Mintaka tugged her Fuka neck piece up a little higher and thank the gods that she had the smarts to pull her piling curls into a pony tail. Tonight's weather called for storms and yet all that was evidence was a pickup of winds.
So much so that tree's were swaying heavily and a lonely howls filled the night. It was a night...for patrolling. Night's like these hid the sounds of Youma's or Negaverse from the innocent eyes and this senshi would let no harm fall to her city.
Not unless she could talk it out of course.
"A cup of tea would be nice..." Mintaka leaped from the small ledge she was perched and started to stroll, looking for the shadowy beings that Youma hid themselves in. "Or a sweater, wish my uniform had a sweater."

Powered up and not, Mimi hated the cold. As a civilian, she liked wearing short sleeved clothing and dresses. Fall and winter were definitely not her cup of tea, and well, it felt worse when she was powered. As a civilian she could wear a jacket if she really had to, but as Mimi, a sleeveless dress with short gloves didn't help.
At least her boots were higher to keep her legs warm. "I wonder if anyone would care if I wore leggings under my fuku..."
The plus side of being powered was that running was awesome. Her stamina was a lot higher than when she wasn't powered up and it kept her warm enough. She spent the night running and gathering energy among different homeless groups. Mimi loved feeling her heart beat against her chest. The only time she stopped when she felt the presence of another: a White Moon Senshi.
Mimi had overheard the girl talking while hiding in one of the shadows. "I think your fuku would look ugly with a sweater," she said as the wind blew, causing a shiver to run down her spine.

Mintaka jumped as she felt the presence, it was much like the negaverse. A cold sinking feeling as she turned and instead was met with another girl...dressed like a Senshi?
"Oh...I suppose your right!" Always polite, She studied the new girl...though it was hard to catch a true glimpse of her. Shadows covered most of the Senshi and left Mintaka feeling very confused.
"Nice to meet you um...Are you a Senshi?" She mostly asked to clear the confusion, "I feel the presence of a enemy but...that wouldn't be you would it?"

Mimi smiled from the shadows. She was somewhat disappointed that she seemed to meet so many White Moon Senshi, but at least this person seemed more new than she was. Those times, she had a lot more fun than anything. Before she greeted the girl back, Mimi took out her mirror shard and sent a mirror wraith to get a bit of her energy.
It was a greeting she liked to give some people. "Nice too meet you too," Mimi responded with a small curtsy after stepping out of the shadows. "I am a Senshi, but not like you. I'm from the Dark Mirror Court."
The wraith came back to her and back into its mirror shard after that. "As you can see, I am gifted with an item that helps takes a sip of energy from people." Mimi felt happy that she seemed to meet people newer than her. It had taken her a few encounters to sort out the different energies in the two groups. It seemed that it was some what rare for her to teach others about herself and her Court.
"At least I managed to help her out in some way... I guess that makes up for the bit of energy that way."

The drain of energy didn't go unnoticed, even a little bit earned a yawn from the energy touched girl and had her studying her new opponent more carefully.
"What you did there..." She held her hands up just in case, the usual defensive stance, "It was an attack of some sort yes?"
"Energy stealing? Like the negaverse? I thought Senshi's we're suppose to defend against such creatures like that. Why are you helping them?" Of course being super new, the origami senshi was still a bit confused.
"If your after other's energies Miss, Then I'll have to stop you..." She flushed as she started her...challenge. "I'll fold you...in to..." More blushing, "the form of justice...."
Cheesy line was cheesy. "My name is Sailor Mintaka, Senshi of Origami!" She waited, "And you are?" Yes it was polite to exchange names before a beatdown.

Mimi laughed. "Not really. You shouldn't have felt any pain, so I really wouldn't call it an 'attack.'" She paused before speaking again. "I actually don't know what to call it. It's known as a Mirror Wraith, if that helps?" Mimi just thought it was a vessel for gathering energy, not really attacking people.
While she listened to the Senshi speak, Mimi was surprised. "She knows less than I expected."
"You were not really taught much before you came out here, huh?" Mimi looked at her, not really waiting for an answer. "I am of Chaos, but I do not serve the Negaverse. I serve my Queen, Ares. The energy we take doesn't kill unlike the Negaverse officers with the star seeds. Though I'm not sure what they're up to now."
When the Senshi said her challenge, it made Mimi laugh. She knew the slogans were tacky, which was why she never used hers. After calming down, she gave Mintaka a slight curtsy. "Nice to meet you Mintaka. I am Mimistrobell, DMC Senshi of Nightshade."
Mimi paused again, smirking. "I guess you'd like to hear my challenge too, huh? 'I'll give you your fairytale ending.'" She smiled at Mintaka while walking a few steps back, readying herself for an attack. However, she waited for the new Senshi to attack. Mimi knew that she had some training from a Negaverse officer, but wasn't sure how much the girl knew.

"Not really...If were to be honest here." The origami Senshi just shook her head. "When you say wraiths, I think of the ugly monsters from Lord of the Rings. The kings who fell into despair..." She frowned..."Except these one steal energies..."
"I wasn't taught anything...much. The guardian cat I met explained what I was to do before bounding off." She pursued her lips and then her frowned deepened more. "then why do you give off such a evil vibe? Shouldn't this war be black and whites? Are you greys?" Her way of speaking might be confusing but Mintaka wanted to know first before she attacked, to be sure she was prepared for the consequences should she be wrong.
The blush deepened as challenges were exchanged and looked away. "At least yours sounds more...apprioate...then folding someone..." sdfghjkl Mintaka moment. After calming herself, she recognized the politeness of the girl, offering the first attack.
Without trying to disappoint...and with careful measure of distance between them, Mintaka held out her hands.
"Origami...Flurry." Once the words were uttered, small little folded stars and Cranes begin to fall. Like a beginning of a snow storm towards the DMC senshi. At first the attack seemed to be going well, the cranes and stars getting heavier with the seconds that past....
And weather was such a fickle creature as it picked the cranes and stars up and carried them off in a strong gust of wind.

Mimi was sort of happy to hear that she wasn't the only one that started completely new. Difference between her and Mintaka was that she was lucky enough to run into other DMC that taught her a bit before running into a page or Senshi.
Seemed like this girl was not too lucky.
"Evil... Compared to what you're supposed to be and what I'm supposed to be, I guess so." Mimi never really thought of herself as 'bad', just as someone with a different purpose than others. "I'd consider myself more grey, but I'm pretty sure others wouldn't think so."
She'd willingly take energy from others, normally from the homeless because Mimi thought they didn't need it anyways. Others though, have mentioned killing and all that, which was something Mimi was not ready to do now, possibly never. "Those are the truly evil," she thought to herself. "I couldn't defend their actions unless someone else was trying to kill them... What if I was put into that?."
That she felt like it would be better if she pondered it another time. Mimi watched as Mintaka raised her hands and summoned... Wow. Lots of paper. It was new and intimidated her a bit, but she watched as a strong gust of wind blew them all away. At least that helped with her nerves.
"My turn," she said softly. "Mimistrobell, Crippling Waft!" She cupped her hands and then opened them up again, and a white pollen sat in her palm. Mimi blew them towards Mintaka, hopeful to land a hit. That was, until another gust if wind blew.
She stood there looking at her pollen and Mintaka's paper floating away. "Well, that was fail for the both of us." The next part, she wasn't sure if she should say or not. "I... I know some hand to hand combat, but do you? I don't want to end up in a cat-fight if you don't."
It would be easy for her to run through a mirror and disappear. To some people it might be a sign of running away, but Mimi wanted to fight fair. Then again... What if she knew how to fight and got her own butt beat?
"Neither of us are winning this fight, I guess." She could see that the Senshi was ready to leave, so Mimi made her way out as well.

Mintaka blinked as both of their attacks blew away and then looked around.
"Well......yes it was." She nodded, "The weather doesn't permit us to take our full powers against each other. I suggest a tactical retreat for now!" She blinked, "Dear lord, I am not interested in petty cat fighting."
"I'll leave if you leave?" And with that, Mintaka was out.
