ｓｔｏｒｙ
There is a world called ＰＡＲＡＤＩＳＥ to the outside world, but to the people living it is called Azalea. The only way to reach it is by dreaming of it. But once people are there they do not realize that their new found reality is really fiction.There real selves of course live in the real world and can no longer dream of ＰＡＲＡＤＩＳＥ no more. Because ＰＡＲＡＤＩＳＥ has trapped the dreamer without even realizing it. They wake up non even feeling that a part of them is missing. How does ＰＡＲＡＤＩＳＥ even bring it's prey to it? Is it by some magical force? An unseen being pulling the strings? A spell? No, no. ＰＡＲＡＤＩＳＥ does nothing of the sorts. Humans are difficult creatures that carry problems on their shoulders. They can be stubborn, greedy, and the most hurtful. There is not one human who has problems. Whether it was bad relationships, loneliness, bullying, anything that only made living much more miserable. That is when ＰＡＲＡＤＩＳＥ comes in. At the end of the, day once you go to bed you dream of a world where everything is ok. A place where all problems don't have a bad solution. A land that you want to run away to and never come back. ＰＡＲＡＤＩＳＥ lures you in with your desires and traps you in it's world. No longer able to return to your real world. Many people live in ＰＡＲＡＤＩＳＥ. Many live good lives, other lives bad. ＰＡＲＡＤＩＳＥ to many are never the same. They can be a ＰＡＲＡＤＩＳＥ of good where you can dream you are a healer saving lives or a ＰＡＲＡＤＩＳＥ where something bad like leading a group of thieves who dwell in the world. What they is up to them. But will they ever figure out that they are trapped is the question.

Follow Gaia ToS and any forum rules. No godmodding, cybering, spamming, auto-hitting, the works. Keep things PG 13. That includes foul language - yes, swearing is allowed, but just keep it in moderation. Don't go overboard and drop the f-bomb every single post.
literacy ;; literate to semi-literate+
Posts should be at least a paragraph, ranging from five to six or more sentences per paragraph. Each post should be chunky enough for others to respond to. Also NO FIRST PERSON RPING. First person as in : " I walked into the bar and saw my friend." No, because I just don't like it. So please roleplay in third person. Pretty posts - that means, a picture and color at the very least. You don't have to go all out and make it incredibly fancy. Just something simple so you're not staring at plain boring text all the time.
activity ;; time frames
I'm not expecting much really. Just a post or two every week is just dandy and make sure you keep up in case we go too far without you. Though usually I give out updates if needed. We all hate it when that happens though so please try to keep up. If you're going to be gone for an extended period of time or you feel like quitting, just let me know.

Don't Compare Me: Kagu is a spunky little water sprite that you will ever meet. She likes to speak her mind alot. She acts like she is smart even though at times she won't have a clue whats going on. She is more upbeat and rather do things based off of feelings and not stopping to think.
Story of My Life: Kagu is one of princess from the all female Onna clan of water sprites. She loved her life of course but what made her more stubborn then any other princess was her curiosity. She always wants to try new things and tries to sneak around so she can experience it. Her servant who is her best friend tells Kagu the stories of herself before coming to the palace to be Kagu's maid. She told Kagu stories of the outside. This got Kagu curious. One night she decided to leave the Water Castle to have an adventure in the outside world.
Why I Am Me: Kagu has skill over mending water and controlling it in any way. She uses water as a weapon but her main weapon would be the Water Trident.
My Little Secrets: Kagu is a princess of the only female water sprite clan. She ran away from her princess life to live a normal life. Even though it a lot more different then her life in the Water Temple she seems pretty content. There are new surprises at every turn and she couldn't be any happier. Her greatest fear is lightning. She was out swimming along with her sisters one day practicing for an upcoming ceremony. One day a passing mage had accidentally cast a lightning spell instead of a fire spell for his campfire nearby. Along with his bad spell casting he had bad accuracy and lightning bolt headed straight to Kagu! It was terrible and she dares not to go back into the water even though she's an excellent swimmer.
Miscellaneous: Will refuse to go swimming at anytime. No matter what you do or try she will never venture into the water.
Even though she's a water sprite she can change her height from small to big. In Azalea she chose to be the same height as her servant.

It was a bright sunny day. The town of Kanraku was busy as ever. The streets were filled many people and small shops on the side. It was a bustling town and had a great economy. But Kunraku was more of a tourist town unlike any other. Always holding tournaments, festivals, celebrations, games, contests, you name it. Hence the people nicknaming the city, The City of Joy. In the plaza where all the children's play a performance was taking place. A woman with her hair tied up in accessories was balancing herself on a ball. "Whoa Lady! You're really good!" said one of the little kids watching her perform her usual tricks. The woman smiled and gave them a wink before flipping backwards on to a much bigger ball then the one before and began walking around the crowd. Giggles of the children and the claps of the more older viewers can be heard as she was putting her act to an end. For her finale, she bent down and balanced herself with one hand while she balance the ball before on her feet. "Tada!" she said as everyone clapped and began tipping her with their money. Hopping off the ball she gave a bow and began thanking everyone for watching and their generous tips. "Thank you! Thank you! I'll be here all week!" she said. Her name was Kasumi and she had arrived to Kanraku just a few days ago to check out the sights. The kids took the two balls and began playing around with them trying to balance on them. Kasumi sat down on one of the bench and began counting her tips to see how much she's made. "Oh wow! I should come here more often." she said in glee.

Naota Anima
Whilst everyone was out and about chattering with friends or family, bustling about. All the little kids playing around, though away from the crowds a young male, with cat ears twitching atop his head walked by. A neko with a bell collar tinkling, followed alongside him. He was in a dark kimono like outfit, just tied around him, sandals on, he walked closer to the buildings away from the crowds not wanting to be bumped around by passerbys. From the distance he could see the plaza, the woman performing there. Watching curiously, he found himself smiling as he watched, it was entertaining. His ears twitching as he heard Miki mew, looking down, chuckling, "Alright...let's go eat." Feeling hungry himself, the pair walked over to the near bar where the restaurant tables were scattered around. Miki slunk in under the end of his kimono robe, hiding so no one would tell him to go out with the cat. Being led to one of the scattered booths there, since he'd asked to sit in one, Noata slid in, Miki hopping up hiding in the corner of the booth seat in the shadows, since the bar was dimmed. He ordered a tuna sandwich with a glass of milk and water. The water for him at the moment and the milk for miki. Ears flicking as he sat there, one hand moving petting Miki while they waited.

Kasumi had finished counting all her money and she had enough to spend a couple of more days and for food. Her stomach began growling and she looked around to see if she could eat anywhere. The two balls she was performing with were left with the kids who were still playing with it. "Guess it's time to eat." she said to herself as she picked up her bag (think of a camping bag with lots of stuff) and slung it on to her bag. The straps over both her shoulders like a book back but with a lot of stuff packed on top of one another. "Hey, Miss! Are you gonna come back tomorrow? Could you teach us your tricks?" asked a few kids. Kasumi laughed and nodded her head. "Alright, we'll see okay kiddos." she rubbing their heads and walking off. As Kasumi walked around she found herself at a bar and walked on in. Seeing as it was a bit dark but whatever they were serving it smelled pretty good. She sat at a table that was across from a booth with a male who had cat ears. She looked at him for but a second and gave him a friendly smile. She looked around and saw a menu. When a waiter came over she ordered her food and began waiting. Giving out a stretch from performing all day. A few pops were heard from stretching out her back but it felt pretty nice. When her food was done and set on the table Kasumi began digging in. "Thank you very much." she said sweetly and happily.

Naota AnimaNaota took the glass of milk after the waiter left and set it down on the seat where Miki was. The cat sticking her tongue into the glass lapping up the milk happily, purring. The tuna sandwich on the table, and Naota took a half taking a bite, loving the taste, it was a tuna melt, had cheese on it and the bread was toasted. Shortly after though he'd noticed another woman come into the bar, sitting across from him. Looking curiously after awhile when the woman was stretching. His ears flicked he could hear her muscles cracking as she stretched them out. Thinking as he watched her, he figured out why she looked familiar after a minute, she was the one that was bouncing about out in the plaza putting on that show. He was silently eating for a few minutes, also passing pieces of tuna down to Miki to eat. Looking back across to the woman, he finally piped up a little, "Um...H-Hi..." His ears twitching adding, "I saw you performing out there...you were good..." Smiling a little hesitent.

Philia & Phobia The Dementia Siblings The celebrating and partying streets of Kanraku suddenly feel deathly silent. The citizens, performers, and merchants alike all stopped what they happened to be doing and turned to look at the duo making their way down the streets. Philia and Phobia, or the Dementia Siblings as they were not so fondly refered to by the general populace, had just arrived in town, hearing that festival season had just started. It was fortunate, as the high density of people meant both of them would be able to cause a good deal of panic that would probably hold them over for a while. While they did feel a tad guilty for showing up and spoiling the fun, they justified it by reasoning that the townspeople wouldn't have accepted them even if they had come with innocent intentions.
"Beautiful city, far to crowded though"
Philia muttered to her brother. Phobia nodded and smirked a bit.
"I do believe I know a way to give us some more elbow room...Agoraphobia"
he muttered waving his hand over the crowd. Suddenly a crippling fear of crowds and large open spaces gripped the entire streets. There were screams of panic and terror and quickly everyone began fleeing back to their homes, the only ones not doing so where because they were in the middle of full blown panic attacks. Philia nodded, but didn't seem particularly pleased or amused at the action, neither of them took particular joy in their work.
"I'm hungry, we should get something to eat"
she suggested. Phobia nodded in agreement and the two headed into the nearest restaurant. This time they got fewer looks because most of the people were distracted by their own food or conversation, but the ones who did take notice began eating quickly so they could leave before the two started anything again. They both ordered a large order of ramen and sat down at a table together.
"you should go ahead and just turn the people here, no use drawing it out"
Phobia told Philia as he dipped into his sleeve and produced a pair of ceramic chop sticks to eat with. Philia nodded and with a flick of her wrist spread her influence over the entire restaurant.
"caligynephilia"
she muttered. Suddenly everyone in the room would find themselves with an inner yearning, an intense fetish for beautiful women. They would also be filled with an insatiable drive to fulfill that desire, causing many couples to start making out in the open. Unfortunately that was probably the most tame of reactions, several men actually began attacking the waitresses trying to assault them, and Kasumi soon found her table surrounded by a crowd of admirers, all leering at her with far less than innocent intentions for her. Not even Noata would be free from this effect as he would find his lust for Kasumi grow by the second, his mind filled with thoughts for her, and his body aching for her touch. He'd be able to fight these urges for a time if his will was strong enough, but if he didn't get out of there fast he'd give in to his lust as well. All in all a very dangerous situation for Kasumi to be in.

Kasumi was happily eating her food until she heard the man across from her in the booth spoke up. She looked at him and smiled. "My show? Really? Thank you. It was my first time doing that act. I was a bit rusty." she said. Because of traveling she hadn't been performing in such a large town. As she looked closer she saw that he had cat ears. "Oh are you a neko? Your ears they look cute." she said giggling. Then she heard a scream from one of the waitress as they were being attacked by the men in the bar. "Wha? What's going on?" she said looking around to see everything get all explicit. Then she found herself being surrounded by men as well. Heck even Naota was standing near her. She of course felt something weird inside her but she knew something wasn't right and did her best to fight it. Seeing the guys inch their way towards her she stumbled a bit. One reached their hand and gripped her shoulder but missed by a couple inches when she angled herself a bit. Kasum grabbed hold of his wrists and flipped him over making him crash into her table breaking it along with her food. A few more began attacking her and was easily taken out. Kasumi quickly went for her stuff until on man kicked her into Naota's booth. "Kyaa.." she yelped as she looked up to see the man with such lustful eyes for her. Then the men she fended it off before were crowding behind him. "Crap, crap. What on Earth is going on?" she said to herself.

A woman who was sitting in the shadows near the bartender was letting herself drink as she looked around at the commotion. Luckily the bartender was a woman so she wouldn't really attack her. Her ears stiffened as she watched the commotion start just after two people, who looked like siblings came in. "How odd." she thought to herself. She sighed to herself as she watched another woman began taking on the males who were attacking her. She watched the fight go on and remembered that the girl fighting was the one performing in the plaza in the morning. "Not bad. So she has more up her sleeve.". The white haired woman turned away to pour herself more drinks into her cup and gulped it down to hear a yelp coming from the other woman. It was long till she was finally noticed. One of the men Kasumi had kicked away landed near her and had begun feeling on her leg. In disgust she kicked him hard enough to knock him out. Finishing one last drink before stepping down from her chair she wiped the corner of her mouth and walked on over to stand in front of Kasumi. The man looked at the new found lady and smiled. "Hey there pretty lady. You want a piece of me." he asked in a taunting voice. He gave a laugh and then see's her taking out a slip of paper. "60 thousand riel just for you." she said showing him his wanted poster. "Just who are you?" he asked glaring at her but he still had the lust for her. She looked slimmer than Kasumi but was also voluptuous. He gave a smirk and reached out for her to let his finger brush over her cheek. She narrowed her eyes and glanced her eyes to his dirty hands. In a blink of an eye the man was sent flying across the bar and into the liquor shelves. Kasumi watched as she had so quickly taken the man out. The white haired female walked over to him. Through the crowd of men she let out a small growl that had them all laying on the floor. The ones who were attacking of course. She tied the male she flung up."Wa-wait! Thank you! Could I have your name?" she asked looking through her things to repay her with.."There's no need to pay me." she said dragging the man and walking near the bar door. "The name's Akira, if you must know." she said and finally walking out to go gain her bounty.

Naota Anima Naota was just about finished with his meal, smiling nodding as the woman questioned was he serious about her show. Chuckling lightly, "could have fooled me," about being rusty, from his distance, watching it hadn't seemed that way. Giving a few more chunks of tuna that were left to Miki, his ears flicked looking back across at her question and the next comment. He flushed at being called cute, you think he'd be used to it, he'd heard it before but it still got him flustered. But that hadn't lasted long, as things felt...off, even Miki felt it, the black cat next to him standing at attention her ears back in a feral defensive manner. Naota got a creepy crawly feeling inching up his spine jumping when he'd heard the first set of screams when the chaos ensued.
Drawing in a sharp breath, Naota felt more fearful then anything, his irises narrowing to slits like a feline's would. He'd stood, one hand, claws out gripping to the edge of the table, seeing the men that swarmed the young woman he'd just spoken to. Moving to get out of the booth, he had a mix of feelings roiling in him, pushing back on something he didn't know why was coming up in him, some urge. Growling at the group of men, "H-Hey..." he stated nervously wanting to help but was stuck. What's more he then found Kasumi being kicked into his booth, into him, oofing crashing back into the booth. Coughing as he'd gotten the wind knocked out of him, groaning his ears flattened back against his head, this was too much for him to deal with. He didn't need this, "O-Oww..." He gripped the woman's shoulders, leaning forward, things were moving quick, now a wolf woman interferred kind of herding back the men.
Naota was frozen still, having an inner fight with himself, and trying to move at the same time. He didn't know what to do, what he could do, but his thoughts got cut short as he felt a sharp piercing into his shoulder blade. Yelping, "OW!" Gasping looking over, Miki was growling, all riled up and she'd bitten him to get him moving. "R-right," gasping he kind of pushed the woman that crashed into him, out of the booth. "S-sorry," saying quick as he'd scrambled out, Miki clamboring after, Naota not missing a beat he'd grabbed the woman's wrist and pulled her with him. Panicked, swinging his free arm and shoving past the people and out of the bar. His heart racing, bursting out of there and pulling the woman with him until they got away from the bar. Stopping, shaken, he crouched down coughing, having a little fit. Miki mewling watching him.

She watched as she saw Akira leave with the man. "Oh wow." she muttered. Kasumi had forgotten that she was thrashed into the neko male until he suddenly pushed her out making her land on her face. She sat up and teared up a bit at the sudden push and rubbed her face. "Owwie. That hurted." she whined until he suddenly grabbed her wrist to run out. She quickly took hold of her bag as he pulled out of the bar and into the open away from the chaos. "He-Hey! Slow down will ya!" she called out as she watched him run from panic. When the two finally stopped they were on the streets near the other stores. She panted a little bit and looked over at him. Seeing him curl up a bit as he began coughing. "Hey there, you alright?" she asked crouching down and rubbing his back. "I'm sorry for being kicked into ya." she apologized as she looked around to see a large fountain. Kasumi grabbed hold of his hand and pulled him over to sit on the edge of the fountain. "Here sit down." she said as she took off her bag and began going through her things. Particularly her medicine box. She took out her thermos and a powdered package. It was green and she poured it into a small cup along with water mixing it up. "Here you go. This should help with your coughing. If you want to get rid of the pain these medicine pills will work perfectly." she said placing it into his hands. Kasumi got off from the ground and on to the fountains edge. "Boy that sure was weird though. I wondered what in the heck happened in there." she said looking up at the bright blue sky. Kasumi's eyes glanced over to Naota. "Oh I'm sorry how rude of me. I'm Kasumi. What about you?" she asked in return for the man's name.

Naota Anima Naota raised his hand to his mouth, the coughing calmed after a moment, it wasn't as bad as he'd had happen before. The slit cat eyes had decompressed back to normal, taking back the human eyed appearance. Blinking, looking off to the side at the woman, "F-fine...Will be fine...in a moment." Drawing in a deep breath as he stood and she pulled him over to the fountain. Miki following them and hopped up sitting by Naota, he looked quizzical at the thermos taking it in his hands after she'd mixed it with water. Looking at it, his ears flicking more, "W-what is it....?" Not yet drinking it he thought it was strange. Distracted from his musing as the woman spoke, now learning her name Kasumi. "K-Kasumi...Uh...I'm...Naota, this is Miki." Murmuring, the black cat mewling. He added after a moment, quiet, "I..." Sighing, "I'm sorry...about before, I didn't mean to knock you onto the ground...I just needed to move and get us out of there, so I panicked." Pouting a bit.
