A Shining white herd of Old Wealth and baron Sheikh, one way to describe this herd is to say it is "Slytherin in nature": not all are good, not all are evil, but Many are obsessed with the old ways and the purity of their color. To have a high rank/noble status within this herd, members MUST be dominantly white/Lightly colors (Super pale blues, pinks etc) in their base colors. Dark colors are considered ugly and children with such colors dominating them are unable to hold a rank or access the majority of their family fortune, and often head off to join other, less color-coded herds with their meager allowances. However, the closer to pure white you are, the more likely to gain wealth and admirers within the Rasheeka Baya.

Good members of the community hire those who are under them to work for them and treat them fairly and kindly, and may even lay with them on occasion, but never wed or adopt them (though they may adopt any Pale born Debanni as their own). But some will pick on what they see as 'lesser' ponies, tormenting them for sport or pitting them against each other for entertainment, and buy their paler born children for the pleasures of them and their friends.

Head/neck/shoulder scarves and wraps are usually more decorative than functional.
