❧Personality: Autumn Willow is a kind, introspective girl. She is being raised as a pagan, and though she has suffered from bullying about her paganism, she tries to always look on the bright side of life, believing the energy she gives out will come back to her three-fold, which is the same reason she would never purposely wish ill on another person, or get in a fight.
She is thoughtful, and tends to think for long periods of time before acting, even to the point of not acting at all, if she couldn't think of a good solution in time. Autumn likes to be sure that whatever she chooses is the correct path, and will be the safest in the long run. While she likes to try new things, she'll only do so if she's certain it will cause her no harm. This carries over to when she meets new people, and what sort of things she'll say to them.
Autumn is rather meek and withdrawn around people she doesn't know, from the years of teasing for being a witch. She can be very quiet and sometimes this comes across as being snobbish or secretive when she chooses not to talk to someone, when really she just doesn't want to say the wrong things. She worries a lot about how other people perceive her, and tries to be as likeable as possible, and tries to stay positive about her life.
But around family and friends, Autumn comes to life, as a very festive girl who gets easily excited. She could talk for hours about topics she enjoys, like her religion or nature things. Only recently has she been old enough to stay up for holiday rituals, and she puts her heart and soul into performing them with her parents.
Autumn has been taught all kinds of different religions since she was a child, by her parents, but even so most strongly identifies as a Neo-Pagan, like her mother and father. She is deeply invested into this religion, and knows that when she grows up, she would like to continue on the path of magick.
Autumn loves all holidays, and celebrates all of them with the excitement of a young child. Her favorite holiday is Samhain, as it also falls on her birthday, October 31st. She has a sweet tooth and loves getting candy and sweets from Trick-Or-Treating, before she comes home to do Samhain rituals, and after they do her birthday ritual. One of her favorite holiday activities is pumpkin carving, as pumpkins are her favorite food!
Non-holiday related, Autumn is really into nature, and goes on nature walks during the spring and summer looking for plants to press, and helps her father grow herbs and vegetables in the backyard. Autumn really likes learning about plants and flowers in her spare time.
Autumn is getting into artistic hobbies from her parents, and makes origami flowers to put up all over her room in strings, and paper holiday cards to send to her family, friends and coven members. She might not be the best at it yet, but she enjoys making things for people.
❧Appearance:
Autumn has dark, freckled skin, with thick eyebrows and dark brown hair that's always unruly no matter how much she brushes it or gets it styled. Her mom helps her dye her front fringes a warm color gradient from red to yellow. Her eyes are a bright shade of orange she likes to call 'Candy Corn'. Autumn is a bit chubby, not being a terribly active girl, preferring meditation and leisurely walks than running around.
Autumn is often seen in rather feminine clothes like dresses. She wears big puffy skirts with brightly colored ribbons, often in bright orange and yellow colors (which are her favorite). She wears blouses often in public, and likes wearing this small witch-hat her father got her a few years ago, in private. She has a lot of pairs of striped stockings, and usually wears black shoes. |

❧History:
Nina met her future partner Riley at a coven meeting twenty years years ago. The two hit it off, and began a close friendship that became a romantic relationship later on. After five years, the two were joined together in a handfasting ritual, a pagan equivalent to a marriage, having vows lasting for a lifetime. Nina and Riley chose to make a spiritual commitment only, refusing to be legally married due to personal beliefs that they don't need to be married by the government to be a real couple.
A few years later, they had their first and only child, a girl they named Autumn Willow. They enrolled her in public school when she became school-age, and taught her about all kinds of religions, including their own.
Autumn had a hard time in school, as kids made fun of her strange religion which she had mentioned without realizing it was not normal to celebrate Yule instead of Christmas, Ostara instead of Easter, and her favorite holiday (and birthday), Samhain, instead of Halloween. She was picked on often, and it escalated as she went through her elementary school years into full-blown bullying for being a witch by the time she was in 5th grade. Autumn begged her parents to take her out of school because she couldn't take it anymore, and her father began to home school her for her 6th grade year.
One of Autumn's few solaces from the bullying, aside from her loving family and religion, is her cat, Starweaver. Starweaver was a young stray black cat that lived in the neighborhood and picked the Lee-Willows as her haunt. Eventually, the family took the cat in as their own, and Autumn claimed her as her very own pet. Star got fat quickly from being spoiled, and is a very gentle lapcat.
❧Family: Nina Lee - 40 - Autumn's mother Nina is a free-spirited woman with a sense of independence that made her keep her maiden name even after she ritually married her long-term partner, Riley. She's an IBM worker as a computer technician, and does cosmetology as a hobby, often doing her partner's monster make-up and her daughter's hair. Like her partner and daughter, she's an eclectic Neo-Pagan and she's in a coven that meets regularly. She is the more religious of Autumn's parents, and is the one to teach her about the magickal path.
Riley Willow - 45 - Autumn's father is a laid-back man. He is a professional artist and is heavily concerned with politics involving nature, like fracking and wolf preservation. During the fall season, he works in a haunted house on the side, as an actor. He's very concerned about his daughter's well-being and often would be the one to console her and make her feel better about bullying, and he is the one who homeschools her.
Starweaver - 5 - Starweaver is Autumn's cat. She's a black cat, though entirely by coincidence, as a stray that took up residence near their home until the family adopted her. She's rather fat from being a lazy lapcat, much like Autumn is.

❧Type of Magic: Autumn's magic works on the Rule of Three. Any attacks aimed at her can be reflected at the attacker three-fold. For example, if a fellow Puella Magi shot a bullet at her, Autumn would be able to shoot three bullets back at the attacker. She doesn't necessarily have to be hit, she just needs to have an attack aimed at her.
However, if Autumn tries to attack first, she will suffer some damage relative to the amount of power she put into her attack, so she very rarely will be the first to attack, be it a puella or a witch, and only do so in dire circumstances. As well, she would probably use this sparingly against powerful witch attacks, since it'd be a huge MP drainer.
