This building is one of the regional headquarters for Castcom, a country-wide television and telephone broadcasting company. It was known during the 'good days' as having outrageous prices compared to it's rival company 'Chatter'. In the first days of the outbreak, it broadcasted emergency signals, but when the power went out, so did the use for the building.
