 Amaltheia loved the sun. It's warmth, radiance and the bright golden coat that glazed the land just made everything look and feel so much more beautiful. Nature combined with the seasons had a wonderful way of portraying the beauty of the simplest creations, in such a unique way;how she admired it, even if the light hurt her eyes. Her green orbs danced across the flower beds, arching her neck over to stick her nose in to them she took a deep breath, the scent sweet and intoxicating. Taking her away in to a dreamy state.
With her head swirling with the clouds, she moved further in to the forest, watching as the tree's swayed, leaves rustling gently. What broke her trance were the faint whispers tickling at her ears. She paused in her steps, turning her head to the direction the wind had taken to. She smiled warmly at the shadow cast upon the bark of one tree from it's neighbouring ally. It twisted and turned, until finally one movement looked like a flick to the left. Her eyes widened, following the direction of it's flick finding something surprising to be just around the bend - her dear sister.
Chuckling in her excitement, the filly made her way forwards towards her sister with a spring in her step, careful to dance around any stray twigs that may indicate she was creeping up behind her. She slithered in to the contents of a nearby bush, just poking her face through enough so that she could pin point the exact location of her sister. With a playful glisten in her eyes, she waited happy to know her colouration came quite handy in this kind of situation; a natural camouflage.
When silence had settled, the birds singing dying down to end their current melody, she took the moment to leap out and gently tackle her sister in to a tumble across the ground. Whether her sister found it amusing or not, she sure couldn't stop the giggling parting from her lips as they came to a halt. |

Faun was deep in her trance that she did not even hear Ama coming. one moment she was lost in the faint breeze that flowed over the tree tops, and the next she was rolling head over heels, intertwined in another foals legs. Faun gave a squeak of surprise, but was quick to recover. she carefully pulled herself free from her sister, and then took stock of her body. wings seemed intact, she gave her tail a flick or two, checked to make sure the flame was still over her head.
what she really wanted to do was chastise Ama for such reckless behavior, but when she turned and looked her sister in the face, all her anger melted away. after all Amaltheia was just trying to have a bit of fun, and it would be poor class to mess that up. so instead of yelling, Faun laughed and then returned the favor and jumped on top of her sister, dog pile style.
Candle Wick Ghost we will just continue this and Maho can just in whenever she wants ;D |

For a moment there, Ama thought she was going to be scolded by her sister for sure. Her ears drew back, eyes widening with a silent plea for mercy. Thankfully, Faun hadn't taken the ambush to heart and filled the air between them with laughter, followed by a reflective smile.
Features easing off, she saw the movements of her sister quickly take flight, a shadow casting over Ama's petite frame. Before she had time to say, move or do anything her legs were splattered out in the shape of a starfish, body pressed firmly to the ground.
She let out a struggling squeak, shifting and squirming under Faun restlessly to try escape the counter attack."Oooh no, heeeelp!" She laughed wildly, stretching out her hooves trying to get some solid position to try overthrow the force on top of her but each time they seemed to only dig and scrape up more soil and to no avail. She pouted, looking off to one side wondering if her sister was rather smug of her strength and capabilities to render her immobile. Was Lun as strong as Faun was? She had no chance!
"I think you got me." She finally let out, with a somewhat defeated tone... Until an idea hit her.
Rocking her body side to side lightly to see how much movement was available to her, she then put full force in to the swaying motion in an attempt to knock her off to one side. She may not have much physical strength but strategy and tactics she could think on all day!

Ithillún was sleeping deeply - or at least, she had been, until her sisters woke her up. Groaning, she shifted positions and tried to cover her ears, but they twitched restlessly with each laugh that came from across the herdgrounds. Lún, usually either upbeat or cautious, was not a morning person. But the sun was high, and somebody was going to end up either tripping over her or stepping on her on purpose just to wake her up. With a sigh, she got slowly to her feet. She could already feel unspent energy pulsing in her veins.
Yawning, Lún stretched, sticking out one long, slender leg at a time. Even at her young age, she was already beginning to inherit some of her father's height. She was glad for it, too - Tin was shorter than their mother, and somebody had to be taller Mommy someday.
That thought in mind, Lún grinned, listening hard to find her sisters' giggling again. They were somewhere along the edge of the main herdlands, where they met the woods. She took a deep breath, tail wiggling. She was going to get them today.
Taking off like a small, rocket-propelled projectile, Lún sprinted across the herdland - passing the training grounds, leaders' area, and newly-cultivated fruit grove, she surely garnered some stares along the way. By the time she'd come within sight of her sisters, her long legs had regained their gangly quality, and she had too much momentum to stop; skidding and sprawling on the ground, the grin returned to her face. "Hey guys!" she chirped happily, eyes glittering with mischeif.

Ama wiggled her butt happily when Faun rolled off of her, believing it to be her idea that had worked however that probably wasn't the case. She most likely rolled off on her own accord but that wasn't going to stop her from feeling proud of her escape. She watched as he sisters attention took to something else, ears raising curiously as hoof beats filled them. They were fast and coming towards them.
A grin set about her features, switching her glance between her sister who just managed to jump out of the way of the speeding figure and her other sister who soon came bounding her way past, then ended in a stumble on to the ground, joining her level.
Laughing, Ama sprang to her hooves and leaped over Lun, trotting around her. "Hi!" She chuckled, leaning down to ruffle her mane with her maw before returning her head back to full height.
"We should do something!" She bounced on spot, from her back legs to her front and repeating the motion, full of energy and excitement. "Now that were all here." |

Lún couldn't do much without the danger of being stepped on as Ama jumped over her and then proceeded to mess up her hair. Scowling, she got to her feet, nudging her sister in the shoulder with her muzzle. She shook her head, trying to get the ever-offending strands of hair out of her eyes. They were always in the way, making the bridge of her nose itch.
"Well, what do you want to do, Ama, since you mentioned it?" Lún asked, slightly irritated at the sister who had messed up her for-once-out-of-her-face mane. Then she looked around at Faun, and suddenly had an inkling of envy, as her sister was maneless, like their father, and, as such, trouble-less. The flame that resided between her ears was dancing merrily, and the thought of whether or not it ever burned her crossed Lún's mind. She'd have to ask another time, though, as she was still waiting on a response from Ama.

Still shaking her head, Lún couldn't help but giggle slightly as Faun mentioned bear-wrestling and Ama came back with a retort. Lún thought that bird-chasing was out-of-the-question, though; it was disrespectful, and scared the poor things half to death. Checking up on the forest animals did seem like a good idea, though - they were always so busy that they could use help, especially when it came to gathering food for winter. "I wouldn't mind that," Lún said in reply to Ama, watching Faun as she thought. Faun had always been the quiet one, content to sit and ponder the workings of the forest in meditation. It was something Lún understood, as she found herself doing the same from time to time.
Eyeing her orange sister, Lún asked, "What say you, Faun? Wanna go find some squirrels to help?" It really was an admirable cause - Mommy and Daddy would be so proud! Only if the squirrels agreed to their assistance, though; those things could turn into irate little critters. Grinning, Lún flipped her head up once more, and was relieved when her hair finally - finally! - fell behind one of her ears.

After taking the lead and throwing out the suggestion to help the forest animals, Ama was happy enough to stand there and let her eyes shift from one sister to the other;observing how their expressions changed as they contemplated. Although, remarkably Lún had agreed that the idea was a good cause and this made her tail flutter subconsciously. She caught on to something, as she eyed her frame. Her sister was undeniably taller than them... She seemed to grow taller everyday! Either that or she and Faun were shrinking.
With glisten in her eyes, sifting back in to the discussion at hand, she gave a small nod, smiling and turning her head to take Faun in. She wasn't saying much, yet, but no doubt she would sooner or later - usually she took the serious note between them. She wondered if this was something she would like to do, since she had a habit of sitting within the company and peace of nature.

"Okay!" Lun exclaimed, ready to go. Standing up to her fullest height, she looked around, wondering where they might find the animals in question. Suddenly, though, Lun remembered something their older sister had told her, much to her dismay. "Where should we go? I mean, I don't really wanna go in the woods all by ourselves... Tin said there were bad things in there. Like, things with claws and gnarly teeth." Eyeing the patch of trees just beyond where they were now sitting, Lun didn't actually see these creatures, but she could certainly imagine them. All she saw was the forest, tranquil with sunbeams shining merrily down through the canopy... But looks could be deceiving, right? Frowning, Lun tilted her head a little to the side, trying to get a better angle on her view of the trees - but nothing changed.
"What about the other side of the lands? We could go see if anything's going on by the river or something... Hey wait, let's race over there!" Muscles tensing eagerly, Lun waited for her sisters to agree with her before taking off; she was ready, and she was sure it would only take a few seconds for her longs legs to outrun those of her sisters... But they might betray her again. Suddenly uncertain of her victory, she pawed at the ground with one front hoof.
