Bio (Up to five sentences minimum): Even at the age of 17 became very fascinated with electricity. He then became insane, slowly become more and more accustomed to filling his vanes with electricity. He shocked himself a lot throughout life. At the age of 33 he eventually had electricity flowing through his body. He will stop at nothing to destroy Shibusen.
Abilities/Powers: (Up to cool + Electrasmash - by slamming his fist on the ground he can repulse outward small amounts of electricity
Electratheft - Even's powers are sadly limited so you must steal electricity from electrically powered things.
Shock repulse - (fires from palm like ironman repulses) fires electrical balls from his palms.
Shock grenades - balls of electricity that explode on impact.
Personality: Serious, likes to laugh, maniacal.
