It wasn't often Mac sat in the creepteria. He had a general dislike for the student body as a whole - the feeling was probably quite mutual, too - so he usually stayed as far away from this place at lunch time as he Reaperly could. So far it had done him a world of good, too. Three years at school and little to show for it. Oh yes, his plans to isolate himself had worked wonders. Today was one of the blue moon days where he decided to participate in the student world he was supposed to be a part of, and today he chose the creepteria as his roost, so to speak.
Now he could people watch, and be in that weird place in his mind where part of him wondered what would have happened had he been more social, and the other part of him was glad he stayed away from these shenanigans. It didn't take too long for him to zero in on one of his fellow students, one who was looking a little...downcast. Mac wasn't sure if that was the Monster's normal face or not, which only caused him to watch longer in a vague attempt to figure him out. A little creepy perhaps, but he was suddenly feeling a little meddlesome today and that Monster certainly looked like he needed to be meddled with.
Soon enough he decided that even if it was the Ice Monster's normal face, he was going to get messed with. He stood, made his way over to stand behind the monster. Hrmm...How was he going to go about this... There was some brief pondering, a villainly chin stroke of his stubble, and he made his decision.
Without a word, he smacked the kid upside the head.

He'd been there, minding his own business, if not looking downright depressed. The Snow Stag sat in the cafeteria in a very desperate attempt at socialization while Tahki's parents had just dragged her off to who knew where. Even Tahki didn't know where she was off to. He didn't know how to find the Horseman Lifen, and who knew where Jack was right now. So he was left to his own devices. The way Glasere Uller's brain worked was he might find Leo here, or even Mei. Someone interesting to talk to as long as it wasn't Danny. Danny was too cold towards him for a fire demon. He didn't like the girl as far as he could throw her. Which probably wasn't far. Uller was kind of on the skinny side.
His furry ears were downcast as his odd black eyes looked out over the students, looking for even that stupid reaper he'd met before. Reapers gave him the chills. Still, no sign of him or even Yin. He'd been hoping to run into Yin for a few days now. He didn't know where the mantis' room was, or he'd visit him there.
Out of nowhere someone smacked him in the back of the head and he let out a growl and a surprised noise as he turned around. His dark blue hand went to his head and rubbed as he looked up to, what he could only assume, by the pin, was another Reaper. Where all Reapers jerks like this? He snarled at the boil, going rigid as his deer tail fluffed up.
"What did you do that for? Who gave you permission to touch me, Reaper?" He spat out. The Stag was not pleased.

Ah, there it was, that feeling of satisfaction that came with smacking around someone smaller than himself. It made him smile; actually, it was more like a grin. A wicked grin. The Monster in front of him seemed to puff up like a static-charged foxfire, and that only made the situation better.
"I did." He said cooly, shrugging with his palms up. "Your ugly mug was getting me down, I thought I'd change it." He mimed smacking a tv to get it to work again, and then gestured proudly. "Lo and behold, it worked! You look less like a pansy a** with a petty problem." This time he gave himself a slow clap, followed by folding his arms across his chest.

Uller stared at him, well, glared, really and rubbed the back of his head. He growled again at the clap and the smug look on the Reaper's face. Reapers were really, really freaking annoying and he wanted to just be done with them and go back to the dorms.
No, he told himself mentally. As annoying as they can be, at least you're not sad right now. Any emotion is better than being sad.
"What gives you the right to smack someone on the back of the head just because they don't like right to your ugly mug?"
His ears flicked in annoyance again as that tail flicked wildly behind him, like an agitated cat or something. "Says you! I'm not a pansy. I happen to be one of the fastest runners where I come from. What about you, Mr. Short and Buff?" He asked, arching a brow defiantly. His own arms crossed over his chest as he looked up to the boil challengingly.

"You're joking, right? If you don't like the program you change the channel. I just forgot my remote." In his head it made perfect sense, and he wasn't one to take things back once they'd been said. That was his answer to the obviously irritated monster though, and it seemed to justify his actions, however crass they were. "...You're not helping yourself there, buddy. Of course you're good at running, pansy." The Reaper sighed, looking almost bored at the little blue monster.
"...Short?" Mac snorted in patronizing amusement, and then left it at that; nice try boil, but he had to look down at you. Just a little bit. "Anyway, what's wrong? Did your widdle boilfriend break up with you? D'awww, poor widdle ting." He dropped his voice to a near-baby talk, as condescending as ever. Inside, he was snickering like a mad fiend.

He puffed up at that and his cheeks colored angrily at the Reaper's teasing. Boilfriend? What in Jack's name was he talking about, boilfriend! He was so mad he was starting to see red, which was hard to imagine, considering his eyes were black. Uller lashed out and smacked the Reaper over the head just as the Reaper had done to him. He wanted to just punch him straight in the face, but he head a feeling this Reaper could take him easily enough. He didn't want to risk getting punched back.
Ugh, but the slap didn't feel like it did much. He didn't even bother responding with words. He just balled up his fist and took a swing at him. His blood was boiling inside of him, causing his whole body to turn a lighter shade of purple.
He told himself he wouldn't punch someone, but this Reaper just got under his skin like this and h couldn't help it.

Mac took the smack with a laugh, though it did sting a little; he was smacked upside the head, how could it not sting?! It was the punch that got him though. Sure he did try to sidestep out of it, but he didn't move fast enough and Uller's hit landed easily on his shoulder. The Reaper flinched but went quiet, his expression smoothing out to something a little more calm; but his eyes, his black eyes, seemed to be on the verge of boiling.
"That's how you wanna play, huh?" He said calmly, rubbing his shoulder for a moment. Suddenly he lashed out, grabbing the Monster by the collar of his shirt and pulling him in nice and threateningly close. "Fine, bring it on popsicle. I'll see you in the gym in ten minutes." He growled out, releasing the other boil with a shove backwards.
It'd only take him three minutes to get there, but he was suddenly thirsty. Grudge matches could wait for seven minutes, he figured.

When he was grabbed, he was lifted to his tip toes. Honestly, it didn't take too much to bring Uller face to face with the other boil. Popsicle? Honestly, that was a new one and he wasn't sure it was fitting, really. Whatever.
Black eyes narrowed at the other boil before he was shoved back into his chair. His elbows banged against table and so did his back. Hissing at that, his ears lowered in realization at what had just been done. Jack damn it. He was going to die in ten minutes. He was going to die and Tahki would never see him again. At least someone in the school would catch wind of what happened to him and tell Tahki. But his pets.
Oh Jack, Yin should have his pets. But, he couldn't exactly go tell Yin that. He didn't want to face the more buff Reaper if he didn't show up. It'd be worse than showing up, no doubt. With a swallow, the blue boil headed for the gym with a low soft of noise in his throat.
This was not going to end well.
