I, jessieomer, will be moving the 50/50 raffle into a new thread managed by the Mule. It has been almost a week since the start of November with nary a sign from Kiss posting in the thread and rolling for the winner. This move is so that this lotto/raffle can continue on for several months. All links will be changed over and all affiliates will be informed about this move. new thread here : x

I just want to ask if the page contests are going to be reset (since there are no pages yet) or if the contest is just going to start where we left off?

I actually didnt know. We can reset them if we like.
Honestly, resetting them would make more sense.
the page prize was always paid by Kiss though, and not the mule funds.
so did we want to use the mule funds or I can put up the page prize gold

jessieomer I actually didnt know. We can reset them if we like. Honestly, resetting them would make more sense. the page prize was always paid by Kiss though, and not the mule funds. so did we want to use the mule funds or I can put up the page prize gold
It was generous of Kiss to pay those, absolutely!
But I dunno, if you want you can use the mule funds, but do we have enough to support that?
And if you want to use your own - which is absolutely up to you - then I'm going to leave it to you for that contest.
Although if we do continue the contest, I agree with you how resetting it would be most logical. (:

Just a random thought but maybe we should change the thread name to actually show what it is about...I think having it obvious as to what it is right off from the start might help bring more people in.
And Jesse, will you be starting November off with the person that posted last in the current 50/50 thread? If so I can quote her and tell her what is going on, so she knows she isn't being ignored.

The mule has about 450k on it. But I have a pretty penny myself I can use anyways @Gfire: I was getting to it. I also have to contact all our affiliates and give them the new link.

we also need a november incentive. (can be pixels [maybe we can partner with a pixel mini shop??], art, whatever to get them in)
Ive also been thinking about instead of 5k weekly winner, to give them 100 free tickets to the raffle. That way we cut out some of the amount of prize money. so instead of spending 5k weekly and then 5k per page prize we would just have the page prize that i would oversee and then have free raffle tickets for the weekly prize.
And i also thought of randomly posting a quote this and get 50 free raffle tickets as well, where the mule would post maybe once or twice a month to sort of get some activity into the thread.

Kiss had told me why she was inactive and, just so you know, she will be coming back as soon as she can. It's not a bad idea to move the shop until she is back, though!
