this is Lilthia Village, the small town that supports Lilthia Academy. The village itself is set up in a circle, with the town square/park in the center, the shops ringing that, followed by the homes, then the fields of crops.
The town square, or circle, is full of temporary stalls on Market Days. Ninja roam on such days, up on the roofs. These ninja wear silver instead of black, to signify that they can wield another person's magic, as a student's magic can go awry.
The roofs of the houses, each one two stories tall, are an upper road. Ladders and stairs up to several houses, as well as foot-bridges across the gaps and alleys, reinforce this. Many families also use the flat roofs as a third floor, especially during the summer. In the winter, it is a high-traffic road.
The only place of real importance is the Marketplace, another OOC section for shops and charities.
