in curiosity, and he slowly approached the small group. Hopefully it was blankets. But... what if the table was eating them or something? It was really bizarre, and the pup was cautious no matter how curious he was. Both Lizzy and Junko seemed to think it was okay, but Jove had his doubts.

If you like something - or some place - enough, you would want to defend it, right? Besides, recent events had her wanting to focus her attention on something in order to keep herself busy and distracted.
