After eating the potaru fruit, everything he touches becomes a portal to one place in this world.
Now being the sly businessman that he is, he used this to his advantage and made the one place that all portals go to, be the World bar.
He is now one of the richest men in the world with all pirates having wristbands that teleport people from all over the world to this bar just by simply touching the wristband's face
The people can simply get back to the place that they were before by touching the wristband again
