Sanctuary vs Infection - Diseased Safehaven?

Rolled a One: Ice field : The temperature of the stadium suddenly drops several degrees (just enough so breath was visual and winter-wear is needed) as the stadium floor shifts for the upcoming battle. The floor turns into extremely slick ice which makes maneuverability, even simply standing, difficult. Randomly placed crystal-like pillars reach skyward from the frozen water, reflecting the florescent lights to all sides of the battle-field. This field gives a 25 HP attack boost to ICE type attacks.

Kytti entered the arena and smiled as her Duskull hovered in after her.
"Let's have some fun battling!" Kytti said cheerfully.
Duskull yawned and floated to the arena to wait.

Riza came flying up the stairs to stand on the platform and wave at Kytti. "Alright Infe, you can do this. I know it's going to be cold but you got this." She said cheerfully as she released Infe from her pokeball and onto the ice field. Which instantly made Infe curl up in annoyance.

"Let's try raising your attack," Kytti called out.
Sanctuary looked about and summoned a howling wind to float through the arena. When the wind settled down, the duskull yawned sleepily.

"Don't let it scare you." Riza called out even though a shiver ran down her own spine. Infe trembled slightly but stood her ground. "Lets give her a shock!" Riza called out. Infe obliged spraying forth tons of gooy web.

The howling wind kicked up again as Duskull yawned sleepily.

Sanctuary was hit by the webbing and she grunted. She raced in for an attack and faded into obscurity.

Infe had hunkered down ready for the attack and was watching her enemy however, she was shocked when the other vanished. She was not at all ready for the attack that came. She shot web back in retaliation.
