Spera - Inactive, regular duties, last checked here: NEVER.
Laiyre - Inactive, regular duties, last checked here: 3/26?.
Kadirva - Active, regular duties, last checked here: 8/22.

[Member name] - cited by [Your name], [Date cited], reason = [State the reason].
These first posts contain instructions. After them, Crew members may post.

Crew Requirements
Crew members should have regular, preferably daily, online time dedicated to Gaia. You will need patience, energy, organization, and the ability to mediate.
Crew Duties
Most importantly, monitor and update your division's thread, and address all your division's concerns. Do check the Captain's Treehouse - this is where I will post news and such of Crew interest.
Contact me in case of: your absence, needed disciplinary action, and questions. (Of course you can PM me with non-guild business, too. wink )
Monitoring non-division threads is helpful, but not required. There are some exceptions (see below), and in the future, this instruction might change.
Special duties - Sometimes, I may need help with other areas, like keeping The Update updated. I'll ask in the Treehouse (Threads list to be added) by marking a thread "Crew please."

Posts/Threads
Editing Posts/Threads: Whenever changing a post, be sure to say who edited it, in what way, and why. (I'm sure everyone has seen me do this. 3nodding )
Deleting Posts/Threads: As a general rule, do not delete posts or threads. However, if you judge that something is inappropriate, notify me immediately with a quote of it, then replace the original with "Temporarily suspended. Pending decision."
Locking Threads: Crew won't need to do this unless I ask in the Treehouse, or if a thread/sticky/announcement is being spammed.

BehaviorMember Behavior: As it says on the homepage, and I'm sure everyone agrees, "Keep it friendly and nice." Needless to say, TOS (Terms Of Service) violations will incur disciplinary action.
On behalf of this guild, as required in the Captain's guild, I have posted:Ayeali42 Roger! (Thought so anyway. wink )
CRAFTI shall abide by the TOS, and our Captain and Crew will only contact a mod if we can't handle a member.

Disciplinary System
Warnings: Crew may officially warn members of their division for misbehavior. Whether in a post or a PM, you must state "this is an official CRAFTI warning" when you notify them.
Add the member's name, your name, the date you issued the warning, and the reason for it under the Warning List (here in the Bungalow.)
If a member receives too many warnings and doesn't change his/her behavior, I will ban that member.
Banning: Unless I have stated an extended absence in the Treehouse and named an acting Captain, I reserve this as solely an Official Captain power. PM me with reasons and evidence why you think a member should be banned.
NOTE: Violations of the Gaia TOS will automatically result in notification of Gaia moderators.

Absences
Crew: If you'll be gone over a week, notify us via "Edit Post" in the Crew Status section here in the Bungalow. Other Crew members and myself will cover your areas until you return.
Your Division Members: If you note one of your division member's status should be changed, edit the Memberlist please.
Acting Captain: Before I go on an extended absence, I will name a Crew member as a temporary Captain to act in my place. This acting Captain is still a Crew member, except he/she holds the final responsibility for anything that happens in the guild.
Unless there's an emergency, the acting Captain won't need to do much different from usual. (It's just a "the buck stops here" kind of thing. wink ) The biggest change is this: officially monitoring all of the threads, instead of just your division and assigned threads.
However, the acting Captain has the authority to do nearly everything I normally do as Official Captain. See the Treehouse. (NOTE: Do not change what I've written unless I specifically give you permission!)
If the acting Captain must leave, he/she may transfer his/her acting Captain status to another active Crew member.

Recruiting: Please do seek out as many division members as you can handle. Post new names for consideration in Join Requests Etc.
Accepting: If no one has objections, you may accept those members who will be joining your division.
Copying new Join Requests from the Moderator Panel and posting them in Join Requests Etc. is helpful. 3nodding (Make sure to change the thread title when you do so. Ex: "Join Requests Etc. [JohnnyWannabe]")
