Vescillea

Vescillea attacks Keilana.

Keilana recieves 0 dmg.
Vescillea released a warning shot by Keilana's feet, rolling her shoulders before speaking. "Next time I won't miss. Don't think I'm going to go easy on you." She smiled at Keilana.
This would definitely be interesting. Keilana was traveling back to Tale from what Vescillea had heard and Vescillea thought she would have some fun with her sparring partner before she left. She definitely wasn't going to hold back, but she still wanted to keep things rather light.

The arrow had come out of no where, startling the Leaf Tribe girl who only offered a glare to the woman who had shot it. Unprovoked, sure she had wanted to test out her hammer on an opponent, but at least she could of asked first. Ah well...this gets the pleasantries out of the way right?
Giving a grin Keilana adjusted her position, swinging the hammer of her shoulders where it normally rested when it was on her person. The young woman had figured that if she carried it around she would build more muscles and be able to swing it better. Now would be the test to see if lugging it around had been useful. Keilana still had some pent up anger to smooth out, the truth about her brother still simmered below the surface and now she would have to release it.
"Don't expect me to go easy on you either." The woman stated as she charged forward the hammer about mid way to her chest as she extended the length of her arms to hit her opponent square in the side.

Vescillea retreats from Keilana's range.
Keilana had attempted to hit Vescillea in the side, but with one smooth move Vescillea slid out of the way and far away from Keilana. She secured her footing and prepared herself for what would come next. She felt herself warming up and loosening her body; this battle would be intense if she had anything to say about it.
"Is that all you got?" she smirked. She couldn't help but make taunts when she was fighting. Something about it pumped her up and focused her mind on the battle.

Annoyance crosses the young girls face as her hammer met only thin air. It threw her off balance as she had anticipated a hit. Looking to where the woman had retreated to she felt that anger rising up in her throat. The flames of her anger only fanned with the taunt the other girl threw at her. The leaf girl charged Vescilea her hammer raised once more to smack it into the girl.
Part of Keilana knew she shouldn't want to hurt her, that wanting to deal pain unto the other was really a bad thing to be thinking. But she was in a bad mood and this woman she was pretty sure was named Vescilea had picked the wrong time to provoke her.
Another swing, and this time Keilana was sure that her hammer was make contact this time.

Vescillea attacks Keilana.
Vescillea needs a 15 to hit.

Keilana takes 0 dmg.
Vescillea was taken off guard by Keilana's sudden charge. She felt the hammer strike her side before she saw it and the pain lumped in her stomach. She wasn't prepared for such a speedy attack from such a little girl with a large, heavy hammer. She held back the water forming in her eyes.
Vescillea tried to rebound from the attack and strike again. She knew as she let the arrow fly that it wasn't going to hit its target. The arrow wizzed past Keilana's head, not even close enough to create a draft. She knew from its sound as it sliced the air that it would have been a powerful hit if it had landed its mark.
"Damn," she muttered under her breath. Her stance was slightly broken, showing the pain that she felt. Hopefully she could pull it together in time for Keilana's next attack.

Keilana watched as the arrow whizzed past her, it was wide off the mark, though by the sound it made as it landed she knew that the girl was being serious. Well...so could she, and she noticed the pain she was in from her first hit, and perhaps that was why when she swung the hammer around again it had less force than it had before.
She felt a trifle bad for hurting her, after all it wasn't like she was the enemy, even if she had provoked this battle as well continued it. Shifting her weight she swung the hammer this time trying to see if she could continue this pace. The hammer was heavy after all and she wasn't quiet sure if she could continue swinging wildly around like this. She had to make sure she was landing hits!

Damn, she got another hit in! Vescillea wasn't feeling very resentful with Keilana's first attack, but with this one she started to seeth. She had tried to dodge this next blow from Keilana's hammer, but as she jumped out of the way it caught her thigh. It wasn't a very strong hit - it almost seemed like Keilana was holding back - but it was still a hit.
Vescillea couldn't feel much in her leg for the moment and backed away from Keilana yet again. She couldn't help but feel even more irritated that Keilana had her on the defense. This should have been an easy battle. That damn hammer was getting the better of her. The thing packed quite the punch.
She regained feeling in her leg and prepared for her next attack. This time she would hit Keilana. She had to or this battle would end fast.

Running away again was she? Keilana was getting beyond irritated, though she supposed using a bow and arrow range would be more ideal. But having to charge after the girl over and over was making her feel out of breath, she could feel her legs beginning to feel like jelly as she charged again her hammer low this time as she went to swept it up diagonally this go around.
Perhaps it wasn't the best way of doing it, her arms cried out in protest and she knew delivering this blow was going to be weak at best. Even if she managed to aim it quite well.
"Stop running away! " Keilana shouted like a battle cry as the weapon moved through the air.

(10 +6) /5 = 3.2 dmg to Keilana
Keilana's attack was sloppy enough that even with the throbbing in her leg Vescillea managed to completely evade the attack. She jumped out of the way, just in time, and shot an arrow back in Keilana's direction.
The aim was right, but she could feel that the attack was weak. Her arrow would barely slow Keilana down.
She caught her footing and breathed deep, hoping to stabilize herself and gather her thoughts. This battle shouldn't be taking this long. Vescillea knew what she was doing and this girl barely had her hammer long enough to know how to use it. She needed to focus and do something fast or this battle wouldn't end well.

Keilana new her last hit was sloppy, she could tell it had been easy to dodge but she knew it she could land a very good hit this battle would last much longer. Raising her hammer she feinted a swing to the side to bring it down and aiming for the girls legs.
Sure she was risking her hit doing it this way, but if she could fool the girl into taking the feint than it would be worth it. After all this hammer was heavy and she didn't want to do any permanent damage to her. Even if she was irritating.

Vescillea had been preparing for an attack when Keilana had unleased a powerful swing of her hammer Vescillea's way. Moving on reflex, she jumped out of the way of the attack, the weapon not even close to grazing her.
She quickly grabbed one of her arrows and pulled back on her bow. Keilana had annoyed Vescillea enough. This was serious now. She unleashed the arrow with stern concentration. Play time was over.
"This is where things get fun Keilana!" she called out as she let her arrow soar. Her energy was back along with her drive and this battle was about to become intense. No more dodging; no more flinching. Vescillea would win.

Again her weapon met thing air, though the swing continued and crashed into a small rock formation, sending jolts up her arm, as well a cloud of dust she removed her weapon, bits of stone falling away and onto the ground as she did so.
FUN? This was suppose to be fun? already Keilana had found this girl irritating but the fact she was so eager to draw blood to continue to fight it caused her blood to boil. What did she think fighting was a game? People lost their lives to such senseless brutality.
Managing to be grazed by the arrow, Keilana looked as if she was ready to kill, which was ironic considering her thoughts only moments ago. Perhaps she was just eager to get this battle over, or to teach this girl a lesson for picking a fight with her.
With her last powerhouse swing having been dodged it was becoming apparent that if these swings would make contact they would be dealing a lot of damage. She wasn't pulling any hits this time.

Vescillea didn't know whether to laugh or be intimidated. Keilana was without a doubt furious with Vescillea. Vescillea tried not to take battles like this too seriously, so normally she would laugh it off. She had enough common sense though to know not to provoke someone like Keilana any further. Especially when she was wielding a giant hammer.
She could see the look in Keilana's eyes when she swung again that she was swinging to hurt now. Vescillea quickly side stepped, no longer playing games and taunting Keilana. She released an arrow that Vescillea was sure would hit it's mark.
