Personality: Seemingly unmotivated and quiet ignorant of earth's ways Kaiser comes off as overbearing, brusque and is not afraid to speak his mind. Has a slight Superiority complex.
Personal History: Once the one of the three Primes (and leader of the Dragon Princes) of the world known as Ulthuan, a world based on science and sorcery. Exil was in charge of the defence of the first line of defence and the massive weapon known as the Noventa Cannon. After an attack by an alien force threatened to over run the first line of defence Galrauch used his magic to super charge the Noventa Cannon, causing the destruction of the unknown force, the precious cannon, countless priceless artifacts and more then few stars. For his crimes he was stripped of his rank, sent into exile for unsaid period of time, on a back water planet with little control of magic and 'primitive' technologies. With very little understanding of earth and less equipment from his home, Marneus pretends to have amnesia while keeping himself hidden away, but once realized evil had spread its clutches this far out he decided to intervene using the end to justify the means.
Misc: As part of his punishment Raizel has had much of his offensive and defensive spells sealed off. Although he is still able to preform many of the low to mid rank magics, he is only able to use three of the attacks that made him a Prime. And although only his clothes change during transformation magics make it extremely difficult to put the two (Knightmare and Kaiser) together. Therefore most assume that they are different people. The fact he has been able to keep this much is a testament to once massive his power.

Realm of Influence: Lightning and Fire
Guardian/Familiar: Kuro the demon cat. Along time ago Galrauch managed to make a pact with a demon god cat. Although information on the subject is classified it is well known that it now acts as a familiar aiding Kaiser and keeping him company while he is in exile. His abilities have also been sealed off.
Transformation phrase: No foe can match the fury of a dragon!
Colors: White and violet with gold trim and decoration

Weapons: An ornate spear in the shape of a metal lightning bolt, a Katana and a Bat'leth make that two xd
Items: Ornate bracers, a few hex-technology items such as 'logic engine' (much like a hi-tech computer is serves various functions. It is because of this device that Galrauch has been able to so quickly master earth's languages and hack the system so as not to arouse suspicion), Trans-dimensional vortex inducer- a complex, but small device susally in the form of a glove that was created to open a pocket dimension used for storage. Usually carrying weapons and equipment it also makes a nice tea room.
Attack 1: 'Where are my thunderbolts Zeus!' From the ornate bracer on his right arm Marneus is able to create lightning bolts to hurl at his enemies or use as a spear in close combat.
Attack 2: 'I require Warp fire Aries!' From the ornate bracer on his left arm Galrauch is able to create an unnatural greenish black flame that burns at extreme temperatures.
Attack 3: Desolation sphere. By manipulating the arcane science and technological sorcery Kaiser is able to create a glowing sphere of pure energy that spins with the force of a hurricane in the palm of his hand. Highly destructive it is said to be his strongest attack.
Misc Magic:
High hand-the ability to grab items with magic and move them around it is only useful for small to large sized objects (it can't be bigger then a smart car) and does not work on living things, they struggle to much. The actual weight of the object does not matter. ((I promice not to abuse it that much >.> ))
Sacred footing- the ability to jump higher then normal and stand on a surface that would normally be impossible to do so. Such as water, a wall of a ceiling.

The logic engines of the planetary defence systems started to go berserk. Alarms rang out and troops mobilized. Walking over to his chair Galrauch, took a seat.
“Baron, we are being attacked!” a technician shouted in panic as he worked on trying to get a visual.
“Yes thank you for pointing out the obvious, I wasn't sure what the alarms were for,” Galrauch said in a very sarcastic yet calm tone, placing his chin in his palm he added, “Charge the outer guns and fire on my mark.”
He turned his gaze to a different magic screen and watched as troops ran to artillery guns. The main screen suddenly flashed and a large fleet of organic ships could be seen descending into Ulthuan space. Galrauch's eyes went wide in surprise for a moment, before masking his emotion, the ships were actually living creatures carrying more strange alien creatures.
“Fire!,” he commanded and space erupted in a torrent of destruction, but the enemy seemed to have infinite ranks. For everyone shot down five more took its place! Galrauch sat up now then said, “Deploy the Winged Dragon Guard, order them to be care full.”
On the screen hex-tech ships flew out and engaged the unknown enemy. Then the enemy began deploying its own troops, living ships that seemed more like giant bugs then ships. There numbers were unimaginable, and they eventually closed the distance and began devouring the hex-tech ships. Galrauch stared out in horror, what were these things? How could there be so many?
“Charge the Noventa Cannon!” he shouted standing up suddenly, “And order a retreat! Double the artillery fire!”
“But sir-” someone began to say.
“That is an order! DO IT!” Galrauch roared as flames and lightning burst from the air around him. He was furious! How many soldiers had he just lost? How many children had become orphans and how many wives widows? He snarled before saying, “When it is ready fire! Then charge it again and FIRE!”
The night sky out side the fortress light up with the light of a second sun as the Noventa Cannon fired. The enemies ranks vanished for a moment but quickly returned, more power was needed.
Galrauch began casting a transportation spell closed his eyes. When he reopened them he was standing in the control room for the colossus cannon.
“Move,” he said to the head operator, one of seven that powered the mighty device. Taking the operators place Galrauch placed a hand on the control sphere before uttering some words and casting his final spell, “Over surge...”
Energy ripped through the sky as the spell was completed, the whole of Ulthuan trembled. After the blast the cannon smoked before exploding in several areas, but the enemy was and what was left of their organic ships plummeted.
“Ulthuan shall never fall!”
A man wrapped in various restrains was escorted by over two dozen skilled mages into the chamber of Judgement.
“Baron Marneus Raizel Galrauch Omega Prime, First of the Dragon Princes, The Dual Caster, and Guardian of the Outer 'Wall' you are charged with the destruction of the precious Noventa Cannon, countless priceless artifacts and five stars! Is there anything you have to say before your sentence is passed,” the main judge one of ten asked. Waving a hand Galrauch had the restraint on his mouth removed.
“I didn't think the bodies would explode and destroy those artifacts! And how was I suppost to know that a few stars would be destroyed in the blast?” he said trying to please his dismal case.
“You are here by sentenced to Exile! Stripped of rank and given the new name Kaiser Marneus Exil Raizel Galrauch! A portion of your power will be sealed and you will be transported to a back water planet to work off your crimes or stay there and die old and feeble!” the judge said calmly, slamming the gavel onto the table.
