FRIGHT MUSIC CLUB The Fright Music Club is a bit strange looking. There are carpets hanging on the walls and beanbags for seats. Against one wall there is a table covered in food-- if you've got a favorite snack, it's probably there (unless Roch has gotten to it already, then you're out of luck.) There's a corner full of amps, mics, and a set of drums--with eyes. Yes, that set of drums absolutely has eyes. And they're following you. Lounging on one of the beanbags behind an unfolded table is a purple haired reaper with a rather sharp looking guitar. He seems to be the one in charge this time. That is, if the creepy drum thing isn't...  It's watching you...

It wasn't a booth, so Roch wasn't bothering to set up many games. In fact, he'd just gotten back from his trick or treater work to find out they were having this thing--so he was pretty much caught off guard. In fact, all he planned on doing was hanging out in his clubroom like he usually did, playing music and snacking.
He tuned up his guitar, then started to play a random song.

That was the familiar Music Club Eisheth encountered during the Fright Night; she did remember the Reaper who apparently was the club president.. Roch was his name, right?... The alchemist waved in reaper's direction. The boil was lazily playing the song, and it sounded quite familiar for her ears: could she hear at during the Prom? " Pucksucker Pukes, "Born to be dead"?" she wondered.

"Yeeeaaah-no," Roch said, still playing. He eyed the horsewoman with a hint of hesitation, but he didn't tell her to get the jack out of the club room, so it was probably him on his best behavior. The horseman mark on his shoulder seemed to stand out in his mind, even though he'd spent several hours in pain getting one of his pals to tattoo over it. You couldn't see it, now, but that didn't change the fact that it was still there.

Mort needed to chill, and while a bit of booze did take the edge off, nothing did it quite like music. Especially when his mind was a lot more open to the mix of sound and how it modulated his moods. So he had to pause when he heard the sound of Roch's guitar through the classroom's half-open door, peeking his head in with a serene, if slightly flushed look.
"S'. . . S'that song," he mumbled, the title escaping him even as it teased his mind with a terrible sense of deja vu. "Y'know, that one. Th-The one with that boil n' that ghoul n' . . . Mrrrr." It escaped him just when he was about to get it in his grasp.

Vanya stared at the piece of paper revealing the details of her scavenger hunt. A member of Fright Music. She figured she was at the right spot; given the sound of music filtering through the partly open door. There appeared to be a few other students in there and with a deep breath, she pushed the door open and stepped in.
Without the door muffling the sound, she recognized the tune. "Bone Dry by the Shrieking Sirens?" She tilted her head, wondering out loud for a moment. She wasn't really that into music, so she wasn't entirely sure.
She shifted a little and cleared her throat. "At any rate.. I was wondering if I could get a member of this club to sign off my scavenger sheet?"

Billy and Estelle were drawn by the music. He wasn't musical himself but the tune that the boil was playing seemed soooooo familiar. "Umm... umm.." The large tarantula skittered around. "It's so familiar!" She exclaimed in agitation. "It's right there.. right on the edge of my braaain."The reaper looked mildly embarassed by his familiar, blue eyes peeking out from under his hat at the punk boil nearby. He looked like he knew a lot about music. Better off not guessing. What if he embarrassed himself or got laughed at? "Uh.. hey." Billy tried to get Roch's attention above the song but he was pretty shy and his voice just wasn't carrying. "Um.. HEY. I'm SPOOKS. BILLY SPOOKS!" He yelled above the music... just as it turned into a soft part. DAMMIT. If he was trying to avoid embarassment, he failed. The freckled farm-boil turned bright red under his floppy cap. Estelle was already climbing up the snack table. "'Stelle.." Billy huffed. "Umm sorry bout her. But hey do you happen to uh.. own a scareon?" How random. STATS Seeds: 53 Billy is a freckled farm boil reaper with a labrador-sized tarantula familiar.

Roch looked at Billy, his lazy attitude gone, excitement in his eyes. He reminded the punk boil SO MUCH of his time in Thanksgiving! "Close enough, man!" he called to Billy. "Have a prize," he added, shoving a small box on the table forward for the boil to pick from. Then he looked at Vanya, pulling his snake pen out of his vest. "I think I can pass as a member," he offered, holding out a hand for the paper. He was still the president, right? Or had he given that to Rikki? Hell, he couldn't remember. Eh, if he couldn't, no one else would, either. " Mort... bro, you look a little... drunk," he added to the undead. "Grab a beanbag, don't want you fallin' over." Then he looked at the giant tarantula in the room. "Jackdamn you're awesome," he said. "I got a soft spot for cool lookin' familiars. But no, I don't own scareon. I'm a punkeesh fan, myself. Name's Roch, Roch Scythe, Amity Hob, grim reaper, and president of the FMC. You're welcome to hit the snack bar, hang out, or even try out if you've got an instrument or can sing. Basically, we're just bumming today." Then, just as idly as he had before, he started playing an entirely different tune. He had no music sheet, he had no serious look of concentration on his face--but it sounded EXACTLY like a song you knew, just couldn't remember the name of. NEW NUMBER HERE!

"Oh uh.. thanks. I'm doin this jack-danged scavenger hunt thing." Thankfully this Roch guy was pretty personable. He didn't even seem to notice the farm-boil embarassing himself repeatedly. "Did you hear that?" Estelle pranced (well slowly walked) around him. "I'm pretty awesome." Billy pointedly ignored her with an annoyed glance away. He turned back to Roch and his long list of Amityville credentials. Perhaps he could point him in the right direction? "Ya think ya could help me out a bit? Point me inna direction? I'm lookin fer a Sin demon, someone who owns a scareon, and some sort of ice-based student?"Estelle was back to climbing all over the food table. So have fun with that. Hope everyone likes spiders.

Vanya gave a sigh of relief and rummaged around in the bag slung over her shoulder. It took her a few seconds; her bag filled with make-up, accessories and other things - was that a picture of herself? - but eventually she pulled out a piece of paper and presented it to Roch.
"Thanks. I really appreciate it," she paused for a moment. "I'm Vanya, by the way. Nice to meet you."
As he started playing another tune, she thought for sure she had heard this one before. "Oh. Is that the song about heart beats and brains..?"
Glancing around at the other occupants of the room, she gave small nods in their general direction, accompanied by a smile. Had she been staying long, she might have made an effort to start a conversation. But she still had a few more things to check off her list and she didn't plan on leaving it until the last minute.

"Lesseee..." Roch said, thinking about it as he signed the sheet. "Sin demon--like Wrath and Sloth? That sort of thing? There's a pink haired guy named West, pretty sure he's Wrath, and there's a guy that's sleeping all the time, covered in vines, I'm soooortaa sure he's sloth, but you'd have to ask them t'be sure. Scareon owners, Rikki has some, Sammy has some, practically anyone, really, just keep askin' on that one. Ice based... well, Edel is, but she's hard t'find. I think she's not even at school. But Frost! He might be ice based!" Roch said, then frowned. "Or not. Hell, y'would think I'd know more, but nothin's comin' t'mind." Then he looked at Vanya. "SO close. If nobody's figured it out by the time I'm done, y'get the prize," he told her cheerfully, still playing.

Billy's face fell a bit, mouth twisting in disappointed thought. "Well thanks man."
Seemed like he was just going to have to keep looking. He'd make a point to look for a pink haired guy.. or a guy covered in thorns. Hopefully they both had horns to make this easier. Also anyone icy looking would help.
Billy headed out finally, bent over the wrinkled paper in his hand. Estelle followed closely, a snack being crunched between her mandibles.

Amphi had only been passing by when the crop of purple hair had caught her eye. Surprised to see her boilfriend back from thanksgiving and yet no message or anything made her a little wary.
Accompanied by her new pet, Avery jr. who would remind everyone of a certain behemoth teacher of the library...grumpiness and all...
The behemoth pom growled at everyone as she cradled it in her arms and stalked up to Roch.
"Hello Roch..." The mermaid stared at him, so did Avery Jr..
