What Of Your Past: Since his birth, he had been granted a powerful secret that is quite hidden besides the shift in his eye color. He is very adapted 'Apprentice'. He has already mastered most mage spells and is already onto advanced sorcery and going onto basic wizardry. Many are astonished. Though his parents died after Advanced sorcery; it seems to have deterred him little. His awareness for magic has attracted an old although Fake Dragon has joined him to teach him the ancient spells and rites of dragons

What Are You Able To Do: He is a Basic Wizard. An arsenal of spells making him powerful. His knowledge and job gets him close to knowledge ranging from history, to spells, to even recipes.

His secret power allows him to seemingly remember all of his thoughts with absolute clarity, able to recall information and spells in an instant and without any fog or doubt. Sometimes he can have flash backs from his past and the past of the memories handed down to him by Ixen Shochraos. He is blind, but now is able to sense arcane energy as though he sees them. Not only that, but he is considerably much stronger than before. Able to lift and strike as strong as a Real Dragon can.

Spells
Apprentice Mage (Casting these spells don't cost him energy and can be repeated nearly constantly. Though they are quite weak in power)

Fire missile - A homing ball of fire. When this target hits the intended target, it will catch ablaze.

Blast of air - A powerful ball of air bursts in front of him. Knocking back larger enemies, and can effectively defeat weaker foes.

Wave of frost - A crashing wave of frost and ice pummels down on enemies, freezing or slowing them down.

Arcane shield - A powerful and immovable shield that can block other spells, but does nothing for physical attacks.

Conjure tools - Can conjure tools and equipment from the ether.

Purging light - Arcane energy is sent directly into a target. Living creatures will feel an intense sensation which may cause them to pass out. Undead unable to cast magic will be destroyed utterly. Can only effect one target.

Guardian Shield - A magical shield that acts as though wielded by another person. It will move in front of projectiles and attacks to defend the caster. It is just as strong as any steel.

Advanced Mage (These spells are powerful and expensive)

Searing Blade - A powerful blade of fire slices 200 degrees in front of him, cutting and searing bodies closed. This is effective for slaying many closed ranged enemies.

Flash Freeze - The area around him begins to freeze immediately. After 3 seconds, 100ft freeze instantly. Small creatures will shatter instantly while others are frozen.

Disintegrate - Lightning jags out to his chosen target. It would take a lot of endurance to survive the attack

Forceful armor - Barely tangible armor appears around the caster. When struck with a physical attack, it will return the attack. Weak attacks cannot penetrate this armor. However a very crushing or deadly attack can break this armor, though it will still be returned.

Ice Lance - A long lance like ice bolt fires towards his target. Once the target is struck, not only does it take damage from being pierced by a lance. The lance will explode in an icy burst. Dealing additional damage and chilling them. Targets hit with Ice Lance of a fiery nature, are nearly instantly destroyed. Large fire elementals and smaller struck with this, are instantly destroyed.

Blizzard - A swirling shield of wind and snow flows around him. It begins to chill the area around him. He can expand this blizzard shield to nearly 100ft wide. However any further would disperse the shield. Anything that comes inside becomes chilled. Any water spell that enters this spell joins the swirling winds, and after a short while. Turns into shards of ice.

Freeze - Selecting a living target, he can chill a target. After the initial chilling, the spell then freezes the target in ice. This spell wears out after 10 seconds. If the spell is cast in a cold environment, Then the spell lasts nearly a minute.

Summon Ice elemental - Summoning a humanoid like elemental that stands to nearly 10ft tall. It helps crush enemies and foes with it's freezing fists. When struck by an ice elemental, there is a moderate chance to 'freeze' it's targets.

Paladins Blades - Three blades made of arcane energy emerge in front of the caster. They act as a single unit and attack in sync. They are as strong as normal steel blades. Effective against undead as well.

Basic Sorcery (This is cheap like Apprentice mage spells, Though more conventional.)

Open mechanism - Locks, doors, chests, stone, and wood don't stand a chance when encountered with this spell. It will open the door, even if the door needs a key or special code. It does not over ride magic locks however.

Magic servants - An invisible force hovers about and cleans, organizes, cares for pets, retrieves and delivers messages, and performs menial tasks for you. When encountered in a combat situation, it cannot harm anyone, but if bumped into, will feel like running into a small person.

Prestidigitation - Changes the flavor of foods and treats, can change the color of cloths and other area's.

Magic eyes - Imbues the casters eyes with magical eyes that discerns magic and magic items, including artifacts. Though it doesn't work through was, it still identifies invisibility and disguise spells.

Heroism - A spell that opens the mind of the target. Freeing them of stress and mental limitations. This spell is used to train paladins and clerics of many higher orders to make extremely powerful warriors.

Vigor - A spell that will expand the energy of physical limitations. This allows for extraordinary feats of endurance.

Advanced Sorcery (Advanced magic that could potentially harm the caster in a serious way)

Transformation - Allows him to transform his body. This can cause severe pain, though it always keeps him at full capacity. This transformation cannot expand past 10ft of height or 2 tons of weight. If this limit is exceeded, then the spell fails.

Fire Storm - A portal to the elemental plane of fire opens up above them his intended targets. The edge of the portal always expands to hit them all. Once the portal is open, the portal will enclose the targets in fire. Once they are trapped within, the portal fully opens. Fire elementals bombard the area. Dashing down to attack his enemies. The spell ends when there is nothing left to destroy. The spell drains the caster. Though still allows use of Mage magic.

Storm rush - A single target is chosen. A tornado large enough to pick the target up charges the target until captured. This tornado is charged with electricity and water. When the target is captured, it will lift it in the air, then strike it with 1 "disintegrate" spells. After the two bolts of lightning, the tornado dissipates. The cost is based on the targets size. The larger, the more it hurts the caster.

Golem - Summons a massive 20ft Golem. The Golem is constructed out of the environment around it. The Golem Rises to its feet. Once it finds the area or target that his master desires, it launchers its devastating attack. This attacks effects based on the materials it's made of. If the golem can't fit in the space given, then the spell fails, though at no cost to the caster.

Summon Outsider: (Type and attack) An outsider from another dimension answers a call to battle. Coming down to strike down a foe for the caster. Outsiders can range from nearly anything, including close to godly powers.

Basic wizard spells
Conjure food or water - Maybe bland at first, but sometimes food and water can be the difference between life and death. Food is limited to 4 people a meal. Water can only conjure 8 litres (In a self conjured bucket of course)

Light - This spell is very simple in it's manner. an object has a small ball of light placed onto it. Although this spell may be simple in use, it is still quite complex to cast. It acts like a torch when it needs to, though it cannot be put out by water or wind.

Healing touch - Although normally a paladin ability, Through intense study and discovery of lore, Alex (and only alex) has crossed and converted the arcane energy needed to imitate the paladin ability. It can heal wounds, cure disease and poison. It can even destroy undead instantaneously. Though very effective, it would NORMALLY come at a steep price, but since arcane energy acts differently, it doesn't SEEM to effect the caster to much (Spell used to ace wizards exam)

Elemental protection - As sorcerers practice practical spells and mages destructive spells. Wizards practice defensive spells. This spell particular will defend against elemental damage on a moderate scale. However, it will protect you from spells such as Storm Rush and Fire Storm. It might not effect things on a higher degree. HOWEVER many natural born casters assume this is an elemental spell, it is still in fact a Force spell. When the force energy encounters element, the energy changes to it's corresponding type. It is to be noted however that the protection cannot block more than 1 element at a time. so if two different elements strike at the same time, it will only block one.

Arcane Shackles - Golden chains snap around any and all limbs of a single creature. That creature cannot move and is shackled indefinitely for only a few moments.

Dragon Power Words/u]

darastrix trekis (Dragon Breath) - A power word that when activated can breath out either a breath of fire or lightning.

bekir litrix (Energy Armor) - A energized armor forms around him. Sparking fire and lightning.

thran (Flight) - spreads wings that are capable of average flight. These wings can also be used to create massive gusts of wind and be used as powerful weapons.

Your character's data seems quite Reliable other than the fact that I want to talk about some of the spells.
Living in the castle is fine with me, Makes you think that he's part of the castle's Royal Court, Or the Castle Mage.

Well, First, I'd like to say that you did ALOT of interesting spells, But there are maybe Two or Three that seemed rather Over-Powered, if you understand.
And Golem, That would be a Massive beast, I'd prefer it if you limited your monsters to about 20-25 Feet. Though I did read that they may cause Harm to your character, The Golem does not. It would be interesting if he'd suffer a Massive Pain of some sort when summoning such a massive beast, Like a Head Pain, Or Breathing Problems, Such as the Golem seems rather massive and it being created from literally everything around it would practically make it a Walking Biome alone.

Alex Scriber is a not to common magical sickness that all wizards know as Summoners Sickness. Summoners Sickness can be gained through spending to much Arcane Energy at one time. It gets it's name from summoning to much arcane energy and it envelops you when casting high level wizard and sorcerer spells.

The first symptom: The last thing that happened is all that your sight remembers when it starts. You can hear and touch objects if they moved in different places. If you move to an area that you have never been to, it will be discerned as an endless black. People or animals you haven't met will also come as a black. Weather will not be able to be seen at all.

The second: Death of your familiar. Your arcane link between you and your familiar fades, and it dies. You will feel searing pain when it dies and a large portion of memory will disintegrate along with it. This has been known to kill many great sages and wizards alike.

The Third: Cannot control arcane energy. No matter what you do, you cannot gain energy back. You cannot cast spells. You cannot use magic items. Any form of arcane magic is out of the question. Divine aid cannot remove this stage of Summoners Sickness.

The Fourth: You are not considered alive anymore. You fall into an undead like stage where you are not considered living. Every Creature is born with arcane energy that helps it survive against the rigors of an invisible arcane stream. Once you run out of this option and reach this stage of Summoners Sickness, Your body will literally fall apart. For most, this is the last stage.

The Fifth: If you are not dead by stage four (By means of necromancy or some sort of item), then you have progressed to a different stage of summoners sickness. You begin it emit a lethal amount of negative energy. Without the little arcane energy in your body, you fill with negative energy. You cannot survive this stage. It kills all living creatures. Undead and Constructs cannot gain summoners sickness.

Draconic Rituals

Ritual of Sickness - A powerful ritual that needs 20 conduits to use. This ritual will inflict a super intense and rapid version of Summoners sickness. Unless reversed with The Ritual of Life, it will cause rapid deterioration and rotting of the body in ten minutes.

Ritual of Life - Does not require Conduits to activate. Only a few moments of time. In a wide area around Alex (100ft). Thins the barrier between The Arcane Stream and The Material world. Anyone inside the stream will be bombarded with Arcane Energy. Any magical energies leaving are 'Empowered'. Becoming fifty percent stronger as they leave. Any magical energies coming inside the area are 'Disrupted'. Weaker spells will bounce off as stronger spells will be weakened by the area. Undead cannot enter the area without being destroyed unless they vent the access energy constantly. Living creatures subject to this spell and do not vent the energy will be subject to 'Overgrowth'. An effect that boils the body and can cause the body to explode. Starting with small limbs and continuing down the body as the energy continues to move deeper into the body.

Ritual of the Creator - It takes 20 conduits in an area that will meet the size of the construct. This ritual can take a heavy toll on anything with immense power, or incredible size. The ritual can take from one hour to twenty four hours. Once the ritual is complete. The item will be fabricated from the Arcane Stream. This item is created in the users head.

I plan on turning him to a full dragon, but this alteration completely changes him from his shy personality as he takes a more confident role. He'll be much like The High Wizard, but much more available to the needs of Fenrious.
