Aquamarine leaned against the wooden railing or the ship they had commandeered back in Hoenn. The ship rocked gently as the waves lapped against its’ sides. She took a deep breath of crisp sea air; the scent of salt was strong in the air. She loved the oceans unlike the city’s there was no smog or pollution in the middle of them just crisp, clean, salty air.
They had pillaged a few ships in the earlier days of the voyage and she didn’t think they were too far from the coast of Zatao. Part of her expected to hear ‘Land ho!’ any second now. If their navigator was right they should make land fall at Carona Coast. Once they got to Zatao the real mission would begin, which was to set up a suitable base of operations in Zatao. The pirate stood up and stretched a bit her long blue hair cascading around her as she moved.
(I'm sorry about the terrible OP, I'm bad at starting threads xD Mission objective is to get to Zatao and scout the land and make a camp/temp base.)

Gaelan's bushy mustache rustled in the wind. Pulling a spyglass from his pouch, he spotted their destination. Truthfully, the navigator should have done that - probably off reading porno. Again. The salty pirate sighed as he retracted the spyglass stashing it back into his pouch. Each day, a small mutiny. Turning, he regarded the crew.
"Alright, ya breachwatered pondskimmers! We're comin' up on Zatao fierce-like, an' I dun want to hear any lollygaggin' nonsense! Prepare to raid the shores! Plunder awaits, me hearties!"
A cheer rose up amongst the crew, and he made a mental reminder to kill the navigator. Bleedin' landlubber.
She would miss the journey, the days of endless travel on the high sea, but she was looking forward to finally reaching Zatao. If just for a salad.
Jade stared out at the horizon, looking to see if she could spot the edge of the coast. She was lacking a spyglass at the moment, thanks to a idiot tentacool, and she made a note to pick on up if she found one. It would be helpful. Maybe then she'd get up the guts to approach the captain about becoming the navigator. Maybe not. There was something amusing about being underestimated.
It appeared that the captain had spotted land, and she grinned at his command. "Aye Captain!" Soon, Zatao wouldn't know what hit them.

Mira grinned when landfall was announced. They'd show the nonbelievers the power of the ocean! She shaded her eyes with a hand to try and catch sigh of the shore, but aside from possibly a smudge on the horizon, there was nothing to see yet. No matter, they;d be there soon enough, Then again, there was more than one way to get a closer look at things.
"Aye, captain!" she shouted. "You want I should scout ahead on Breaker? Look for a good landing spot, see what we're up against, and all that." Mira's Lapras, hearing his name, glided up alongside the ship, awaiting any orders.
"Yarrr, scout ahead fer any landlubbin' stragglers, an' take no quarter! The rest o' ya, prepare for landing - if any o' ya get lilylivered on me, then I'll let ya take on feeding duty for Vorinclex." He was, of course, referring to his sharpedo, and it wasn't an enviable job. Most people did like their limbs attached, after all.
Gaelan turned back to the sea, his jacket flapping gently in the breeze.

Marina disappointed down into the hold of the ship after the captain cried land ho. She walked around the cargo hold quickly checking to make sure everythign was ship-shape and that no bleeding scoundrels had taken anything. Cannonballs, check. Gun powder check. Feed for Vorinclex and the other pokemon, Check. Wooden Replacement limbs check. She went over to the coffers and counted them, money jewels precious metals all accounted for down to the last penny and smallest shard.
Just as she was about to head back up and report that everything was accounted for in the hold she spotted and odd light making her way over to it she found the navigator hidden among boxes of whale fat candles, who knew they even still made those? Reading his stupid erotic books again, quietly she moved be hind him and hit him on the head. she was amused with his terrified screams and response that he had mistaken her for the captain. She snorted "Get ye bilge-sucking arse up to the deck." She snapped at him before grabbing the candle he was using and heading back up top.
"Aye captain!" she couldn't wait for them to hit land and start looting. "Captain I found the Nav' he was reading his stupid books in the Cargo hold again, should be up soon and everything is accounted for Captain." She finally looked at the candle she was holding and was surprise to ind that it had a purple flame. Stupid thing must be one of those weird candles that have different metals mixed into the wax so that it burns a different color. Well at least she could trow it at anyone who is waiting for them on land. She rested her free hand on the pommel of her rapier.
She could practically do this in her sleep, not that she would, and Jade began her part of the work of preparing the ship for landing. She wasn't worried about the sharpedo threat, though the navigator might, and she grinned brightly.
